The Hotel is everything you need for a basic quick stay. I used it twice before and after my trip for a layover. the breakfast is very varied with a lot of different options for any diet and the staff very polite. The bed is comfortable. The shuttle service is excellent and runs on time if you are staying at the hotel for more than one night you can even use it to get yourself to the train station instead of using the paid buses
Even with the shower door close, water comes under the door of the shower quite easily so the towel that you should stand on can get quite wet so you have to use other towels to dry your feet with. Also, it was quite cold considering it was December/January when I had my two separate stays there…. that heater in the room was not very strong. So if you are staying here in winter, make sure you bring some thick pyjamas

Nice clean hotel, reasonably close to the airport, good breakfast with multiple hot items (scrambled and boiled eggs, baked beans, sausages, bacon, pancakes, etc) as well as cold items such as breads, deli meats, cheeses, jams/spreads, yogurt and a coffee machine for a variety of coffee styles.
Not really a negative, but people should be aware that airport shuttle runs certain hours and if your flight is late evening/early morning, you may need to pay for a taxi.

The airport shuttle was a godsend - punctual and easy to use. I overnighted here after there were cancellations at Schiphol Airport. The room was quiet and clean. The shower was amazing; hot water very quickly. Very relaxing after a long flight worrying about my next one. I was able to de-stress a bit.
The room was a little cold. I found the thermostat after a bit, but even with it on, the room was chilly.

Our flight was cancelled due to the weather conditions, we didn't have a choice as our flight was delayed and we supported to order this hotel. For the stars what we saw, everything if fine
The blockage of the pipe in the shower room, was sorted within 30min, but no basic room cleaning within 3 days, we cleaned our room by ourselves.
