You can’t beat this location, exactly in the airport which made for an easy early morning flight. Easy check in and checkout. Very friendly and fast service. The room is pretty bland but it was nice to have a nice clean room and bed to catch some rest after a canceled flight.

Closeness to airport and direct access without having to go outside. Room was great and bedding awesome. Room was very clean and modern.
The lighting in the room was a little dim. Could have done with a central light. Also, tea/coffee area was good but it would have been nice to have a small packet of cookies, etc. I thought the price of room service a little high and also the buffet breakfast was quite expensive especially if you didn't eat a lot.

This hotel is really “in” the airport. You don’t need to go outside to walk to the hotel. The rooms and facilities are excellent but mostly we were impressed with the service people. Without exception friendly and helpful. We travel internationally 4 or 5 times a year and this is a place we will be happy to come back to .

The breakfast selection was amazing. International with a touxh of local flavors. Location is ao close to the airport. Josie has been so amazing and smiling all the time and made time to visit all the tables.

Perfect location, great breakfast buffet, good hotel gym, spacious room with great bathroom. Requested late check out upon check in and this was honored by the friendly reception staff. Friendly hotel reception staff even let me check in earlier then planned.
Even though my late check out was honored, housekeeping knocked on my door (very loud) and made hand gestures with me to leave the room. Unfortunately housekeeping couldn't speak English so they didn't understand that I had late check out. Found it very disrespectful that housekeeping made rude hand gestures instructing me to leave the room. Besides this encounter I'm very much satisfied with my stay at Sheraton.
