We had a corner room with an amazing view, the breakfast was good, and the staff was super friendly.
I know these are minor things, but the shower gel dispenser was totally empty, and arriving late at night, after a long flight, it would have been nice to have a proper shower. Also the record player did not work, it was only giving out a little bit of sound.

This property was in an amazing location as just outside the city so therefore much quieter. The rooms were very unique compared to any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Staff were so friendly and helpful and the place was very cool!

Ventilation should be better since the windows don't open. Even on the max setting It barely does anything. I want to feel the wind.
No swimming pool.
The Butcher restaurant tried to add a 10% service charge "because we are American." I've lived in Amsterdam for 10 years and this is the first time I have seen this, it was quite the shock. They removed it when I complained.
This is Amsterdam, not Las Vegas, be sure to check your bill.

Very spacious room for Amsterdam, the breakfast was very nice .The staff were all very friendly we even got checked in early.
Not exactly as described.or expected, there was no Guitar on the wall in our room and there was also mould on the blind in the bathroom . Could do without the flashing lights in the lifts especially in the mornings it was a little much

The location of the hotel was great to get to the train station and into the city centre. The room was very clean and the view from the windows was fabulous. It was great to watch the boats going by on the river. Choosing music for the record player in the room was fun. The lifts to the rooms were fun and interesting!

Really liked the welcoming staff, a generally funky atmosphere and great breakfast ( although this is not included and is quite expensive).
I had partly booked the room to use turntables to play vinyl but the collection downstairs was really jumbled and often scratched.
We asked for recommendation for local restaurants that looked great but they were 45-50 minutes walk away which put us off.

I booked this hotel for my parents 40th Wedding anniversary for a couple of nights! They loved the location! You are right next to the city without being in the middle of the city with the noise at night! They had a corner room which was beautiful views over the canel and the city from multiple angles. The staff very friendly. The ferry to and from the hotel was short and free! The food options at the hotels restaurant were good! Very clean! They even got a personalized note and some small gifts for their anniversary which was very a thoughtful and nice touch! My parents loved it and based on my parents recommendation we'll also stay here in the future! Thanks for a great experience!
The only thing was that it wasn't super clear if the minibar items were included or not! They might have just missed the info!

Beautiful luxury hotel! Staff was amazing and so friendly. You get a welcome drink upon arrival. The hotel rooms feel exclusive and private despite being connected to the Adam Lookout and other attractions. The rooms are exceptionally designed. We loved our stay here!

Loved the room vibe, the bed very comfortable and liked the linen. Loved the cosmetics and views spectacular. AC worked well. Good burger in Butcher and reception arrival was excellent - felt very welcomed. Ferry to central Amsterdam quick and actually nearer to amenities than a lot of central hotels.

Loved the friendliness of staff at checkin! The vibe of the hotel was amazing!! Highly recommend taking the ferry into the city center. The elevator ride is an experience!

-The room furnishings and availability of requirements
-the river view is relaxing and inspiring
-The left(elevator) system is organized
-The Centre is easily accessed by walking and the ferry
-the bed matrix is comfortable and the windows blackouts is great for day sleep
-When i arrived there was only one receptionist , she spent long time with one of the guest explaining trains and routes options till it was my turn to do check in!!
-The basin is in the room, outside the toilet
- the tea making stuff in the container looks not renewed for long time !
