High quality room, loved sitting at the breakfast bar overlooking the water
I got a mail re. an upgrade offer but it didn’t go anywhere.. would have paid for that for sure! Would have preferred not to have been offered it at all rather than be offered then refused

It was a funky hotel, facilities were clean, staff were friendly. Location wasn't too far out, but easy to get to on the nr 48 bus. The hotel had a little pool which was great to cool down.
Breakfast wasn't open longer in the morning. The hotel seemed more to be round the 'moxy' side than the Marriott side.

Breakfast was delicious, rooms were lovely and clean, hotel is beautiful! Some check in/reception staff were a bit rude and unhelpful and some we were lovely and very helpful! I didn't catch any of there names unfortunately. Bar staff were lovely and very friendly and helpful! The bed was so comfortable! Very easy to get to the centre!
Some reception staff were a bit rude and unhelpful. I didnt catch there name. But the other staff we dealt with at reception were so lovely and helpful again I see any name tags to be able to thank them.

Great hotel, modern clean, easy access to the city. Sauna and pool was a great way to relax everything was excellent.
The room was fabulous with wonderful views of the water.

Our room was superb with outstanding river views and very clean. The staff were very helpful.
The only slight downside was that the cooked breakfast offerings were lukewarm most of the time.

The staff were very helpful and good natured.
The bed was HORRIBLE! It was hard as a rock. In addition, the lighting was terrible because there were so many lamps but it was very dark when turned on at night.

Wonderful
Beautiful view, received a weekend deal to upgrade my room. I liked to size of the room, very practical with the small kitchen. Enjoyed my stay very much
At check out, took long time, stayed in line, waited for almost 20 minutes. The person at the counter could have told us that we have the option to drop the key in the box ?!! ...
