From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding — every staff member was friendly, attentive, and genuinely went out of their way to make the stay special. The room was spotless, beautifully presented, and incredibly comfortable. I was welcomed with thoughtful touches that made me feel celebrated, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was elegant yet relaxing. The amenities were top-tier, and every detail felt carefully considered. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the location made it easy to explore without any stress. The room we stayed in was amazing. We had a great view of the city, the staff were very friendly, and the food at the resturant on the ground floor was delicous.
Not a huge issue, the hotel is located a small way out of the city centre so it may be a trek if you want to walk in. The metro is located close by and is only a few minutes walk so if you are familar with the system then I don't think this would be a problem at all if you choose to stay here.
