Excellent staff at the hotel, very accommodating. I liked the option to decline room service in favour of swissotel planting a tree towards their environmental targets.
The restaurant attached (Royal 98) had some unhelpful staff who tried to refuse the discount supplied by the hotel, this was resolved however.

Disappointing
We just like the location of the hotel.
The room was very small, and there was only one window, which was not visible from the bed. The bed was surrounded by walls, making the space feel very depressing. It was not even possible for two people to walk around comfortably. A hotel with a similar price and in a similar location can be found.

I asked the staff at the first to give me a room with a good location and they said not available, asked her again about good room and she said okay, the room she gave me it’s too far from the elevator and it’s too hard with shopping
