It was a fantastic location- near the station and central areas including Anne Frank house. Our hotel room was very quiet and pretty facing the canal. Beds very comfy. It was a very peaceful stay.

The position of the hotel is ideal for walks along the canals and to visit multiple historical sights. The visual of the hotel inside and outside is nice. When asked staff is helpful.
The staff is not engaged when not approached, has personal discussions in the lobby area near the breakfast so everyone can hear (you can even hear the conversations in the room on the 2nd floor). The breakfast is present but the selection is highly limited, only the basics are present (pastry, ham, hard boiled eggs and cheese). Not a good value for the price.

There were hairs in the bathroom floor when we first got into the room, the shower was blocked so the water would flood into the bathroom floor every time we showered.
The mugs were dirty and had tea stain marks on them before we had used them.
There was a hoover, towels and cleaning products left right outside our room for over 24hrs.
The WiFi was really bad and was hardly able to use.
Woke up in the morning to someone right outside our window taking down decorations without any warning so had to have the curtain closed for the rest of the day.
We had a nice stay however these small things added together and made the price of the hotel room seem far too expensive for the quality of the room and the facilities.

The hotel was perfect and in a perfect location, very clean rooms and nicely decorated
The only thing I would say is that the beds could benefit from an extra pillow pp as the 1 pillow isn’t quite enough however that is just personal preference.

Great location, nice breakfast bar area, bed was comfortable and room was small but clean
It looks a bit tatty in places around the lift and corridors, for this price and location I thought it would be better. The staff were efficient but not super friendly
