Front desk. All staff amazing. Mark and Stephen. The dark haired lady working on Sunday pm. The restaurant manager who gave us coffee.
Our coffee machine did not work but that is ok for one night.

The location of the hotel was perfect and the junior suite was big enough for three adults but that's where the good points ended. When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by a very grumpy and rude old man, he argued with us about things, talked over us and made us feel very unwelcome. Some of the sockets in the room did not work at all and/or did not work at the same time, the toilet smelled of old pee and the staff (except for the cleaners) were very unprofessional in their behaviour, no one even greeted us when they came to the reception / breakfast room or in the elevator. The breakfast did not meet our expectations and the room was not as quiet as the website suggested when we booked.

We were on 3rd floor facing alley with eateries. This made it very noisy in the room. You could hear people yelling and talking even in the early hours of the morning Not much choice for breakfast - I would rate breakfast as average Hotel is overpriced

We arrived for my husbands birthday. When we arrived, staff were very friendly and they decorated our room with balloons and a personalised note. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. We also received bottles of water every morning. Location was perfect.
