Location is good. Breakfast very good. Nice amenities.
It was right next to a smoke shop and the room smell because of it. Room facing the street is noisy. Bed was not comfortable.

Wonderful
Beautiful canal street with lots happening nearby in the day but quiet at night. Really ideal location and was walkable from Amsterdam Centraal. We were able to check-in much earlier and the staff helped us find a local bike rental. Breakfast was simple but high quality.
The bathroom was a little cramped in our top floor room.

The location and the view of the canal were beautiful, but nothing special about this stay.
The room looked a little run-down and felt a bit dirty. Lots of scuffs on the walls, shower was questionable, visible dust and dirt on doors and paneling. The beds were clean and comfortable, it just seemed that a refresh might be due, especially for the price.

Staff were very friendly, location is excellent, hotel was quiet. Bed was comfy and room was clean, see iced every day.
We book Times Hotel specifically as it specifically said there was an elevator. We arrive and are told we were on the 5th floor, and elevator stopped at 4. We had very steep spiral stairs for last floor, with large suitcases and no offer to help from staff, we both late 60s. My wife struggled giing up and down each time.
The rooms are also very small.

Location is very central and easy to walk to most of the sites. Lots of eateries and boutique shops nearby. It has an elevator!
No place in the old town is perfect. Our room was next to the elevator and narrow stairwell and conversations were heard through the door. We are used to sleeping with ear plugs while traveling. :)

Location was excellent, right in the heart of the old city but on a quiet, pretty street on a canal. A lovely local bar nearby. The hotel was lovely and staff were friendly. Our room was bigger than we expected and very clean and comfy with air con, plus kettle, fridge etc. Was quieter than expected too!
Always prefer 2 pillows at a hotel but that's a minor point!
