The location is perfect with walking distance to city central railway and DOM. connectivity is great ! spacious and i could work even after checking out .... was very good wifi and drinks on the tap :)
Room is bit cramped. being from Asia enjoy white light. the ambience was a bit dull in the room due to less lighting. else was good. Toliet ammenities could be better than small pouches of soap.

We have stayed her a few times ,great location for everything.
The staff are so friendly nice rooms , great breakfast
To be honest can't think of anything I didn't like .
Can highly recommend this hotel , also very quite for a city hotel in the night .

Great location in central Amsterdam. 24 hour reception.
Very average room. Bed was not particularly comfortable. A bit too much like a back packers hostel than a hotel. Not particularly good value for money.

Good value considering the position on Dam Square. Only a 10 minute walk from Central Station. Staff were friendly and helpful.
No tea and coffee making facilities in our room. The store for cleaning materials was beside my room and we were awoken by the cleaning staff loading up their cart and chatting at 8.00 every morning.
The bar only served beer and wine.
