Disappointing
In the last day of my stay the house keeping have come to the room to clean after that I could not find my wife sun glasses .. of course the hotel denied that any belongings have been taken from the room. I cannot trust a hotel that I need to put even a sunglasses in a safe to avoid losing it

I liked the size of the room and the bed was exceptionally comfortable . Had the most comfiest nights sleep. The staff were very friendly also
The room was clean to look at but when you look properly it wasn’t very clean. There was dust in the head board of the be with marks on it like drip marks it needed a good scrub. Also there was a lump of hair under the sink in the bathroom where clearly they weren’t hoovering or sweeping up I noticed it the first night but ir was too late and I was tired to mention it and thought it would be cleaned the next day . Then the next day we were out all day from morning to night so I didn’t notice u till we was gone late at night and it hadn’t been cleaned again . For the price of the hotel it should definitely be more clean

The staff were amazing at the hotel- Mark was really friendly and gave us a great restaurant recommendation so we had a great evening! We also really appreciated the tickets for the canal tour and had a lovely time

Wonderful
The beds were so comfortable i just wanted to stay there, pillows and mattress like sleeping on a cloud, just fabulous. i also like tea and coffee facilities in the room. The hot water was fabulous for a soaking bath. location of hotel right in the centre of everything.
i dont know what to say for the answer to this question. breakfast was expensive, so ate outside. my room only had a small window.

I liked its location and they were really helpful with personal requests. The service was lovely!
They unfortunately didn’t offer variety when it came to the TV and the WiFi wasn’t great but that’s okay!

Wonderful welcome very helpful, the room had a lovely view, very clean and good facilities, check in and check out was smoth running. We really enjoyed our stay the location was ideal.

The location of the Swissotel is perfect! It is right in Dam Square and within walking distance to train station, Anne Frank house and more! Can’t beat the location! Highly recommend the hotel!
