Very Poor
I had booked a room via booking.com quite late at night. When I arrived at the hotel at 3 a.m., it turned out there were no rooms left. The two front desk staff were extremely uninterested and unfriendly. As if it was my fault the hotel was full. They were absolutely not willing to see if there was still a solution somewhere; it was not their problem. Completely unworthy of a four-star hotel.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The check in and out, very easy and fast. The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed for 4 days and they cleaned our room and changed the towels every day.
The breakfast was very good and the staff couldn’t be more attentive and helpful, and the hotel restaurant offered delicious food and drinks.
You can park your car in the underground parking and the prices are very good. I don’t recommend driving to the city, is a nightmare to find parking and the prices are ridiculous.
You can take the shuttle every half hour to get to the airport where you can take the train to the city center. Very easy to navigate.
25 minutes drive to Keukenhof or Zaanse Schans windmills.
5 minutes drive with the hotel shuttle to the airport and another 10 to 15 minutes with the train to the city center, depending on where you’re going.
Great place to stay when in Amsterdam.

Good facilities. Very well soundproofed rooms for an airport hotel. Airport shuttle. Pool, gym etc. Really excellent breakfast with a very wide selection of products.
Although the facilities within the room were excellent the furniture is showing signs of wear and tear. That is quite normal for an airport hotel with heavy usage but rooms are looking a little tired.

The shuttle to schipol was excellent
Maintainence very bad. On check in the right bedside lamp was broken/not working. Unable to read due to poor light. The rooms were not cleaned when we returned on sunday-- when we called reception they said they no clean the room on weekends. This was not informed when booking or when check in. As a consequence of not cleaning and checking there was no shower gel. This is not expected from a nearly 5 star hotel.

The bed was uncomfortable..the topper pad moved when sleeping on it and the pillows were not decent at all. We came to be close to airport so that was an ad
Bed uncomfortable. Topper pad moved when sleeping on it..pillows were thin and should be replaced. The shuttle bus man was grumpy..older man and packed everyone in like sardines and did not help anyone, get a new job if you can't be friendly, the people you drive to the airport pay your wages, food in restaurant was not worth what they were charging and again bar staff, rude..put two drinks down on the table next to us and walked away..nobody was sitting at that table...these examples of customer service were the worst we had seen in our 4 week trip around Europe..do better!!!

The room was hot, only one towel, couldn’t figure out how to turn shower head on, phone did not work, no WiFi instructions in room and was not given info at check in. Check in staff not very helpful.

Pleasant
The airport shuttle was very convenient, running every 30min. The room was comfortable and a good size, with very nice bedding and excellent blackout curtains, which made for a good night’s sleep.
However, the room itself did not quite match the photos, as it felt noticeably older and more worn. The carpets were stained, and the kettle was not clean on arrival, although housekeeping replaced it immediately when requested, which was appreciated.
