The staff was very helpful and the location very easy to reach (metro & tram stations exactly in front). Breakfast very good (at 17,5€ per person).
Unacceptable lighting spot right above your head!!
Nothing special in the neighborhood, not even fast food (except hotel's bar/restaurant).
Noisy from early morning due to construction works in the building.

Disappointing
Reachable easily from Central Station with bus. Gym access is free. The staff is welcoming and nice.
The room was low budget but highly priced, with direct exposure to the noise of the people staying in the courtyard just below the windows. There was no efficient ventilation, the room felt damp. The toilets were not flushing properly which we notified the hostel, to no avail. And we paid around 150€ a night for this.

Location was about 20 minutes away from the city but was close to tram, bus and train. There were many options for food and drinks around. Checking in and out was easy and super quick using the machines at the lobby.
The building was somewhat old and under renovation. The room could be cleaner, especially the bathroom.

The social hub is very clean and I was honestly very happy this was my first contact in the netherlands. The room was exceptional and i can comfortably say i underpaid. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and I would stay again
Maybe some ports could be international or they could provide adapters for international guests

Very nice, great location, easy to visit my daughter
Room was not checkasin well. Sink was not working (there were a block) and shower is creasy, wether flow to floor. Rooms should have hand showers.

Close to the Metro station
I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately, our stay wasn’t great:
• The elevator was out of service for our entire stay, and it seemed like no one even tried to fix it. We ended up carrying our luggage up four floors by stairs. Someone tried to help, but couldn’t make it past the second floor, so we had to bring the rest up ourselves.
• When checking out, we needed help again, but the phone in our room didn’t work and we later found out none of the room phones do.
• Every time someone opened a door on our floor, the air pressure made our door shake like someone was trying to come in. It was unsettling and made the room feel less secure.
• The room felt overpriced for what it offered we found cleaner and quieter hotels nearby for €50 less per night.
• The coffee machine in the common area made extremely weak coffee, basically like tinted water.

Room service is only provided every two days, and I requested that the shower drain be unblocked. However, when I returned, it was still completely blocked!
