Location.
Air port shuttle only from 8am-11pm.
I booked a hotel to catch an early flight. Had to uber.
The sauna and swimming pool was “broken.” Unavailable. Staff seemed annoyed and impatient.

The staff were great. The price of the buffet was very high but the food was excellent. Problem was that the location is not near anything or anywhere that you can just pop out and go pick something up. If you need anything, you'll need to catch a cab.

The room and hotel were very nice, but the shuttle from the airport was not able to accommodate all the people needing to go to the hotel. We had to take a cab to get there and check in took a very long time but didn’t have that long if a line. Didn’t understand it.
Shuttle service. The morning shuttle didn’t show up but hotel staff called a cab to take us to the airport.

The room was dirty with dust all over, especially under the bed. I normally don't even look there, but i was doing my exercising and sound like that room was not vacuumed for month. Especially for the price i paid i was expected more of the value.
Price too high, i didn't like showed since all water was draining into the restroom. Cleanliness was pretty bad. I even made

The location is excellent for an overnight layover. Great bed. The sports bar menu was tasty and well prepared. Restaurant servers were sweet but not well trained.
Furnishings are tired and in need of a refresh.

The hotel is good for an average standard.
I stay at the same hotel chain in Frankfurt airport all the time and was expecting something similar. The Frankfurt location is excellent and the Amsterdam location is unfortunately just normal.

oops this is what I didn't like!! :
It was complicated and very time consuming to reach the hotel. The telephone didn't work in my room when I wanted to get room service and an adaptor for my own phone. Staff were polite when I went down to the lobby and assured me that the phone would be fixed tomorrow - when I would have flown away!!

Hotel was quite big, beautiful and welcoming. Staff were kind, got some good mornings. Maids did lovely, they're so nice. And the accessibility was great. Did happen to use the wrong elevator twice though. My fault.
Long hallway if you get a lucky room number. That's kinda it.
