Very close to the Metro and Train station. Incredibly spacious bedrooms, design and great view over Amsterdam. Calm environment, although close to public transportation and highway. Free tea and coffee service next to the reception. Great spa facilities.
Room service unavailable before 4 pm on friday morning.
Had to pay a deposit for the bathrobe and towel to visit the spa, which was really unexpected for such high value hotel.

Excellent location. Close to the train station so you can get to and from the airport with ease. You are also in a rather central area so in walking distance to restaurants, wonderful park and museums.
One of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had in over 50 countries of travel
I arrived to find stained sheets with blue ink marks on both the duvet and bedding — completely unacceptable for a hotel of this price. It took over 90 minutes for someone to come and change them. The next day, I returned to my room at 5:30 PM to find it still hadn’t been cleaned. When I called reception, I was told housekeeping was “overworked because the hotel was full.” That is a management problem, not a housekeeping one.
The housekeeping staff were polite and apologetic, but clearly overworked and understaffed. The furnishings were also disappointing — worn carpet, cheap materials, and paper cups with a low-end coffee machine — all signs of cost-cutting.
At this price point, guests deserve far better. This hotel appears to prioritize profits over service and quality. The free breakfast offered 15 minutes before checkout did nothing to make up for the experience.

Amazing property great rooms, great staff and service. Great for any international travelers one of the better hotels I’ve stayed in Europe for the price paid.
Not close to the center in Amsterdam but you have train next to you so it’s a short ride.
