The location was legacy staff super helpful and kind modern building and amenities
The automatic water faucet, the broken vending machine , no microwave and the fridge doesn’t get cold enough (which may have been fixable in my end) . Rooms are beautiful staff awesome and insightful and kind.

Great facilities, clean space, and friendly staff! The common areas were also very beautiful. The gym had all the necessities, but obviously limited by the size. There was some free weight selections, a variable cable machine that could be used for a variety of exercises, a bench, some yoga balls, and plenty of cardio machines! The complementary water was appreciated in a city like Amsterdam, and the gym towels were always stocked and clean
In the 3 person bedroom, the 3rd bed felt crammed in last second. While the rest of the room was comfortable, the 3rd bed was shoved in a corner with no light or charging outlet. Thankfully, the window had space to at least use as a "bedside table"

Really nice hotel, clean trendy and staff are lovely.. right next to metro only a 5min metro ride to Amsterdam centre... much better than staying in the centre

Perfect location as it’s around 6 minutes to reach the center via the metro which is 2 minutes walk from the hotel, also the size of the room was very convenient for three people.
It would be very useful if the rooms had a telephone to reach out to the reception and the housekeeping as we needed extra blanket and we had to go to the reception and carry the blanket to the room.

It’s within less than 5 minutes walk from Noord metro station and very easy to locate. The check in was very seamless with help of the reception team as was checking out.
My only small gripe was there a was weird smell in my room but no where else in the hotel(not including other rooms). But it wasn’t unbearable so I didn’t raise it to the staff as I was staying for one night.
