The building is nice and modern and the employees are friendly.
They don’t have water bottles, the location is far away from everything. And no one helped us carry out the luggage while checking out. No room service like any hotel in the world. You want food? You have to go downstairs to the bar. The beds are not comfortable at all.

We stayed in a corner suite which was fantastic. My kids were in a different category room where we had to have a thought was a pullout couch, but it turned out to be an actual hard couch so one of my children had to sleep on something that was very uncomfortable. Also, the topper that they put on the couch to try and make it comfortable with stained with blood, which was quite disgusting.

It very hard to find accommodations with two full beds. The room was perfect and comfortable. Location is nice and right on the water, staff was friendly and the hotel is very clean and well maintained.

Room Mate Aitana is beautiful and even though it's not right in the center, it is right on the water and in a great part of Amsterdam! Close to the tour boats and lots of restaurants! The hotel is beautiful and the beds are super comfy!! The staff is the best too! So happy with the stay and will def stay again!
