Clean and comfortable rooms with nice views over the port. Great breakfast! Short walk and 10min bus ride to central station.
The area seems a bit run down - we wondered if we were in the right place when we arrived.

everything, its 10 minutes outside the city which is just perfect, quieter area and a lot calmer. beautiful view from our room, spotless clean.
I think more options for breakfast will be nice.

Hotel was new and clean, staffand pool amazing. How quiet it was. 48 bus 10 mins into city centre. Houthaven close walk for supermarket and playground.
There were not many places immediately around for dinner.

The manager Igor granted us a late check out which really made a positive difference to our stay at this hotel
The older lady who only works upstairs and in the morning/breakfast shift for the Marriott is extremely polite and friendly- she made us comfortable every morning and we appreciated this. She starts at 5am and always has a smile on her face.
Housekeeping also clearly work hard here as our room was always cleaned when requested which we appreciated as we cooked most days
a few small things but not relevant mentioning on a public review as overall all was good and will share other comments from our stay privately

You charged my credit card again for the stay when it was already paid through booking.com and when i call to get a refund you tell me you cant do it and i have to get it from booking.com when you as the company should never have charged my card again in the first place so now i am out over £600 pounds because of your actions and it is proving very difficult to get my money back that you have effectively stolen from me. I shouldnt have to be chasing around spending hours on the phone trying to recover money that should never have been taken in the first place. Neither you as the hotel company or booking.com have been helpful in getting this resolved. you have both been quite happy to have customers ripped off.
