I like the location, accessible to tram and stores, restaurants. The hotel is lovely and in good location near the canal.

Was a fabulous location , was very clean , big clean bathrooms , Bfast was very good as well and above all David from the staff was extremely helpful. Great service from all staff.
The long winding steep stairs can be difficult if people aren’t fit enough for it as it has no elevator to carry bags up and down

Hotel has a good location, just a few minutes walk to the city centre. We had our own bathroom in the room. Equipped with shampoo, hair conditioner and dryer. Staff was very nice. Definitely recommend.

Bathroom was tiny and had hair that wasn’t ours in the shower and along the loo.
Bed was uncomfortable. We were in the basement it was dark and dingy.
Chipped glass and coffee/tea station needed filling.
Decor really tired and all a bit grim.
Really shocked at what we paid vs what we got.
