Hotel location is great
I have stayed 5 times but NEVER again Mark on the reception is the most unhelpful and rude member of staff in hospitality I have ever come across. Over talking and would not let me speak, I ended up pay for the same room three times because he would not accept I had paid even though I produced my bank statement. He threatened to sell my room and put me and my partner out in the street. He does not deserve a job In such a nice hotel. I will never stay there again and will ensure none of my companies staff do not stay there again. This hotel has lost around €21,000 per year due to his aptitude and lack of empathy to my situation. It took two days to get my refund over €2100 and he didn’t care and ignored me to speak to other customers while I was stood rite I front of him. RUDE RUDE RUDE

Location.
The room aircondition noisy, at night we had to switch off we could not sleep. The coffee machine switch on instructions not correct. We were unable to use 1st day. The coffee pods not correspond to flavour type on the wooden box, difficult to know what flavours. At breakfast on 1st day I ordered egg omelette with veg no meat, very nice tasty. Second day ordered same BUT received plain. Third day same order this time only filled with mushrooms. When I complained I was told kitchen very busy ?. we arrived 8.30am for breakfast , we found most items not available, when complained we were told customers all come early . We were disappointed with Breakfast service

Clean rooms , well decorated . Comfortable beds
Lovely bathroom with nice products
Very quiet , no noise from outside or other rooms

Breakfast was average. Items not replaced well.
