It was dirty toilet from inside the chair .. Different picture not like as seen and they said its normal for the picture to be not exactly the same which is not acceptable .. And the towel was dirty when it was folded

The location of the hotel is excellent! There were few hiccups with the arrival experience but it was corrected immediately by the Reception Supervisor, Giorgia. She was super helpful and did her best to ensure that we are enjoying our stay in the hotel! The reception team in general was very helpful.
Location! Maintenance team was working on the facade cleaning without any letter in the room or to get notified upon check in because the team was overlooking the room and this is a privacy concern

Room was warm enough. Hot water was good.
there were 4 pillows but, it was uncomfortable. we booked for 2 nights, only one day of free / complementary water was available. there wasn't any tooth brush and paste set. there wasnt any slippers. Nowadays even NO NAME hotels provides these things for free. I was really surprise !!!

Location is good and breakfast is good too.
All staff were nice except 1 guy i met in first day of my arrival. Not consistent with room service, despite reminding i need ketchup with pizza, 1 time they brought and 2 times they didn’t. I changed room after few days, some of toiletries were not consistent even room category was same. Not likely wont pick this one next time

Nice staff. Clean room. My room was upgraded but I know I will love my stay in any room.
Nothing. The only comment is the toothbrush was missing at the first night but l didn't ask. I it was put for me the day after without asking.

excellent central location with great sightseeing and canals close by very relaxed ambience of whole hotel interesting architecture of hotel relaxed communal areas - lovely old bar area large comfortable bedroom - even though no view extremely comfortable bed Beautiful smell all over the hotel! good housekeeping service
No view at all from our room - but we were out - so not an issue shower/bath area needs updating TV wasn't working - ok for us as we were out - but needs sorting Mini bar wasn't cold at all - was it even working? Room cleaning staff quite noisy at 8 to 9 am Other residents noisy in early hours - need a reminder sign! The Bar was expensive - a cocktail I had was 14 euro but in a nearby bar was 5 Some new staff had no idea about drinks/menu and spent a lot of time chatting instead of serving customers
