The staff is really nice and always willing to help. Location was perfect, right in the middle of Amsterdam.

Great location next to Dam Square.
Booked a premier twin room but beds were joined, very small room, even smaller bathroom and a window view of a wall. Only one ‘cosy’ chair when two chairs or a sofa would have been a good option. Breakfast choice was limited and not very warm. Very friendly staff. We booked two nights but only found out when checking in that the restaurant and bar were shut both nights, no room service either.
