Room was nice and cleaned daily. Hotel is right next to the metro station, so you can reach city center easily. We were also easily able to reach arena for concerts.
We had a small issue of AC leaking water and reported this to a reception. Their reaction was good - they sent someone to fix it and provided free breakfast as an apology.

The room was big compare to other rooms in Amsterdam. And I was clean and nice.
The stuff was friendly, and assisted when needed
Although location is not city center it’s very easy to arrive to city center using the nearby metro station. Usually it took us 10-15 min to get where ever we wanted inside the city.

Good and confortable hotel, extremely well connected despite not being close to the city. Staff was helpfull in person.
The system to contact staff was extremely slow, I used it twice, first time a 15 min reply time with a solution, the second time I waited over 40 mins to get a useless reply and a closed ticket.
The sofa bed for my kid made so much noise, we decieded to move the matress to the floor.

The location was great. Just two stops to the square. The subway was literally right there and just a short bolt ride from the airport.

The location is perfect, just next to metro station and you can get in 15 minutes to the centre.
The rooms are very nice, and all the facilities look great. The parking experience was also smooth.

Modern new hotel, spacious efficient room with space designed for everything. Rooms were clean and spotless. Shower was fantastic. Breakfasts were delightful served in a big floor. Staff were all friendly. A nice bar environment with delicious pizzas. Just few steps to metro station and 5 minutes to main Amsterdam using metro. Quiet. Safe neighborhood. Overall, highly recommend this hotel.
Almost flawless, but not much to do in the vicinity of the hotel except the metro and a supermarket. Also no phone in the room (upgraded to app or web based chat but it doesn’t yet support chat).

Good enough hotel, which is in the market with others in the area. It is silent (as much as it could be knowing the road located nearby). There is extreme important benefit - the train station + Lidl + Mc Donald's located nearby. E.g. if you travel to Amsterdam to visit museums, central area and so on, it is quite convenient living in cheaper area and just spend 15 minutes on good metro to arrive to city center (knowing that the travel is typically includes into museum passes).
It seems like the mirror was designed for Hawaiian people height - we were too small for it.

It's an excellent choice all around. The location is very convenient because it's close to the metro and bus stations. The hotel itself is wonderful, with very nice facilities, unusual but beautiful decor, and the right combination of luxury and functionality. The bar is really nice. The staff is super friendly, polite, and really helpful. The room had everything we needed and was really comfortable. The mattress was easily the best we've ever slept on in a hotel. The breakfast was fantastic. All in all, our stay was perfect and we left with the best impressions. And of course a value for money choice. We highly recommend it.

The location was legacy staff super helpful and kind modern building and amenities
The automatic water faucet, the broken vending machine , no microwave and the fridge doesn’t get cold enough (which may have been fixable in my end) . Rooms are beautiful staff awesome and insightful and kind.
