The Toren Amsterdam, by The Pavilions features elegant accommodations alongside the famous Keizersgracht canal, around the corner from the Anne Frank House. It offers elegant rooms with flat-screen TVs with digital entertainment system. The Toren hotel is actually made up of two beautiful historical canal houses. With a heritage dating back from the 17th century, these two canal houses are called the main house and the private house. The main house is where you will find the guest reception desk, bar lounge and ‘silent garden’. The private house is located within 164 feet from the main house and only offers rooms! Each air-conditioned room at the Toren has an private bathroom with a bathtub. They have classic decorations such as chandeliers and ceiling paintings. Tea/coffee making facilities and a complimentary mini bar are also provided in every room. In the morning, guests can enjoy a delightful a la carte breakfast in the elegant breakfast room with views of the Keizersgracht. The trendy hotel bar serves refreshing drinks during the day. Westermarkt Tram Stop is less than 820 feet from the hotel. Dam Square and the Royal Palace are a 10-minute walk away. The hotel was excellent for my 3 day stay. The cottage rooms are excellent. Excellent location and great service. Water temperature was amazing.
It would be better to have one mattress instead of two twin mattresses because when you sleep in the middle of the bed there is a crack.

Friendly staffs
My stay was disappointing due to a water leak in the room that caused constant dripping noise throughout the night. It made it very difficult to sleep and impacted my overall experience. I hope this issue is addressed to prevent inconvenience to future guests. I had expected a much higher standard in terms of room maintenance and conditions. this issue was both disruptive and frustrating. I hope that this feedback will be taken seriously and address the maintenance problem to prevent future guests from experiencing the same inconvenience.
