We had a really lovely warm welcome, staff were very friendly and helpful and offered us a complimentary drink when checking in, this was a lovely touch! There were lovely little surprises throughout the hotel. We loved our stay and we will be back
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like, however we didn’t choose the breakfast option as it was a lot extra to add it onto our booking.

Super quiet room, whacky designs throughout hotel... fab view! So easy to get to and from hotel using the free ferry from the main station quayside.
Main restaurant for evening is disappointing. Waited ages and then the burger was overpriced and cold. For the remaining 6 nights I chose to eat out across in the main part of the city with more choice and better value. (My only niggle for the stay.)

Good location
Tired rooms, coffee machines not working, noisy. Would have been a nice hotel in times gone by but it has seen better days and needs some tlc.
