Our stay was fantastic. The staff provided excellent service, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel was fantastic and impeccably maintained. Best of all, it was incredibly quiet, ensuring a truly relaxing and peaceful getaway.

Our room was very spacious. Only what was missing was a full body mirror.
And the bed had only one tine pillow per person.
Old dutch building. Interior is poorly. They could have style it better. But it was nice for the time being

The hotel was very good: perfect location, very affordable price, and a beautiful view from the balcony. It’s a great option for those who want to stay in the city center without overpaying.
Unfortunately, the staff at the reception ruined the overall experience. Check-in took too long, we were a group of 3 but received only one room key, and no water was provided. Although they claimed to be available 24/7, the receptionist was asleep at night and didn’t open the door. One of us had to go downstairs to let another guest in, and the staircase was extremely steep (which is typical for Amsterdam, but still risky). The attitude of the staff was very disappointing.

Location good with friendly staff
Room was very small and didnt look like the pictures,general maintenance is needed of the room with the window sill paint all flacking and dirty curtains. Didn't feel it was worth the price but somewhere to lay your head after a busy day.

Very great location for parties etc. Fair price, we changed our room after check-in, if you dont like your room try to change it, we had room in suteren, after the change we went to 4th floor - lovely. Masterdam stairs are scary, but its definitely better than room without window :D
