Close to Metro station. Staff were friendly
The room controls (lights, tv, aircon etc) were through the use of an iPad. Also we were given two single beds which we did not ask for.

Proximity to a metro. Lovely room with a bar downstairs in reception
Mugs and glasses in the room weren’t clean. Didn’t have control over the temperature of the room so it was either hard to sleep at night because it was too hot, or too cold

The location was great only 15 minutes from the centre and station plus mcdonalds across the road. The room is very pretty exactly like pictures! Absolutely huge !

The design of the hotel and rooms is really futuristic. Great and fast elevators for a 20 story hotel.
Great amenities, helpful and friendly staff, tasty breakfast, comfortable room, close to the subway station.
Only that you can't crack a window in the room and the air ventilation makes it a bit dry.

The rooms were beautifully designed, staff were friendly and accommodating. We got a free drink at the bar for choosing not to have our room cleaned daily.
The room temperature was slightly hard to control, although you could change it on the iPad, we couldn’t work out how to turn the aircon off, most days we woke up a little bit chilly and with a sore throat.

The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The metro was close by so travel was easy. The system to check in and out was really simple. I enjoyed my experience overall.

We all loved the breakfast! The bed and room were very spacious and comfy. However, connecting to the TV was hit or miss; sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't. When it did, it was very convenient.
The TV was hard to connect to. Sometimes it worked, and sometimes it didn't. Also, there was a lack of washcloths. The automatic turning off of the lights and electricity in the room when using the key was annoying, especially when there are two people in the room. If someone is watching TV or in the bathroom with the light on, once the other person uses the key to unlock the door, everything turns off.
