Very Good
The location was excellent.. really very good. Lots of restaurant's, coffee shops, great shopping, tourist attractions. The staff were lovely, always greeted with a warm smile and very helpful to answer any question. The reception had a neat seating area with complimentary drinks / nibbles available but no dining facility other than breakfast..
The room and indeed the hotel was all a bit compact. The sink was in the bedroom area not in the bathroom, and walking round the bed was tight due to the lack of space. The decor was fine, it was just all a bit tight due to the small room, which in terms of money paid, I really expected a lot more. Whilst the reception seating area was kind small and neat there was no real bar area with comfy lounge seating.

In the city center..close to all the attractions..free beer wine soda and snacks all day
The towels were frayed and had holes in them..they spray the place with some kinda of air freshener and it smells like bug spray..you have to walk up several steps to get into hotel and there is a huge pit at the bottom of the stairs u have to walk around..the fruit salad for breakfast was sour tasting because it's been around too long..the room is very small with a very small twin bed and my room was on the street side so it was real loud..u need earplugs..don't stay here..

The location was excellent, close to the Metro station, and within easy walking distance to most places.The breakfast was good, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful
On our first night, we were given a basement room, which was claustrophobic and not very clean. For our next 2 nights we were given a room on the second floor, which was much better.

Hotel is in a good location. Breakfast is good.
No place to sit in the room except on the bed. The top floor rooms are a bit dusty. The city view room is very small with slanting ceilings. There is very little room to move about. Would not recommend for two people.

The location is fantastic. The complimentary snacks and drinks are a great touch.
The rooms was not vacuumed daily. Coffee and milk pods were not replenished.
