Ubicación perfecta. Caminando llegas a todas partes. A 30metros hay una estación de metro. No la use nunca
Hay un minibar de libre disposición en el lobby con cervezas , vino, gaseosas y algunos snacks.
Habitación del subsuelo. Muy estrecha. Pero lo pero es la ubicación del baño
Desayuno al mismo valor que otros lugares, era simple pero un buen café. La reposición del
Pan es muy lenta. Personal amable.

Perfect situation and a bar you can access the whole day with drinks and snacks. Super easy to find from the main train station!

The location was great, very clean, staff - very helpful, breakfast - good. Nice hotel to stay.
No hangers in the shower. The sink inside the room was not comfortable.

Comfortable bed. Ok breakfast.
Room very cramped. No washbasin in toilet. No shelf above washbasin next the bed. No plug in washbasin- a problem when shaving.

Excellent location. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety. The staff were friendly and helpful. Seamless check-in and out. Email communication was timely, and kind. Accommodating, especially with our large family of 10. Complimentary services such as storage of luggage prior to check-in and drinks in the lobby. The room selection of quad rooms was perfect. Cleanliness was on point.
The shower and toilet doors are frosted glass but so not provide enough privacy, especially with multiple adults staying in the room.

Perfect Location, managed to see all of Amsterdam’s main attractions just by walking alone.
Rooms were quite spacious and TV had a working a casting option for streaming services e.g Netflix.
Staff were also amazing.
Strange check in process where I had to fill all my details out on a tablet despite the receptionist standing right there. Filling details out like passport information, name, DOB. Seems like I was saving someone a job.
As other reviews have mentioned, there is a strong smell in room. It appears to be coming from the toilet without any way of masking it.

The room was incredible. Great location. Breakfast was okay.
Paid an extra 20€ for late check out at 1pm, however staff tried to come into our room at 11:30am. Then tried to say I didn’t pay for late check out. Had no problems up until this point, but really ruined the stay. They refunded the money after I asked.

Excellent location in the heart of Amsterdam, within walking distance of the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

Location is perfect, close to the Central Station and cultural/shopping area (ex. Museumplein) is in a walking distance. Breakfast is full of choices and I could enjoy different tastes for my stay of 3 days.
