The location was very good. We took a taxi to/ from when we had suitcases, but was great for excursions and walking around, centrally located.
Front steps to entrance were challenging with suitcases. The drain stop in the sink did not work, so made it difficult working with contact lenses (did not want to lose them). Cost seemed quite high.

The location of the hotel is amazing. Close to everything
The room that I booked for 3 people has a weird bathroom situation. The sink is in the room, the toilet has its own room but with a short door and no window so all the air from there comes in to the room. And the shower drain had a strong smell and it smells in the rooms too because again it doesn’t have a window or a sealed door.

This hotel is very close to the city center and has a lovely curb appeal with many neighborhood restaurants and cafes around. It’s close to public transportation and shopping. The staff was very helpful and the room was clean, unique and comfortable.
The only remark is to have pancakes everyday in the breakfast buffet.

It has a big lobby with comfortable seating to hang out between Amsterdam adventures. Free snacks and drinks in the lobby if you consume them there. Breakfast was fantastic. My room was small but adorable. Location is terrific, right next to the 52 Metro.

Staff was super friendly and the hotel was super clean and really nice. We loved that it was central and walking distance to a lot of the things we wanted to see.
It was a bit noisy with the people above us and outside but we were in a busy area and that was to be expected. We still would definitely stay here again!

Bed was incredibly comfy, room was exceptionally clean and loved the little espresso machine in the room!
I wish the bathroom door could close all the way and that the rooms were a bit more sound proofed. We could hear our neighbors quite easily as they were talking in their room/coming and going.

The staff were helpful. Great shower.
Rooms were barebones, tackily decorated and tiny. There was nothing to sit on but the bed. The modern sink was hard to use for face-washing as the spigot stuck too far out. Because it was in the bedroom it was easy to get items wet. I wouldn’t consider it city center. Definitely not worth the cost.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — it’s just a few minutes’ walk from Dam Square and very close to everything, which made exploring the city super convenient. It’s also well connected to public transportation, so getting around was easy. The breakfast was really good, with a nice variety and everything fresh and tasty. The room was a bit small, but it was comfortable and had everything we needed. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is 3 minutes walk from the Dam Square and the palsce and 15 munutez walk to the central station. Breakfast was also good and they offer complementary soft drinks, coffee, tea, beer and wine ?
