Location, comfort, value.
Rooms weren’t ready early, which is fine, but then there was a staff shift change at 3pm when everyone was trying to checkin. A minor inconvenience, but could be smoother.

Smooth check-in. Very pleasant facilities and internal design. Quiet and comfortable room. We made a couple of requests ahead of our arrival and the staff took care of everything. And then there was breakfast - it should absolutely be labeled 'fabulous' on booking.com ('good breakfast' simply does not describe it properly). Great stay.

Beautiful property and comfortable rooms. Views of the water and into the city were nice. Patio/deck was quiet and nice to sit outside in the evening. Property has a lift/elevator that some other properties nearby don’t have. Property is very much as advertised

The building is nice and modern and the employees are friendly.
They don’t have water bottles, the location is far away from everything.
And no one helped us carry out the luggage while checking out.
No room service like any hotel in the world. You want food? You have to go downstairs to the bar.
The beds are not comfortable at all.
