The location is perfect..so central..easy to reach from the airport and all the important attractions are at a walking distance. the room was quiet even thought it was a street facing one. it was warm and cozy.
the bed coud have been a bit better. it was noisy. every time i turned, id wake up because of the squeaking noise of the bed.

The location was good but everything else was extremely poor.
The cleanliness of the room was awful and the staff were very unhelpful. We ended up booking alternative accommodation due to the poor conditions and lack of help from staff.

Location
We were at the Amsterdam location for our anniversary. After arriving, we found that the room was insanely small (like could barely move), the lift was hardly working, the room smelt terrible, and the "city view" was just a small widow facing the roof next door. Normally we would have just dealt with this, but the bathroom was absolutely covered in BLACK MOLD all the way from the ceiling to the floor! It was so bad that we left the premises immediately and booked a room at the hotel next door (the American). For your own health and safety, DO NOT STAY HERE! Normally we are easy going folk but this was just ridiculous!

Amazing location. From Schiphol Airport you have a direct bus to the hotel. And the hotel is located in the very center of the City. The staff is very friendly and the whatsapp communication that is used, works very good.
The rooms are a bit boring, but for this price, it is really oke.

Plesant staff
Quite loud during the night/early hours of the morning. Beds weren’t that comfortable. Had to take a 100 euro deposit on top of the payment for the room which takes days to go back onto your card which wasn’t ideal for us as our flight was cancelled and that was our reason for staying so having more money taken from our account at that time wasn’t ideal for us as we were only there 8hrs till our next rescheduled flight.

Location is like 30 mins walking from centrum

Staff isn’t very responsive
Not even a bottle of water on the room
We woke up at 4am without any water
Rang the reception asked for a bottle of water they said I have to come and pay by card
I told them it’s 4am , reception is in the next building to pay for it
Anyway they brought some water
No fridge in the room and quite small room as well
Also we arrived at 1 pm when check in was 3 pm
Asked for early check in they said yeah our room is ready but you have to pay €10 for each extra hour
Like what ?? It seems that the owner or management is very greedy or smth
Extra charge for everything !!!!!

The location and the helpfulness from the staff
The beds are not comfortable and sinking when sleeping on the mattress and the showers overflow due to the drains not being cleaned. If you shower for too long you could flood into the living area.
