The location of the hotel is amazing. Close to everything
The room that I booked for 3 people has a weird bathroom situation. The sink is in the room, the toilet has its own room but with a short door and no window so all the air from there comes in to the room. And the shower drain had a strong smell and it smells in the rooms too because again it doesn’t have a window or a sealed door.

Wonderful
This hotel is very close to the city center and has a lovely curb appeal with many neighborhood restaurants and cafes around. It’s close to public transportation and shopping. The staff was very helpful and the room was clean, unique and comfortable.
The only remark is to have pancakes everyday in the breakfast buffet.

Lovely hotel, great location, welcoming staff, modern room.
Towels for drying were too small. Hotel doesn't have conditioner or body lotion even though it said they do.

The hotel is in minutes walking from the main street and Dam Square. Really amazing location.
Breakfast is simple but good.
The shower in the room was great.
The beds are not very comfortable, and the mattress of the single bed fall down from it if you are sleeping too close to the edge.
The room is too small for a party of our size (2 adults and 3 children), and also is very difficult too carry all the bags and strollers up and down the stairs of the hotel entrance and to the dining room on -1 floor.
I won't recommend people with small children to book this hotel.

Location
Rooms - decor- air conditioning was not working, cleanliness and much more. Though it was very tiring and we had to pay double to shift to another hotel for just one night but we preferred to pay extra then to stay here. It ruined my vacation which was going great till last night. We did not sleep!!

the room was too much small, the sink was outside the bathroom area, the bathroom was too much small with open area to the room which can cause discomfort feelings to the partner in the same room, the price was too much expensive in comparing to the room

Very good breakfast selection. Free bar was great. Great helpful staff.
The stairs were tricky and steep to our room. No view from the room.
