I broken the tv by accident and went downstairs to pay for it, the executive team appreciates my honestly and told me I do not have to pay for it. But guess what, after I checked out, they still charged me with my credit card.

Room is spacious, quiet and modern. The gym is actually well equipped compared to the vast majority of hotel gyms, but the pool and spa really are awesome. Nothing like a hot steam and a swim before a long flight!
Can't really complain about a free shuttle that got us where we needed to go on time, but there is a case to be made for either a larger shuttle with improved luggage capacity or higher frequency service at least for part of the day.

The bathroom was spacious with large countertops! The room and beds were cozy. The free shuttle to and from the airport was amazing!
Not much and just a personal preference, but the pillows offered were all soft. It would be nice to have a firm pillow choice as well.

Everything is top. But the people at the reception was what made everything just amazing. Thank you to one of the girls that was in her shift around 8 pm on Friday July 4th, she was so so nice and helpful!

The room and hotel were very nice, but the shuttle from the airport was not able to accommodate all the people needing to go to the hotel. We had to take a cab to get there and check in took a very long time but didn’t have that long if a line. Didn’t understand it.
Shuttle service. The morning shuttle didn’t show up but hotel staff called a cab to take us to the airport.

Spa was great
The bed/ mashed was uncomfortable. Very old mattress with a weird topper on it. Mattress tech was compromised due to , under the bed is did not get a hoover. Witnessing terrible altercation between the shuttle driver and some other customers.

Comfy bed. Rain shower. Kettle and tea. SPORT BAR! Good food and drink. Staff kind and helpful to travelers. Chef made special dessert for me!
Room smelled stale and sewagey. Ran water in shower and AC and was fine. Dusty too. Toilet seat broken.
