The shuttle was great and the breakfast was good.
The lady at reception was not friendly, perhaps she was having a bad day. The room could have been cleaner, there was dust on the bedside tables, in the bathroom and the carpets did not appear very clean. It was awkward taking a bath and having to get out of the water to reach the shampoo and body wash. When we requested a face cloth, we were informed that the hotel did not possess one.

The suite was spacious and comfortable. It was pet-friendly and our pet really enjoyed his time there. The dinner food (we ordered room-service dinner) was delicious. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. We plan to book with the hotel again for a staycation.
On the checkout day, the automatic gate did not work. Guests had to wait for something like 30-45 minutes before the hotel staff raised the barrier to allow cars to exit.

The hotel is very nice and close to the airport. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good.
The hotel has a free airport shuttle from the airport, which they post under facilities, but you must pay 6.50 euros to get from the hotel to the airport. After complaining to the manager, they provided a pass. There's not much in the way of food nearby.

the room, staff, and cleanliness.
lunch was a disaster one hour to get water and I could not wait any longer. Never did get my food. There was only three tables with guests.
you all need to seriously improve on this aspect.

comfortable beds. rooms clean and nice. washrooms were clean as well.
we booked the junior suite as well as another room with king bed.
both rooms were as expected.
my wife and kids loved the stay
nothing to 'not like' i believe the parking outside wasn't free, so by the time i was to go out and pay the parking, it didn't accept my international credit card. So i had to go back in, go to floor -1 and there was a machine, i used that to pay the parking ticket, just a good 15 minutes or so wasted! other than that no complaints.
