Beautiful hotel and lovely and extremely large room. Great views from floor to ceiling windows with double aspect. Huge shower. The most comfortable and silent bed. No noise. Great breakfast. Good location.
Nothing. All was great. If you didn’t like heights you might find the view challenging. The fridge was tricky to access in a cupboard.

Excellent location.
Breakfast wasn't the best. What was served as eggs, were nothing like them. Coffee served only half a cup. Not a big deal breaker as we were only there for 1 night.

Breakfast is good. Overall, the hotel is very comfortable, especially considering Amsterdam’s typical space limitations.
We got there 30 minutes before check-in time, and they had zero flexibility to let us in before 3:00 p.m. I understand that early check-in is not guaranteed, but it felt like such a small gesture that could have gone a long way. Letting us in just 30 minutes early would have cost them very little and would have immediately earned them points with us. Instead, I found the decision unnecessarily rigid and not very guest-friendly. Unfortunately, it meant we started our stay on the wrong foot.

Location is very nice
The cleanliness and breakfast not the best and not all the staff are well trained to speak with the customers...i had a situation as soon as i checked in ... one of the receptionist was very rude and disrespectful but the other one was very understanding and handled the situation perfectly
