It would have been great to have one more towel; two towels weren't really enough for me. At some point, I ran out of tea bags and they were substituted after the second day it happened. The kettle had some limescale residue, which isn't a big deal for me, but I would definitely prefer having a clean one. In general, all of that wasn't a big deal; I still liked being there and enjoyed my stay.

Whilst reviews indicated that there were stairs, they were very steep and narrow and not conducive to carrying luggage up and down them, especially if you are older and have a large case.

The property is very old, everything is in bad condition. Does not seem clean at all. Plus on arrival they are taking 100eur deposit.

Unfortunately, the room was horrible, they made me pay 185 CHF per night, this price is not justified whatsoever. This hotel is a no star or 1.5 stars at best. Definitely not a 3. We were placed in a different part of the building, not the same as where the check-in desk and breakfast were. This building is in URGENT need of renovation. I was with my dad, so I asked for a room with 2 separate beds. But the room was so tiny, we could barely move around. No space to put 2 suitcases, we basically had to step over them to circulate in the room, or step over the beds. The beds were so uncomfortable, too soft, we were sinking in, and the pillows were too hard, so I let you imagine the angle your body was in when sleeping on these things. We were not looking forward to rest in this room after a long and busy day of visits. The walls and ceiling also seemed to be made of paper. 0 intimacy whatsoever. We could hear everything and everyone. Then came the bathroom. So tiny we could barely move around. The sink was so small, one of those hand wash sinks only, so not practical at all. The shower was weird; it was a miracle we didn’t flood the room. There was dark mould showing through the damaged tile joints, and pieces of it would sometimes fall off during the shower. Honestly disgusting. Plus, the ventilation didn’t work, it felt humid all the time and smelt bad. Overall, even the main areas, corridors and stairs were not clean. The exit stairway coming out on the pavement had not been clean for years by the looks of it. I really felt disrespected in this room and I felt bad for my dad who hadn't travel in a while because of health issues. I wish I would have complained and asked for another room, but I was afraid they would all be the same. I'm adding pictures to support my point, because I’m usually not a picky customer, but here I felt I should warn future guests. Hotel to avoid!
