The Staff is the best! Very kind people that made me feel welcome and at home.
The room was cozy. I loved the design in each room. Beds were super comfortable and the coffee they offer in each room ia just great.

Very clean, had everything you would need. Loved the comfort of the bed. Had a city view room. Room was fairly quiet for being in the heart of a vibrant city.
The bathroom was very compact, making it difficult for 2 people to maneuver in the space. I also realize the narrowness of the structures in Amsterdam makes space limited.
The lack of seating in lobby for guests. Although great design having sofas or club chairs instead of tables and chairs for dining would serve your guests better.
