Free shuttle to and from airport. Sauna and pool open until 10! Beautiful common areas. Super clean rooms. Love the nooks in the common space and the lobby bathroom is wow! The bar and restaurant are designed soooo nicely. Rooms are spacious and I loved looking out on the balcony. The housekeeping staff is sooo respectful and quiet in the mornings! I appreciated that so much. I was dealing with time zone change and they were so sweet to quietly leave some towels outside the door each morning. They’ve done so well design and facility wise. The staff attitude would just really change the atmosphere completely.
The peanut soup is awful. It’s basically Thai peanut sauce meant to be used in small quantities for dishes and spring rolls. A lot of the staff were not warm and friendly. Maybe cultural, but they are a hotel servicing a major airport hub so a bit unwelcoming to be there three nights. There was one super kind lady who let me take hot water for medicine from the self serve bar). Most of the male staff were much kinder and hospitable and helpful. (Just realizing this as I reflect on my stay. For some reason it was super difficult to get Ubers to pick me up. And I was at the back lobby and that was near impossible. There’s a double gated entry so it takes Ubers very long to get in.

The shuttle was efficient and the drivers helpful and friendly Room was well layed out and had everything one would need and I liked having a large balcony to get some fresh air. The breakfast was extensive and I liked the restaurant on the premises. The personel at reception and in the restaurant and bistro were all very customer oriented and efficient.

The size of the room with the patio area was very good. The exercise room was a nice bonus for walking off calories after dinner. Dinner and dinner service was pleasant. The complementary shuttle service to the airport was a big help for travel.
Not having full privacy in the shower area was disappointing. The mattress toppers on the bed tended to slide around, which was annoying. Otherwise, the bed is comfortable. Although the food in the restaurant was tasty, is was quite salty.

Hotel was posh, better than expected. And huge, a multi-wing resort with multiple restaurants, pool, workout room, large common areas. Our twin room was spacious, the view pastoral. Shuttle to the airport is included and punctual. Too bad we didn't take advantage of it going TO the hotel from the airport.
Only complaint was the pillows -- too big and lumpy.
