Parking was expensive. The bed linens were dirty. The location wasn't great. The most important thing to remember is to block off the door when sleeping, showering, or resting in your room. Repairmen knock on the door and enter after 10 seconds. When we informed the front desk, they said they have the right to do so and can only enter after knocking on the door to check if the room is occupied. There's a malfunction in the room that needs repairing, so why are you allowing guests in? The fact that they knock on the door and enter instead of checking with the front desk to see if the room is occupied is proof that your room lacks privacy.

Very modern and fancy hotel, very clean. Beautiful window view. Good location not far from mail railway station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed, furniture and shower. Reasonable price.

It very hard to find accommodations with two full beds. The room was perfect and comfortable. Location is nice and right on the water, staff was friendly and the hotel is very clean and well maintained.

The place Its settled was nice, but the down town a little far.
The rooms we stayed not really nice which has been shown at photos in Booking com. Towels color was a bite grey-white. Breakfast quality was not good. Coridors doors and all sofas were very old and seems to eyes dirthy and old.

I like the place and the vicinity to the central station is perfect not that far.
I do not like the pillow as I am not used to it, it is thick. I like using flat pillow.

The location was good, a 10 minute walk from the station, 15 minutes from the canals, shopping/restaurant area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were unfortunately caught up in what Amsterdam considers bad weather and the airport and Eurostar closed almost entirely. We spent two nights longer than intended and every time we arrived back at the hotel to check in again, they accommodated us with kindness and efficiency. This is a great hotel at a decent price point.
