A really good overall hotel. Comfortable, good looking, spacious, well equipped, superb breakfast. Also the free shuttle bus is key.
We had to be reallocated because someone was in our supposed room. Quite strange.

Room looked nice and bed was comfy.
Sauna was infra red and only worked half so it was very slow. The door to the balcony was broken so it could not fully lock/close. There was nice shower but no bath.

Very big and spacious property, pool, gym and shuttle service. It was easy to get to and from the airport. I liked that shuttle service had a schedule that was generally reliable. The view from the room was pleasant, it was also quiet so I slept well. The room was spacious and comfortable: complimentary tea and coffee.There were also vending machines and a KFC across the street, if you didn't want to dine in.
First of all, impossible to get a cup of tea with hot water from the coffee machine. Coffee residue was everywhere which means it wasn't cleaned. It would be nice to have a kettle for hot water without being asked to pay additional. I think a few more ports for charging the phone and other devices would be great. There's a huge bedside table that serves no purpose except take up space, which could be a shelf instead. It was surprising that there are no hooks in the bathroom for towels and other things, just a small shelf. And no liquid hand soap at the sink, weird. Just a bar of soap. Personally I prefer liquid soap, I guess. Light switches were also confusing and not the same on both sides so only one had the room light switch, when the other person woke up at night, they had to move around in the dark. Perhaps next time we get separate rooms.
