The check-in process was very straightforward and quick so we could get to the room in no-time. The room was fine, basic but well equipped. The location close to the Metro is very practical.
The room was pretty dirty, there were hairs and stains in the shower. The blanket was on the thin side so I woke up cold a few times, and the pillow was so tough that I had to switch sides all night to stop my ears from getting crushed against my head. It might not have been the most expensive hotelroom, but it wasn't the cheapest option, so I would've expected more.

The place is also student housing so everone is young and there are lots of fun activities in the lobby. The staff is super friendly
The bed is against the wall and the lamp is near the head. Also exhaust fan in the toilet wold not stop working

We only stayed one night, but had a nice cozy room.
The curtains and carpet were a little dirty and the water in our sink wasn't going down in our room. We weren't able to pull up the drain plug ourselves. But other than that our stay was good

All the staff was very friendly. There's tram and metro stations very close to the hotel. There's a water refill station at the lobby which is very useful.
In our room, there's a lamp over the bed that was too close to the mattress. It was almost impossible not to hit your head.

Self check in was efficient and smooth staff were available to help as need. Room was clean well organized bed was very comfortable. Train and Tram access 2 minute walk.
