The staff and location of the hotel were excellent. You can catch the airport bus 397 very close to the hotel.
I had initially booked a single room and was not happy with the tiny bed, tiny sink and tiny room so I upgraded to a double room which was very nice. I would not recommend the single room.

A lovely friendly hotel in an excellent location. I was attending a work event at the RAI and this was in between there and Leidseplein, so was perfect. The staff were helpful and the room was pleasant. The pillow wasn't very comfortable (but this is subjective). Overall good value for money.

Good location - off Main Street but close to museums, tram and bus lines, friendly staff, decent variety for breakfast, fairly quiet area that we felt safe in.
Entry: Mossy/mouldy brick exterior; Room: no where to actually sit in the room besides a desk chair (there was a small narrow bench that maybe a child could sit on), no closed storage area for clothes (drawers or cabinetry), mold and water damage around the windows, no heat control in the room, only fan was a plug-in, pillows hard as rocks; WC: visible water damage in bathroom along doorway frame and cabinetry, no sink stopper, mirror lamination worn off along bottom, ridiculous showerhead, exhaust fan inadequate, no safety mat or bars in tub); Breakfast: hot items were always cold.

Place near central Amsterdam
Not clean beds (hairs..). Every day at midnight, they staff did some stuff+cleaning, refiling etc = 30 minutes of night noise). After our complaints at reception, we received an information, that they need to do some stuff every midnight...and that we should write an email to infolink. We sent, no reply to this days...

The highest praise goes to all four receptionists, who were exceptionally kind. They also deserve a raise of salary. The best thing about this hotel is the location.
The price is too high and does not match the quality of service at all. The hotel is tiny. There were hairs on the towels.

Location was excellent - really close to the Vondelpark and the Museum district. The hotel was clean and comfortable (apart from the pillows which were like large bricks!), the staff were exceptionally friendly and the breakfasts were adequate. I would recommend this place to friends.
