Location was great, the staff were really nice especially the guys in the breakfast bar! Really friendly every morning!
TV wasn’t working for 4 days stay, room was smelling a bit musty when first arriving and the smell didn’t really go away unfortunately.

The staff were welcoming and friendly. The hotel is also stylish and has an ideal location for those interested in being near the center of Amsterdam.
The walls are paper thin, and I suspect the hotel is familiar with this given that earplugs are supplied for guests. You can not only hear everything being said in the adjacent rooms, but also any activities happening in those rooms. The room was also tiny and the mattress thin. Aesthetics over comfort.

From outside the hotel looks beautiful and that continues all the way throughout the hotel with the decor which is very pretty and well thought.
There was nothing in particular that stood out and having thought about it for a few minutes, there’s honestly nothing.

We stayed for two nights and had a great experience. The location is excellent, the staff were friendly and professional, and the room was modern, comfortable, and spotless. The luggage storage service was also very convenient. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay in Amsterdam.

The location is very convenient, just a short walk off Dam Square and most major attractions. The room was small but sufficient. Breakfast was OK.
The rooms have very poor noise insulation. I could hear the room next door having sex, I could the people in the room above me whenever they went to the toilet, and I could hear someone a few rooms away using an electric toothbrush at 1AM.
