I stayed at this hotel last year, and I selected it again when I was going to have a very short overnight layover at the Amsterdam Airport. Due to some airline and baggage delays, I didn't get to bed until 3:30 am, and I caught the 7:20 am shuttle back to the airport. I emailed the hotel about these delays, and they responded in a timely manner that my room would be waiting for me whenever I arrived. The front desk guy was very kind, and he told me to leave their luggage cart outside my room. I was happy it was still there the next morning when I was getting ready to leave. I hope I'll have more time to enjoy my room and the facilities next time I am flying through Amsterdam!
The airport shuttle left 5 minutes before schedule, and I'm glad I caught it!

The shuttle service was definitely a positive point. They were very punctual both when picking me up at the airport and when taking me back the following day. The ladies working at the restaurant were also very polite and friendly.
I was a little disappointed with the room. I was given a ground-floor room, where there was some noise from the street, and I didn’t find the room as clean as I expected. The room itself was very basic, and considering what was offered, I felt the price was quite high.
The restaurant menu was also quite limited, and unfortunately, I didn’t find the food particularly enjoyable.
Overall, the staff and shuttle service were good, but I expected a better room and overall experience for the price.

Rooms where clean and bed comfortable.
Its in an industrial area a few kilometers away from main terminal. Wifi was non existent. Hotel should really think about upgrading this. Snacks and food a tad to expensive.

Staff in the bar seemed a bit unexperienced when we were there.
Ordered 2 main courses and a portion of snacks. The main courses came quite quickly and tasted good.
Our snack would be soon served we were told.
20 minutes later we still didn’t get our snacks. After inquiring about our snacks the waitress was going to check up on the snacks.
Another 20 minutes later we still didn’t get our snacks whilst 2 other tables got served the same type of snacks we ordered.
We decided to ask for the bill, but when the bill got presented the snacks were actually on the bill.
The waiter apologised and deleted the snacks. But as we are both working in the restaurant business, this showed to us that there was a lack of training and/or supervision in the bar and restaurant
