Clean, nicely decorated, fresh smells, large rooms
Could do with better mirror availability for getting ready as currently it’s limited to the bathroom only, as the mirrors outside of the bathroom are darkened and not suitable for applying makeup.

I experienced an electrization when touching the illuminated mirror after washing my hands. No electricity for 16 hours in the room and the staff were not able to give me another room.

Everything! The room was very pretty and big, the bed ans the pillows comfortable. It was very calm, we didnt hear the other guests. The breakfast was extraordinary, i have never seen so many options in a hotel and the quality was very high. Also the location was good: in a quiet district but not too far away from the city centre. I would book a room in this hotel again!

Rooms are bigger compared to to those in city area
Housekeeping didn’t do a good job in cleaning the rooms and making the beds when requested and also in maintaining the rooms. It was dusty

The room was nicely decorated and clean. The spa facilities were an added bonus
The spa needs better keeping up too. There wasn't any shower gel/shampoo in any dispensers, paper cups were frequently missing from the water station -minor changes that could have a big impact. A robe and a pair of slippers were extra, which, given that it's a spa hotel, I think should've been included in the room.

Location, cleanliness, staff and breakfast all very good. Lovely to have the spa facility - the kids loved it. It’s an older property that has been updated well (particularly the communal spaces) The rooms are clearly a little tired but perfectly serviceable and still represent value for money.
