The room was hot, only one towel, couldn’t figure out how to turn shower head on, phone did not work, no WiFi instructions in room and was not given info at check in. Check in staff not very helpful.

The airport shuttle was very convenient, running every 30min. The room was comfortable and a good size, with very nice bedding and excellent blackout curtains, which made for a good night’s sleep.
However, the room itself did not quite match the photos, as it felt noticeably older and more worn. The carpets were stained, and the kettle was not clean on arrival, although housekeeping replaced it immediately when requested, which was appreciated.

Free shuttle bus, quiet, clean and comfortable, food is good but needs variation everyday . Pool and gym is look ok.
There an unfortunate accident on our way to the airport with our shuttle bus. Luckily nothing serious happened with all passengers . We’re a bit traumatised but ok. But have we not received any formal apologies from what happened.

We only stayed one night as we had to catch a flight the next day.
The hotel accommodated our request for a late check out of 4pm as, our flight only left at 7pm
Have a hotel bus that runs to and from Schiphol Airport every 30min
The restaurant at the hotel was shockingly overpriced due to the fact that there are no other eating places in the immediate vicinity. Charged Michelin star prices for a burger that was barely edible. Restaurant was also understaffed and the waiting time to take an order was extremely long.

Such a huge comfortable bed.
Free shuttle, can be used to go to station at the airport to get into city centre.

The room was very quiet and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was very good.
At this rate, I would expect a nice coffee maker in the room, with capsules, not just some instant coffee. Also, I missed decaf coffee option at the breakfast coffee machine. Dinner was expensive, compared to similar airport hotels at other airports.

Good location, shuttle to the airport any half hour
Fifty euros deposit, that we haven’t been informed , not acceptable Revolut card by hotel payment system and like a result we have paid twice by other card and had very long discussion how to return our money. The manager solved the problem but that make some stress for us.
About restaurant: we spend 39 euros per person, but it was the same food every evening and most of them very spicy which not suitable for children .
Good nice service of make up room.
