The room itself was large and the shower was big, no issues with the staff and would be theoretically close to the airport.
The shuttle bus to the hotel was extremely disorganised with only one an hour and too may people to get on as it ran 3 hotels we always by with others had to wait over two hours outside in the cold just to ensure we got on first at 9pm at night. Whilst this was easier at 4am but, given the function of the hotel is to enable a nice sleep near the airport this was impeded significantly. Equally because we then got in later and the room itself had poor heating we couldn’t get anyone to help us at that time so was a cold night.

We were only staying for a night in NL, so we arrived at schiphol. And had to wait for the hotel of the shuttle, it was quite challenging since we had 2 big luggages and 2 carryons for the 2 of us and the bus was so full since IBIS shuttle (green one) had to go to the red and the blue one too. Luckily it was a short drive. We checked in smoothly and the room was good for the night. The shuttle from IBIS styles (green) to the airport was great because we were the first pickup then it goes the same round again blue and red IBIS. So that went smoothly.
Only downside was no help at the shuttle pick up. So we had to carry our own big and small luggages. It was a longlay over for us so we decided to stay the night at IBIS. But it was manageable. Other than that no complaints

What I liked most about the property was how clean and well-kept everything was. The room was comfortable, and the atmosphere felt relaxing.
The only downside was the door access system—it required some extra effort with the key card and wasn’t very intuitive, so I had to go downstairs again when it didn’t work at first.

It was convenient for us to stay overnight before we met our tour in Amsterdam. The free shuttle to and from the airport was a plus. It was much more economical than a place in the city.
The shower did not seal off and the spray ran out onto the bathroom floor.

Shuttle to and from airport went very well. Room was clean and tidy, suitable for my overnight stay. I appreciated the early morning coffee before my 6AM shuttle.
There should be mat in the bathroom, as water leaks on to the floor while using the shower.

The beds are comfy and the shower is nice. Morning shuttle was useful to get to the airport for an early flight
We arrived after midnight to Schiphol at which point the last shuttle to the hotel had already departed so we took a taxi to the hotel. The receptionist did the minimum to get us checked in. There was a spider web at the door to the room.

The hotel is nice, beds are good and the room is spacious. The shuttle is very useful to get to and from the airport and the process to use it is straightforward
We had the first shuttle of the day at 4 am and it was delayed by almost 10 minutes. The faucet in the bathroom was loose in the sink. The distance from the airport makes it a decent overnight stay on stopover flights but it does take time to get to the hotel

Location was great. Superb shuttle service to and from the airport. Friendly, helpful staff. We were able to hire bicycles and cycle into Amsterdam. Comfortable and spotlessly clean room.
A kettle in the room would have been a bonus.

A great place for a short stay (up to 3 nights) or a stopover in Amsterdam. Easy access from the airport via shuttle bus, clean and comfortable rooms, and highly recommended.
