The staff was friendly and the location is good and close to the airport. The shuttle is also a good advantage.
The windows do not isolate the outside sounds well. The bedroom curtains were falling from the rail and did not close well. The bathroom drain was broken and left at the side of the sink. The over the mirror light not working properly and the shower soap was not refilled.

beds were confortable, showers warm, not much noise from outside
shuttle bus very crowded, staff was ok, but they don't seem to enjoy their work (except the main bar man, he was nice). Shower was smelly (sewer smell), but otherwise clean. Tv is not much to write home about, but fine. Slightly expensive for my taste, but you can't get cheaper. Oh, lacks some amenitities like hot water cooker etc

Breakfast was good. Check-in and check-out went fast and smoothly. Room looked fine. Location was good.
The latches on my window were broken, this made the window stay slightly open and caused a whistling wind noise during the night. I fully opened the window and this helped. But it made the room very cold as it was almost freezing outside. The bed was also a bit on the hard side. It was okay, but for the money I expected better beds.

The beds and the shower.
The heating in the toom didn’t work and neither did the hair drier . I was told to get a heater at the reception . This morning when I checked out there were more heaters in the hallway . Seems it is a general problem . The result is that I now have a terrible cold and I couldn’t sleep because I couldn’t get warm !!!

It was very helpful that the hotel provided a shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel, and back. It was the reason for my choice to stay at this hotel, and it all worked very well. The hotel was comfortable. Thank you.
