Staff were amazing!! Clean & Quiet. Rooms bigger than the other Ibis Schiphol hotels.
Water flowed out of the shower area. The air conditioner did not adjust to a warm setting. Phone to reception never worked.

The location was the main reason I booked a room at the ibis hotel, also the hotel’s shuttle service was very nice. The breakfast was great, it’s got everything from fresh fruit to warm food and drinks. I also had a nice view from my room which was very pleasant!
I don’t think so I there was something wrong that I didn’t like about it.

The location was perfect and convenient.
The restaurant was closed. So be aware of that if you're arriving after a long day of travelling. You may need a side quest to secure sustenance.

Airport Shuttle. Friendly Front Desk & Housekeeping. Bed was really good when I finally fell asleep, wanted to miss my flight, only maybe a thicker comforter for the winter season. And putting two single beds together without a top mattress makes it difficult for restless sleepers. Stayed only one night so do not have a lot of experience.
Nothing, just some maintenance or checking needed to be done. My tv remote was missing the back part and in the bathroom where the soap dispenser hangs was broken.

From the customer service the room was dirty, the sink was broken, and the towels were dirty.

The lady at the front desk was so rude to us. We needed help with the breakfast and she was so rude. But we loved the hotel

The room was clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with lots of choices. It was close to the airport and a shuttle was provided.
The room did not have coffee/tea making facilities, and there was no self-serve coffee/tea in the lobby until 6am breakfast buffet opened. There was only 1 end table beside the king bed. There was only 1 spare pillow for a king bed. There were no extra blankets, and the quilt was short for the size of bed, leaving shoulders exposed. There was very limited food choices for supper on the night we stayed (pepperoni pizza and caesar salad only), and the bar choices were also very limited. There was no other place to eat within comfortable night time walking distance.

The shuttle is extremely unreliable. It takes more then an hour (45-50 minutes + 20-30 min waiting for the bus which usually is not following the published schedule) to get between the airport to the hotel. This is a serious concern for every traveler. While everything else was great, this is definitely a show stopper. Please address this!

The shuttle was punctual, dependable, and free, but it was often crowded, and the trip to and from the airport took upward of 20 minutes. The shuttle served the Ibis, Ibis Budget, and Ibis Styles on each trip. Our room was clean and sufficiently large, but it had a leaky sink. The cleaning staff were dependable and efficient. We felt secure in this quiet location and slept well each night.
The breakfast was too expensive at 19.5 Euros per person (not pre-booked), but the buffet had a good selection of foods and drinks. The cost of the room was significantly less than similar accommodations downtown, but the travel time to and from the city each day (about 45 minutes each way on average) was taxing. We had a 3-day travel pass that included the airport train. There was an Albert Heijn to Go within easy walking distance of the hotel, but there was no refrigerator in the room.

The room was nice for what you pay. It is a good hotel if you need to overnight for your flight. The beds were pretty comfortable and the bathroom spacious. There's a restaurant in the hotel but the flavor is not the best. Tea and coffee are free
We were not informed that the shuttle also stops at other Ibis hotels before bringing us to the airport. Luckily the other hotels are relatively close but it took us roughly an additional 10 to 15 minutes to get to the airport. So when deciding which shuttle to take to the airport, it might be good to add an additional 30 minutes to your plans
