Location was absolutely perfect! It was an inexpensive room, so my expectations weren’t too high. The room was very small, but the description 9 square meters, was clear, so no surprises there. Bed linens were clean and comfy.
The room was extremely dusty, dust that had been accumulating for months, the main surfaces were dust free, but the radiator, the corners etc were thick. The bathroom had mildew in several places. Also, the bed felt rock hard, but I was able to sleep, so can‘t complain too much.

Exceptional
I had a fantastic stay at the Quentin Amsterdam Hotel! My room was located on the ground floor of the annex building, which was quiet and peaceful, with no noise from the street. The room had all the essentials, a comfortable bed, a TV, a wardrobe, and a safe, plus, the bathroom was spotless. Everything was perfect for my short stay.
I arrived late in the night, and Araba, the receptionist, was incredibly welcoming and helpful during the check-in process, which made my arrival smooth and stress-free.
This was my several visit to Quentin, and it continues to be my go-to choice when I'm in Amsterdam. The level of service and comfort never disappoints. Highly recommend!

The room was tiny for myself & partner, when we opened curtains we was looking into someone else’s room, (no privacy) the room was absolutely filthy, nothing like the pictures.. shower had mould everywhere, radiator looked like it had ever been clean..
There is not one thing I can say I liked about this hotel, so disappointed as the photos on website looked nice

The bed was fine. Location was great.
I asked for an extra towel never received. When arriving ended up carrying all the luggage up the stairs only to finds out we needed to go to another building so back down the stairs we go to the next building. Next day afternoon room was finally done however only the bed. They left the dirty cups that we used for tea and coffee and never replace. The next day they do the room only this time the brown blanket they put on there was a burn hole in it. NOT BERY APPEALING. The sink in the bathroom was cracked. Two windows in the room would rattle pretty well all night. I had to get up and put cardboard between the window and trim to stop the rattle. The horns from the vehicles across the canal wouldn’t stop until at least 04:00 before finally getting some sleep. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. To go outside in the morning just to get to another building to have breakfast is not right. The breakfast itself was pretty bad. No cereal or real milk. I understand it is a continental breakfast however not much of a choice.

The blonde receptionist girl was very helpful and kind. She needs a raise.
The room, the walls were very old, you cant opem the window. The stairs are so difficult if you are not sober or not very fit.

Hotel layout and room sizes. Washroom was too small. €100 euros deposit for no reason. There is no minibar inside the room.

Location is fine
A very bad expérience, the Price was ridiculously expensive for the quality of the hôtel. Thé room was cold, humide and barely clean. I could t take a shower as the hot/cold system simply did not work. Never again !
