⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at Van der Valk Hotel. The room was very comfortable, cosy, and well equipped, with a beautiful view of the Amstel River. The breakfast was amazing, with a great buffet and plenty of choices. I especially loved the fresh omelette, made to your choice. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. The hotel also has secure underground parking, which is very convenient. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again. ❤️

Clean and big room
We went there for a weekend to have a small spa weekend. On the website we saw that the hotel offer a HEATED pool and a bunch of saunas so seemed like a perfect choice. I didn’t expect much, but i expected the things to be working at least. When we entered the steam sauna- there was no steam. And then when we wanted to enter the pool, it was not heated at all which makes it extra cold as it’s uncovered and it was raining. When I wanted to activate the bubbles on one side - not working. And then on the other side you can activate the whirlpool- also not working. In the morning we were told that we should have told reception and there is a phone to contact them - good to know. We were offered free breakfast as compensation but we didn’t use it as we were in a rush

A very nice hotel with a welcoming helpful staff. Good facilities. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The breakfast was varied and really delicious.
