This 3-star hotel is located on the Herengracht Canal in central Amsterdam. The renovated 17th-century building offer free Wi-Fi, with Central Station and the Anne Frank house just a 10-minute walk away. The modern rooms at The Times Hotel feature murals of classical Dutch paintings, and each room has a flat-screen TV. Toiletries are provided. A continental breakfast is served in the bright breakfast room, and restaurants can be found within a 5-minute walk of the hotel. Westermarkt and Dam tram stops are 500-yards from the hotel. The Hotel does have a 24-hour reception, but do not have bikes to rent, we can reccomend a company nearby.

Room was a good size, Tv had some good English channels with movies and a sports channel. Location was walking distance to all sites.
Noisy in the morning, not very good soundproofing.

Very clean and well maintained, we were extremely well welcomed by everyone. The situation of the hotel is perfect: in a very calm neighborhood but just a few mn away from downtown.
Only downside of our stay: we were in one of the room next to the front desk and many customers (especially in the morning) seemed to be taking a great pleasure at talking as loud as they could. The room door needs to be soundproof. Other than that we will definitely come back there!

Breakfast was lovely and convenient. Thankful for the elevator. Great location - can walk to everything including train station. Lady at check in was very friendly.

Girl reception was nice with late check out
Extreme maruana/hashish odor as hotel is next to busy coffee shop and most of all the decorared the entry with flowers st 07:00/08:00 o clock while we were sleeping and they forgot to clean the room
