Great hotel, clean rooms and very kind personnel. close to the center, a few minutes walk and bike rental is directly on oppposite site ihe hotel. parking garage is as well on the opposite side with plenty space. suggest to pre book online as they offer a rabate.
2 points reduction as their elevators had several issues during our stay, sometimes 2 of 3 were out of order, we were compelled to use the stairs up and downstsirs to floor 11! No signs and alerts by hotel management that elevators had issues. they let us simply wait in front of the elevators until we again realized its off. Really annoying, not that behaviour i would expect from a four stars hotel. now imagine you stand floor 11 and there is no information elevator is out of order. you wait and wait until you decide to use the stairs….

Overall a great accommodation in Amsterdam. Everything is good, only small problem is, sometimes it takes long to wait for the left. But apart from that we are really happy with the 4 nights staying there

Great location, easy access to Amsterdam Central station. Very peaceful stay.
The lifts can be very time consuming. Three for 12 floors so often busy. Take the stairs if you are able.

The location was only 10 minutes from train station and 20 minute walk to Anne Frank House.

Great location (but quieter):
Close to Amsterdam Centraal (about a 10–15 min walk), but just outside the busiest tourist area—so it’s quieter at night. 
• Clean, modern rooms:
Guests consistently say rooms are very clean, spacious (for Amsterdam), and modern. 
• Friendly staff:
Service is a big highlight—staff are described as helpful, welcoming, and accommodating. 
• Nice views:
Many rooms have water or city views, which people really enjoy.
