Very pleasant stay with a very nice owner. House has a free parking space right in front of the house which is very practical or if you have an electric vehicle you can charge your car at a city terminal about ten meters from the house. Very beautiful house with a beautiful terrace overlooking the canal, there is a small lounge on the terrace where you can sit with friends that I particularly liked especially at night. Very quiet and peaceful area where there is a park right next door where you can walk your dog. To do again with pleasure

The terrace is the jewellery of this apartment, spacious and just by a canal. We also liked the side location of the apartment compared with the city center, as we could park nearby.
The poor equipment in the kitchen, specially no stove. The overall cost (price, cleaning fee and guarantee) was too high considering the amenities.

The apartment and the owner were amazing, and I highly recommend it
The location is a bit far from City center but it's mainly for relaxation and couples to enjoy the place

Nice place to stay for a couple of days in Amsterdam. 15 min walk from a train station. 35min from center. Very nice owner who helped us first day to find a good place for a dinner. Dogs friendly. A duck family with small ones lives right next to the house.
Public parking only. Paid from 9-20. And it’s hard to find an available place nearby after 20. Grill was smaller than on a picture. Just a couple of things to make this place even better. I would recommend to change a towels and a shower curtain in bathroom as they are a bit old. But in general, I would recommend this apartment and we will definitely return

Very spacy, very friendly owner. Very good alternative for hotel or when travelling with family or several people. Far more space than in hotel. Garden borders on water front, which is nice in spring, summer or early autumn.
Basically everything was okay, however garden could use some tidy up.

Free parking space was very convenient. You can leave your car to public transportation carpark and travel to city center easily. There are available restaurants, markets and shops close to apartment. We stayed in christmas time and it will be definitely more enjoyable in spring and summer to use garden opening to cannal.
There was a smoke smell from the curtains and made little bit uncomfortable

The owner was very amicable and Nice. She answered all of our questions. The flat was clean and cosy and the view of the canal is a ++. Close to the tram ??

A very good place to stay in Amsterdam a quiet neighborhood with something that it really unique - a tarrace at a canal with wildlife to admire! Perfect for afternoon relaxing. The owner is super friendly and just so nice to talk to! We stayed there two nights, but it felt like mini holidays. Plus there is place for a car, which is something in any city, not to mention Amsterdam.

1. Rear view from garden. 2. Quiet suburb.
1. Lack of Cleanliness. 2. Lack of ventilation in bedroom (i.e. no window). 3. Lack of electrical safety (i.e. exposed electrical terminals). 4. Lack of ventilation in bathroom/WC. 5. Lack of fresh/new toiletries. 6. Lack of use of credit card (debit card only). 7. Lack of consistency with step height inside property. 8. Property lack of ownership when issues were raised (albeit issues raised post stay). 9. Damage deposit not fully returned until issue raised with Booking.com. 10. Unregulated industry means pot luck with private accommodation. 11. Property is not interested in taking on positive criticism to improve and enhance future stays.
