Great location, helpful staff, clean room, comfortable bed. Coffee machine with good coffee capsules was a bonus. I booked the small room to avoid high costs, but was pleased to see that the perfect design of the room made it feel comfortable.
One needs to be careful on a steep staircase, but that’s typical for the majority of Amsterdam hotels.

The location was very good. We took a taxi to/ from when we had suitcases, but was great for excursions and walking around, centrally located.
Front steps to entrance were challenging with suitcases. The drain stop in the sink did not work, so made it difficult working with contact lenses (did not want to lose them). Cost seemed quite high.

The location of the hotel is amazing. Close to everything
The room that I booked for 3 people has a weird bathroom situation. The sink is in the room, the toilet has its own room but with a short door and no window so all the air from there comes in to the room. And the shower drain had a strong smell and it smells in the rooms too because again it doesn’t have a window or a sealed door.

The only remark is to have pancakes everyday in the breakfast buffet.
