The staff were fantastic from checkin to checkout, they arranged an upgrade which was perfect.
The property is clearly well looked after, it was very clean and very well located.

Nothing worth mentioning.
Very poor facilities, uncomfortable rooms, lack of cleanliness, and a general feeling of neglect. The location is noisy and unpleasant, and the overall experience does not reflect a hotel of this category at all. Absolutely not worth the money

Location was amazing and close to everything Good sized room Coffee pod machine. Staff excellent and very helpful Quiet considering the location
Bed not overly comfortable and had an almost plastic type sheet under the normal bottom sheet Pillows uncomfortable No instructions on how things work House keeping timing mediocre although staff good.

Great view of dam square. Bed was very comfortable.
Room was very dated and looked tired. Definitely in need of refurbishment. TV remote didnt work. Asked for replacement which worked for a day and then failed again, asked for a further replacement and was told someone woild come to the room, nobody did so i gave up.
