Exceptional
Unlike other hotels near the airport, this hotel provides a free shuttle from AND to the airport. We stayed at another hotel near the airport and their shuttle was free only to the hotel but you had to pay for the shuttle to the airport. This hotel management did the right thing! Will stay here again.

The rooms are perfect ... in the beds you sleep soooo good. And the breakfast is sooo delicious and so much. Really loved the staff. Also the spa and the swimmingpool are perfect.
I liked it all.

Fair
Rooms are always clean and comfortable with the exception of the pillows.
The spa--saunas specifically--were not functioning on the Monday morning of my visit. Very disappointing. The front desk staff member who checked me in was quite unprofessional with a limited working knowledge of English, at least that's the impression she gave as she failed to understand some of my most basic questions.
Also, the deposit policy is severely flawed and makes no sense whatsoever. It took three days to get my deposit back and mere seconds to charge it off of my back account upon check in.

Very Poor
The free airport shuttle is the only positive I can think of
The bed linens were dirty and the hotel in general is very old, definitely overpriced

Disappointing
Breakfast choices were good.
Soap dispenser in shower was empty. Bed was two mattresses with gap between them. Stayed two weeks earlier and hotel discarded $30 medical
Ice pack I had left in freezer by accident without telling me.

Very Good
The room was fantastic, everything went well. Very quiet and the staff was hepfull
I had to leave before I received a couple of pieces of mail, requested they return to sender, but they accepted the items and never returned them... so I'm guessing the staff stole my items or lost them...
