Located on Amsterdam’s famous Dam Square just 10 minutes’ walk from Centraal Station, Swissôtel Amsterdam offers a fitness center. The room was comfortable with a king sized bed and great shower. I found the reception staff to be efficient and willing to be friendly to guests. I will stay here again if ever back in Amsterdam.

Location
Room Cleanliness and the furniture are old and basic and the Housekeeping they do not clean the rooms and the bathroom very good and they do not check what is missing ant what is finished and supply it or fill it again, compare to the amount of many I pay , I do not think this is a 4 star hotel, I can rate them as 2 or 3 star hotel, note : my booking was a suite, staff are not friendly and flexible, price are so high.

Location is convenient if you prefer to be in the tourist crowd. The bathroom facility was good.
Very tiny room size, no comfortable room facility, no good size wardrobe, the pillows are uncomfortable over used no rack even the coffe machine is replaced wrong and I was not able to see the start button to push with my mid size height, no place or rack to open a valise, unnecessarily big bed but no place to walk around, the use of name Swisshotel is misleading

The bed was super comfy! The best I have ever stayed in. Its really big! The size of the room was a little small for the money, but I think thats because the bed takes up most of it
The staff seemed friendly, but did not go out their way to speak or even say hello, some didnt eve notice you were there

Room was clean and nice but maybe little bit small, Breakfast could have more options, Location was perfect- in the heart of Amsterdam. There was also small gym what was nice.
