Staff and attitude, I asked the staff to change my room with a different view as I ordered, they refused, I asked to fix the blinds on the first day and they fixed it at 3 because I slept during most of the day, it was very uncomfortable for me, the loft security behaves too aggressively with the residents, thinking that I came to the party and not to the hotel, the water was brought to the room only once, although I asked constantly, The room was cleaned only twice during our entire stay. I understand that housekeeping has limited working hours, but given that this was during ADE—where everyone parties at night and sleeps during the day—surely there could have been a way to address this, even if just by swapping out towels. Also, there was no toothbrush in the room, so I had to go find one myself.

Good location and modern room.
Appreciated the welcome beer
Free ferries to get to the hotel are good and fun all day/night.
You can’t go up to the viewing tower without paying.
Rooms are very small.
Basins are outside the bathroom which can be noisy if you need to wash your hands during the night.
Restaurant is not part of the hotel and gets super busy.

The bedding was sooo comfy! I was 6 months pregnant and asked for extra pillows. They gave us 4 and I slept soo well. The lifts are secure and you have to tap your room key to use them and go to your floor. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Loved the shower. So big with fluffy towels. It was so easy to get the free ferry across the river which took 3-4 mins and runs 24/7

Easy to get to from the train station and next door to the Holland flight experience. Room and hotel was exactly like the pictures. Great breakfast, great staff, the room has a hairdryer, iron and safe. Would definitely stay again when in next visit Amsterdam.

This was me second stay in this property in 2 months. I like the proximity to Amsterdam Central and the view of the river from the corner rooms where I stayed. I am always impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms and the staff deserve a massive thanks for making sure the rooms are spotless. Anytime I was hungry, The Butcher right downstairs made sure I was fed with the best meals.
Breakfast service has changed from buffet to a la carte-ish which really is limiting and having to go all the way down to go all the way up to The Moon restaurant was a bit of an inconvenience. The view was really good in the revolving restaurant and the staff are great though
