The hotel and its facilities were good, so as the room and breakfast. Nice bar and light snacks available. Is more a business hotel
The hotel is located in an office park and there is not much activity after business hours. A bit distant from the nearest bus stop.

The helpful and friendly staff, the location, and the overall atmosphere were nice.
Breakfast was very basic, compared to last year's visit. Somehow we felt that cost-cutting affected the feel of the offered service.

location, not far away from town, good access by bus or ferry, corner rooms is top my pick.. friendly staff
spa facilities is good, but got issues with changing rooms and lockers (can be improved) sauna not all times is on temperature, on day was cold little disappointed. breakfast can be better, not to many variants to choose of,

Very modern and huge rooms. Wonderful view
The breakfast was ok, but a little crowded as the space is really small. Nobody came to clean our room - they did so after we let them know a few days into our trip

Friendly and helpful staff. Location is ok. Swimming pool was good. Rooms were beautiful and had nice view.
Didn't like breakfast at all. It was as like 3 star hotel breakfast. Even 3 star hotel breakfast is sometimes nice. Not much options were available. I will not recommend to book breakfast. Car park is very expensive. I paid 60 Euro for 2 nights stay.

Great views over the canals.
I dont understand how you can have a new hotel and where the mattrasses are so uncomfortable... Surely other travellers must have mentioned this! And the pillows feel like they need to change / upgrade.. The worst thing is looking forward to rest in a hotel room and to wake up exhausted as a consequence of a poor quality, tough and bumpy matrass... What a shame? The breakfast was a little sparse and disappointing in terms of offer / quality.

Location is a bit dangerous at night so having some security outside would make me feel more comfortable. Breakfast could also be better but love the complimentery coffee.

- Reception was at the other hotel so the check in & checkout were confusing

Watch out. Dont be fooled by the photographs. Photographs: lovely open view over the harbour Reality of our room: at the back, people in offices across the street looking straight into our (full glass) room. Manager: yeah, I guess I should update the photographs on booking.com Me: I asked for you on check in and sent you a message over booking.com about this Manager: yeah, I was away for three days, so We had indeed noticed, and staff acknowledged, they were working **without supervision or management** during our 2 nights stay, except for the morning of checkout. The absent management also explains why the paid room upgrade I was offered, and took, was never realized. Staff could not arrange a solution in the absence of management. This team is running two hotels at the same time. The reception of the Marriott Residence In where we booked was closed during our stay but for deposits, we were sent to the 9th floor of the Marriot In and then back to the other hotel on the ground floor. Weird set up. You could try to stay here, but if you have any issues like we had, youre on your own. Will definitely avoid this hotel in the future.
