The location is the only reasonable thing

Good Location, we stay at junior suit room and all the staff, the manager and director are really nice and helpfull and treat us very well, we really appreciate it, we are surely come back again, thanks a lot mrs director, and all swissotel staff to serve us very well

Amazing location, friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms
Only two small things that were inconvenient was the shower partition lets water out on the floor when used, nothing that couldn't be solved with an extra towel on the floor but worth mentioning, and when it gets late you have to ring a bell to have the hotel door opened, but a better option would be if it opened with the room key, otherwise we'd definitely stay here again.

The services offered were basic, no bellboys for example. It used to be a beautiful hotel 10 years ago and now it just feels like a useful city basic hotel.
