The view was amazing and the location as well!
The staff working there is really welcoming and nice.
There was a loud sound of engines all night that made it really hard to sleep! ( 5th floor )

Location was great.
Day staff was nice
Room 551! Don't get it.
Paid extra for deluxe room. The room was sooooo noisy from i assume rooftop units, i maybe slept 2 hours per night. It was like torture.
Plus elevator only goes to 4th floor. Very steep windey steps to 5th floor.
Honestly though, the noise was unbearable .

The hotel was in an excellent location and we had an lovely view from our room. We didn't need any form of transport we could walk to all them main attractions from the hotel. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Despite the winter months and the heavy snow the hotel was always warm and cosy.

If you are even a little bit claustrophobic do not book this hotel. The room is very small.
The view of the only window we had lead to a wall and guests rooms.
The room floor was covered in dust.

Perfect location for exploring the city. Very handy to be able to drop bags of shopping back or to pop back for a rest before dinner.

It was a good quiet location close to coffee shops, bars and restaurants
Bathroom clean
Poor bedding - the duvet was summer weight and not comfortable for winter weather. Told we need to use blower heater throughout the night. Poor pillows.
