The room was hot, only one towel, couldn’t figure out how to turn shower head on, phone did not work, no WiFi instructions in room and was not given info at check in. Check in staff not very helpful.

We only stayed one night as we had to catch a flight the next day.
The hotel accommodated our request for a late check out of 4pm as, our flight only left at 7pm
Have a hotel bus that runs to and from Schiphol Airport every 30min
The restaurant at the hotel was shockingly overpriced due to the fact that there are no other eating places in the immediate vicinity. Charged Michelin star prices for a burger that was barely edible. Restaurant was also understaffed and the waiting time to take an order was extremely long.

The room was very quiet and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was very good.
At this rate, I would expect a nice coffee maker in the room, with capsules, not just some instant coffee. Also, I missed decaf coffee option at the breakfast coffee machine. Dinner was expensive, compared to similar airport hotels at other airports.

The shuttle to and from the airport was timely and easy. The room was as pictured and clean.
The check in took a long time, they had trouble finding the reservation even though I had a confirmation email and number. The price was not what we had been guaranteed with the card because of rising VAT taxes. The front desk was business-like but unfriendly. Only restaurant open ( understandable because of holiday) was the sports bar. Service was slow and food was average and pricey.

Shuttle back to airport.
Shuttle to the hotel: over an hour waiting under cold and rainy weather for the transportation. We couldn´t get in due to lack of space (too many people waiting!). We decided to take a taxi.

Location
No room service available, no glasses to drink from, only plastic cups, asked for queensize bed and received two single beds. Rooms next to me were available and had queensize bed available. Lack of effort from staff. Payment station for parking was not operating, guy at reception was in a bad mood to help me out. Never again the Steigenberger!

Love the pool and three saunas. The room was comfortable, the staff helpful and a beautiful hotel.
We had a few problems. I was traveling with a coworker and requested two single beds. Instead, we got a room with 1 bed, so needed to go request different. Changed rooms and there was a key mixup. They were polite but it was a lot of Back and forth from the room to the front desk (several times) before we could relax. Someone had left a window in the room open, and when we return from a long, cold, (30 degree) day in the city… the room was very cold, and we were unable to warm enough. Had to request extra blankets, Shuttle driver did not show on time in the morning and we had to wait another half hour.. worries about making our flight.

Air port shuttle only from 8am-11pm.
I booked a hotel to catch an early flight. Had to uber.
The sauna and swimming pool was “broken.” Unavailable. Staff seemed annoyed and impatient.

The staff were great. The price of the buffet was very high but the food was excellent. Problem was that the location is not near anything or anywhere that you can just pop out and go pick something up. If you need anything, you'll need to catch a cab.

The room and hotel were very nice, but the shuttle from the airport was not able to accommodate all the people needing to go to the hotel. We had to take a cab to get there and check in took a very long time but didn’t have that long if a line. Didn’t understand it.
Shuttle service. The morning shuttle didn’t show up but hotel staff called a cab to take us to the airport.
