This was our 3rd stay at the hotel and it’s like coming back to your home at Europe. Everyone welcomes you with warm, kind hearted smiles and they actually mean it, you can see it in their eyes. Although we didn’t mentioned our wedding anniversery at the booking, miriam and mark niels chosen us to complimentary upgrade and canal tour by some fate :) . They were very helpfull and sincere, during our stay. And also today, i forgot to ask her name but, long curly haired front desk lady, and we really had a joyfull conversation and she understood how much we enjoyed our stay by the mini bar usage :)) thank you for everything this was what we needed, see you guys as soon as possible :) Also the cleaning personal always smiles and welcomes you

Amazing people work at this hotel, especially the concierge guy who didn't hesitate to walk us in the rain to show us an Italian restaurant, thank you very much for that. This hotel is distinguished by its good service and is focused on the guest. Thank you very much to them. The location is perfect for those who want to walk around Amsterdam.
The restaurant was closed in the evening, which is not good, especially in winter when you have to go far for dinner.

Great location. Right in front of tram. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Giving a high sense of class but not snobbiness. The room was a great size as well as bathroom and shower. Clean hotel. No weird smells or stains. I would recommend and stay there again.
I cannot think of anything to complain about.

Fabulous welcome from front of house staff who couldn't do enough for us the whole trip. Any questions or needs were dealt with instantly. Loved that the room had a bath as well as a shower!
No spare blanket in the wardrobe.... husband is a blanket snatcher and I got chilly
