Room wasn’t the cleanest. There was a floor plug(for draining) that was filthy. Floor needed a proper clean. Stairs in the room are not practical. Absolute pain on a night.

It was dirty toilet from inside the chair ..
Different picture not like as seen and they said its normal for the picture to be not exactly the same which is not acceptable ..
And the towel was dirty when it was folded

The location of the hotel is excellent!
There were few hiccups with the arrival experience but it was corrected immediately by the Reception Supervisor, Giorgia.
She was super helpful and did her best to ensure that we are enjoying our stay in the hotel!
The reception team in general was very helpful.
Location!
Maintenance team was working on the facade cleaning without any letter in the room or to get notified upon check in because the team was overlooking the room and this is a privacy concern
