Wonderful
I couldn't be happier with my choice of hotel for my trip to Amsterdam! The location is unbeatable, conveniently close to both the Metro and Tram stations, making it easy to explore the city. I found plenty of shopping centers, restaurants, and bars just a short walk away, which added so much to my experience. The room and bathroom were spotless, and the friendly, helpful staff made me feel welcome right from the start. I truly believe this hotel is a fantastic option for anyone visiting Amsterdam. It's perfect for an enjoyable, convenient stay, and I’m certain you’ll love it as much as I did! experience possible. You're going to love it!

Convenient location centrally located. The hotel was gracious of our request for early luggage storage and then our rooms were ready early...bonus! The staff was very friendly and helpful with our questions.
Bed was a little too soft for us, but that is a personal thing. There are a few steps at the front to have to lift your luggage up, but once inside there is an elevator.

Perfect location, within walking distance to all attractions in the city, and the metro as well which made it convenient for us. Not to mention the bed was super comfortable and super clean, the linen sheets made it soft and relaxing to sleep in. The breakfast was really tasty. We stayed twice in this hotel during our trip because of all the above. We will definitely come back and stay in this hotel. The lady at reception was also very kind and helpful to us!
The rooms that are inside facing the buildings are quiet and we were lucky to get one of them, the next time we stayed our room was facing the street and it gets noisy at night with the late nighters.

A nice central location the room was comfortable however since we were on the street side, it was a bit noisy at night.

The staff were welcoming and friendly. The hotel is also stylish and has an ideal location for those interested in being near the center of Amsterdam.
The walls are paper thin, and I suspect the hotel is familiar with this given that earplugs are supplied for guests. You can not only hear everything being said in the adjacent rooms, but also any activities happening in those rooms. The room was also tiny and the mattress thin. Aesthetics over comfort.

Pleasant
The location is very convenient, just a short walk off Dam Square and most major attractions. The room was small but sufficient. Breakfast was OK.
The rooms have very poor noise insulation. I could hear the room next door having sex, I could the people in the room above me whenever they went to the toilet, and I could hear someone a few rooms away using an electric toothbrush at 1AM.

Excellent location. Easy to reach key locations of the city. Great size for a party of 3. Place was very clean. Bed and shower were very comfortable. Complimentary bottled water was a nice surprise.

Excellent location , short walk into Dam Square and all the sites, Excellent transport links on Rokin via the Metro and Tram lines with lots of bars and cafes to choose from. An excleent base to begin your trip to Amsterdam. Staff are incerribly helpful and couldnt do enogh to make my stay a great experience.
No issues from my point of view.
