Hey, to start with receptionists are very friendly and good at customer service, recieved us with warm welcome and guided us in and out through out our stay, shuttle to airport vice versa, housekeeping is tidy, reception staff are calm and composed hosting every stayers nicely including us, i will give 10/10 for Ibis styles.
there is nothing to be disliked with ibis styles, we were very comfortable in staying.

The restaurant food was very minimal. Just bar snacks the day we were there. Not many options.

Coffee in the hall.
The transfer was super full. 3 different hotels, which is fine, but no info at which hotel you are. Multiple people ended up at the wrong hotel.

the location was well placed. Close to the airport and the shuttle had a good schedule
Bathroom smelled like sewage, there were spots missed that should've been cleaned in the bathroom.

The shuttle service was very disappointing and spotty. Had to wait unnecessarily long for the ibis style shuttle when one bus didn’t include the more expensive styles location but did go to the two other airport ibis properties

Breakfast ok.
Overcrowded, unsafe shuttle bus. Too many people. Couldn't stop the suitcases in the luggage rack. Nowhere to hold on. Dreadful smell coming from the drain in the shower room. Couldn't work the thermostat to get the room to a suitable temperature.

the room was ok and the other guests the booking procedure was good also
The shuttle was ridiculously overcrowded and we never got our wake up call which is pretty important when you have to catch an early plane.
