Full property and not enough shuttles to carry everyone. Only 1 elevator working which jeans it took 20 minutes to go down from the room’s floor I almost lost my uber.
The restaurant did not have a good room service menu.
In the morning the cleaner came in the room while I was on the toilet after I yelled not to enter.
It takes at least 20 minutes from the airport to the hotel.

The room was quite big for an airport hotel. There was a bath/shower and enough for two people to move around without feeling cramped. The usual amenities were there and everything was clean. What was specially appreciated was the pool and spa area.
A slightly bigger bus for the airport shuttle would have been good but not a deal breaker.

Price , location and availability of shuttles, and most of all kindness of staff.
Carpet in my room was quite stained and i think I waited too late to request a lavender pillow, so that is my fault.

Definitely very convenient and free shuttle served location
German concept of functionality and comfort
Breakfast was outstanding and catering to all dietary needs
Plentiful and very varied
Overall it was a very satisfying and relaxing stay with the Steigenberger chain
Highly recommended
The central garden was quiet horrible having access to such outstanding ornamentals in the Netherlands

Airport shuttle was good. Used it to and from the airport.
Room was comfortable. Shower was okay.
Reception staff were pleasant and very helpful.
One of the two elevators was out of order in the morning causing delays in getting to the lobby. It took 4 tries to be able to get in the elevator as it was filled each time. The stairs were inaccessible as they had alarms on the doors. Signage could have been better.

I stayed here a couple of years ago, and I still love it. Booked for one night after our flight got canceled. The front desk was delightful, and the breakfast was very nice. Plus points they have a dedicated vegan fridge with cheese, spreads, and sausage. They also had non-dairy milk. Rooms clean, great size, and the bed is super comfy.
