the hotel itself was in a very central and convenient location. we could walk everywhere. beds were nice. room was clean and comfortable. checking in and out was relatively fast and simple. soundproofing was generally good.
no complementary breakfast for us :(. shower temperature fluctuated. soaps were empty. pricy for not much amenities. gym was 1 small room but had several basic equipment but if all the equipment were in use it would be too crowded and noisy. requested for bathtub but unavailable. room is small, not much space to lay our luggage flat. altogether not value for money considering it's a 4 star hotel.

The property was located right in the city center. Perfect location to walk everywhere and close to the train station. Staff were friendly and allowed us to leave our bags while we explored around. Definitely recommend if you are in Amsterdam!

the hotel's location is in the city center. very very close to the public transportation. the staff is so smiley and helpful. beds are so comfortable (i have herniated disc). our room is a standart one, big enough for two people. for the ones who experienced swiss hotels in turkey, please consider this hotel is in europe and not similar to the ones in turkey.

The given room had a little window at high level, room with literally no window and obviously no view.
I booked a room without breakfast, went to restaurant to have a look at the breakfast, it was very poor, no variety, no options, bread and croissants looked small, frozen bakeries were baked quickly… so we just left the restaurant and decided to have the breakfast outside.

The hotel is in excellent locations and in the middle of every where and close to central station and easy 5 minutes walk.room is spacious, clean, bed is comfortable, getting water every day . Receptionist staff were good and specially Nada. The manager was a great help and solved an issue in my favor . Concierge is a pleasant person.. they all look after the customers very well . Loved the hotel and will come back

Best place in amstardan, on the Dam square. Everything is near, restaurants, supermarkets, fashion stores attractions, bike stores, just Everything. The prices of all were fair.
Really enjoyed this hotel.
They even gave free checkout extension.

Best location by far. The restaurant was great. Friendly staff.
I was really shocked that there were no charging ports or outlets in the bedroom, considering how modernized the room was. My wife needs her phone next to her bed to monitor a medical condition so that was really difficult. The staff provided us an extension cord but it didn’t resolve the issue.
I did like the modern feel of the bathroom with the glass walls but it wasn’t very practical when needing privacy at the toilet. There needs to be an option for privacy like a curtain or sliding door. I had to tape a sheet up but it fell down. Lastly there were some issues with decor, the old wooden cabinets and bedroom sliding door with black stripes were falling apart and clashed with the modern feel.

Front desk staff member Mr. Tayfun was very attentive and helpful. He answered all our questions patiently. I appreciate his kindness.
There were no power outlets near the beds. The furniture was very old and outdated. Some areas in the room were also dusty. When does Swiss Hotel plan to renew its furniture?

Location was within walking distance to all the attractions of Central Amsterdam. But above all, the manager Mr. Tayfun ensured our comfort at the hotel, and gave us excellent advice on the city for our short trip. Mr. Tayfun, I would like to thank you very much for your excellent hospitality from here, and I hope to see you soon at another visit.
The hotel lacked general Swissotel standards. The breakfast was below average.
