Breakfast is well organised and easy to help yourself. The hotel is well situated - I need to bring my car for a service once a year and the location is very convenient.
It is a big hotel with many people moving through it - staff does not have the time to stop and talk with clients, mostly people in transit , not really interested in friendly exchanges in any case. All a bit clinical; hello, pay and goodbye... That is fine with me; we are only there for a car... Beds are awful - strange little mattress that moves all over the base.

The location was good if staying overnight by the airport. The airport shuttle was convenient.
I liked everything because I only stayed one night. If longer then it might be inconvenient to go back and forth to downtown, but the hotel itself is wonderful . I had dinner at the on-site restaurant and I had a good meal there. The staff were very friendly.

Great hotel, with excellent food and service. The shuttle got us to Schiphol and from there it was easy to get to Amsterdam.
The swimming pool and the gym were excellent.
The room is big and beautiful.

Very nice, clean and well-kept hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is really good and recommended. The location is just 10-15 minutes by shuttle.
The shuttles run every 40 minutes, which is understandable since they were not full when we took them. So you have to time them efficiently, otherwise, you need to wait 40 minutes if you just missed one.

Extensive workout equipment in the gym. Room for large soda bottles in the mini fridge. Clean, spacious, jacuzzi bathtub, incredible rainfall and hand wand shower with plenty of hot water, pod coffee, balcony, and very pleasant staff. The two twin beds pushed together was actually better because two people can steal covers, but each bed has its own covers!
The distance from Amsterdam and that I had to cross the busy on foot street if I arrive back on a bus after midnight

This place is our base whenever we come to the Netherlands. Amazing rooms, great breakfast, super dinner options.
This time a new waitress in the bar, Anastasia from Greece. Already understands Dutch and speaks it a bit! She knows hospitality as the best!

Very clean. Nice big room. Great bathroom. Good restaurant.
At the reception the directions to our room were poor. We ended up in the wrong building and we had to take our luggage back to the car and drive to another entrance.
