The breakfast was great, also a nice location of the hotel
The room seemed a little worn out, especially the bathroom. The towels had holes and did not seem fresh

Wonderful
Really nice location, close to the central station and the centre of Asmterdam. Quiet neighbourhood and picturesque place on the dock.
As we were 3 people, the third had to sleep on the sofa-bed, which wasn’t comfortable. It was extremely hard.

The hotel was wonderful and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was spacious and perfect for two people.

Convenient , new & the room is spacious . Check in staff are friendly & look happy. Breakfast spread is good . Staff at the restaurant for breakfast is attentive , friendly & hardworking .
House keeping needs improvement. Under the bed is dusty & there was a piece of potato chips on the floor beside the bed. Shower area was also not very clean . We can only collect our keys at 4 pm as room was not ready . The check in staff was very kind to offer us drink at the lounge . We ended up ordered some finger food at the lounge too.

Very friendly staff and very comfortable room. Bars were also very good and accommodating.
The lifts were very slow with not enough capacity.

The location is great, rooms nice with large windows (and you can open one of them) bathroom nice and clean, bed comfortable - and the staff is very polite and helpful
out of three elevators one was not working - that made at rush hours long waiting times and full elevators. The pillows are very high/thick - it would be nice to have two different hights so you can chose with which you can sleep better.
