The staff were wonderful and accommodating. Our room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable. We checked in at 10am after an overnight flight and chose to upgrade to the Club Lounge with breakfast. Cocktail hour at the lounge had enough variety of food that we didn’t have to go out for dinner. Breakfast was delicious. We have stayed at all the hotels connected to AMS but the Sheraton is our favorite.

The reception attendant was slow, confused and inefficient. Later, our credit card statement showed the booking - already paid via Booking.com - was charged AGAIN. The Sheraton has - so far - not corrected this. We´re waiting for a refund!

I like the proximity and safety of the hotel to the airport. Located a few steps from the airport and security measures was added.
Someone activated the alarm at 5 am. Wake up call for the whole hotel. The staff on duty handle this like professional. Much respect to them.

The convenience of this airport hotel was the reason I booked. I would return based on the friendliness of the staff throughout the hotel (front desk, restaurant, also in hallways), peacefulness, sleeping was great (quiet, dark, great bedding).

well kept room, great breakfast. nice staff at the breakfast, and at checkout.
check in staff very rude. and not a great value, when I reserved I booked a rate for 3 guests, but even online they came back asking for an additional charge for the 3rd person’s roll-in bed.

The location is the only thing I would recommend.
The organized of queuing to check in is a mess. It's take a lot of time to check in or check out because you do not know which line is for check in and who can help you to check out or other requests. The hygiene of linen of the bed were bad, I felt itchy all over my body whole night I stayed in the hotel.
