The staff were so friendly and helpful. When we checked in the young lady (didn’t catch her name) sat down with us and showed us local sites nearby on the map. This is a great place with so much charm and very centrally located. Really enjoyed our stay.

The view, the location, the size of the room, and the decor is very elegant but cozy.
Unfortunately, the elevator wasn't working. We had 50 lb luggage, and the staircase is spiraling and narrow.

We very much enjoyed our stay in a deluxe double room at the Hendrix hotel. The room and bathroom were a very good size and nicely decorated. The location was good - within a 10 minute walk of the main station and with a good area of restaurants nearby. Everyone that we dealt with at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. There is a lovely small bar area at the front if the hotel and part of our booking included a drink at the bar which was nice
Whilst the hotel location is good, it is right on the edge of the city and very close to the main red light district.

Superb quiet location, not far from the central station. The staff were nice and extremely helpful. Very good breakfast. Large very comfortable room. We were visiting with another couple and the lounge was a lovely place to enjoy a drink or two and time together.

Very well equipped rooms, coffee machine, all you need in bathrooms. Very comfortable beds, welcome drink upon arrival.

Good size, nice view, excellent service.
You have to carry the luggages a few steps up the stairs to get into the hotel but I reckon is the same since we are in Europe.

Myself and my husband had a wonderful stay at The Hendricks Hotel. The location is excellent, just around a 10 minute walk from Amsterdam Central Station. This made getting around the city incredibly easy. The hotel has a warm, homely feel while still offering a touch of luxury.
We really appreciated the complimentary teas, coffee, and water available throughout the stay, and the welcome drink was a lovely gesture (with the option to choose an alcoholic or soft drink). The rooms themselves were beautiful and well equipped with everything you might need, including bathrobes and slippers for extra comfort.
Considering the quality and experience, I found the hotel to be very reasonably priced. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Amsterdam.
The room we chose was a little bit small, however we did choose the cheapest option due to the fact we wouldn’t be in the room much. Friends of ours upgraded their room and it was perfect. We would definitely upgrade our room next time. However it was very cosy, no complaints.

The staff- super friendly and I loved talking to them all. They couldn’t be more helpful.
You are so well looked after and this hotel goes above and beyond to meet your needs. The breakfast was fantastic, complimentary coffee/tea throughout your stay.
It was superb and I can’t wait to stay again on our next trip.
As there are wooden floors you can hear people above you walking around which can be disturbing but it is not a major concern.
