Location was very good. Even though we had a cosy room with canal view it had plenty of space and was a reasonable size with large bathroom.
They have unrestricted access to non residents and at times there wasn’t any room in the lounge or bar area to have a drink. Lots of people working on laptops so felt a bit like an office at times. But that’s a Hoxton vibe I suppose. Breakfast wasn’t great and we only had it once.

Super welcoming and friendly staff! Great location with a cozy canal vibe. The first floor had a lovely restaurant and lobby hang out area and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was very comfortable, cozy and clean! We also appreciated the recommendations for things to check out while in town.
