Location, and above a coffee shop for an authentic experience.
Shared bathroom although following my 12th trip to the lavatory I expect Willem wasnt waiting coincidentally.

Ideally situated. Within walking distance from most amenities. Trams into Centraal every 8 mins or so.

The location is perfect. You're in the heart of the downtown, which allows you to do everything by walking.
The only thing I didn't like was the fact that you don't have elevators. I know the building doesn't allow it, but the stairs are not only tiring with your baggage but also a little dangerous.

The room was below standard for two people. Fifth floor no elevator in the attic hot, no air con, no space to turn, not able to stand at wash basin to brush teeth...
Other rooms were better though, we were just unlucky but the price should've reflected all the above...

Really convenient cheap little stay right above a coffee shop, lovely lovely staff
Nothing really it was a little bit noisy at night but I used earplugs and the vibrations were a funny sensation but I was so tired I crashed … also wouldn’t recommend doing truffles to anyone using those stairs haha groovy baby

Absolutely brilliant hotel and a great location.We have stayed here before but this time we were on the top floor the bed was falling apart the cupboard was falling apart but other than that it was ok.I think the price is abit steep for what you get but it is in such an ideal location.Everything is close by.I would stay here again 100%.It is clean and the staff are lovely too.
Broken bed leg, loose draws, nowhere to hang anything,top floor was a killer to keep going up and down
