Rho is on the edge of Dam Square, half a mile from Amsterdam Central Train Station. It has free Wi-Fi and the lobby is an impressive Art Deco-style former theater. All of the rooms at Rho Hotel include satellite TV and a refrigerator. They also each have a private bathroom with a shower. Breakfast is served each morning in the dining room which overlooks Dam Square. It includes a selection of bread, cereals and a few warm dishes including scrambled eggs. There is a small bar and vending machines in the lobby for snacks and drinks such as coffee. Hotel Rho is 175 yards from the Kalverstraat shopping area and from the Dam Square tram stop. The Anne Frank House and Rembrandt House Museum are both within a 10-minute walk of the hotel.

Location only.
They have very limited AC rooms. Nowadays every hotel has AC rooms. I booked the hotel in a hurry and did not check in the given facilities. They gave me a table Fan to survive at 35 degree temperature in June.

The location was the best part of it
No staff member was assigned to look after your bag, so its loss was your own responsibility. Additionally, the Wi‑Fi password was not provided, and the room was extremely hot with no air conditioning.

Wonderful
Everything went well. Walking distance from the Amsterdam Central Station and the City. The Dam Square is in 1 minute walking, and the Royal Palace is also nearby. The room was good and clean. Breakfast was very good. We could communicate with the staff in different languages, Dutch, English and Spanish and that's fabulous. Maybe in the future also in the Papiamento. I have nothing negative to say, only positive. Hope to stay there another time again.
