I loved absolutely everything. I loved the beautiful hotel, the gorgeous room, the super comfortable bed, the view of the canal, how quiet it was, the delicious food, great cocktails, exceptional service… The staff could not have been friendlier or more accommodating or hospitable. The location was absolutely perfect. It could not have been a better location. And I would give the hotel five stars all day long!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nothing is this coffe shop. We have to run away waitress.the restaurant have bad nénuphar options .and room services after 22h is just uggly choice . The food is horrible not at the level of 5 stars

We checked into the hotel with a small dog (a toy poodle). Upon check-in, we were charged 500 euros, saying we would be refunded. Upon check-out, we were told the 500 euros would be for the dog. We ended up leaving because we were late for our flight. Later, I found out the price was not 100 euros per night, but 75 euros. I called the hotel and accused them of fraud. They promised to refund me 125 euros, but they never came. The room was poorly cleaned, it was also noisy at night, and they cleaned the neighboring room and vacuumed the floor at midnight!!!! A terrible hotel with staff that wants to cheat. I hope the 500 euros made you happy. I can pay you another 500 euros to never deal with you again. Scammers, be careful, citizens.
