The room was exactly same as in the photos with an excellent view of the canal. Rooms were cleaned everyday and facilities were excellent.

It is in an excellent position being less than a 20 minute stroll to central station, which is the transport hub for Amsterdam. There are a variety of restaurants close by and , of course, there is an unlimited choice within Amsterdam Centre. The view from our room was outstanding but we did have to pay a premium for the room.
Breakfasts were expensive and the restaurant was not inviting for evening dining.

The property is in the heart of the city walking distance to almost every where. Staff are very kind polite and helpful. It’s very cosy and makes you forget about all the overwhelming stuff like business school or job.
One of the pillows was dirty an it was a spare one.

Large spacious rooms, busy time of year but very quiet in room. Netflix is available. Comfortable beds.
Near centraal station but needed to walk 15mins to get there as there was no tram stop nearby. Not an issue for us but could be for others.

The openness of the staff, the warm welcoming and ease of checkout. I got sick and talked to one Wonderful lady working there whilst eating breakfast, next thing I knew was a very very cute wishing you well message and some sweets waiting for me at the room, absolutely delighted, thank you! You know who you are, sincerely thank you, it was very very cute.
The only bad thing I had were my bed light, they were flickering non stop I had to turn them all off.
And the curtains, it was a hassle to close all curtains to go to sleep. Could be automated.

We actually had quite a decent stay until getting back home and realizing that our AirPods were stolen. We immediately contacted reception they said they would look into this for us and unfortunately never heard back from them and no resolution was made. Now down €250 due to this.
