The staff was really friendly. The room was clean and very comfortable.
The staff coule knock it up notch at the bar, they were really slow at times.

The location was good. The train was very close to the hotel and only a short train ride into the main part of the city.
The blinds, TV, nor AC controls in the living room worked. After bring this to the attention of the staff, nothing was done and they did not follow up. The rooms could also use more lighting, especially if the blinds do not work.

Honestly did not expect such an amazing place & stay - especially considering the price point. The staff were extremely friendly, the room was spacious and luxurious with high technology elements, and extremely clean! (and eco-conscious!!!) Also you are 1-2 min away from a station that goes everywhere!!
The shower was spacious and luxurious but the door was a glass door - we were on a couple’s trip so we didn’t mind but something to consider if going with friends or family!

Staff were friendly, it was clean and the rooms were nicely laid out.
Some noise from train tracks (we were on 10th floor). A little further than expected from the city centre.

Really nice hotel, great value for money. Clean, modern, good facilities. No real interaction with staff (self check in and out which was super easy), but staff available for assistance if needed. Room controlled via iPad which was cool (lights, heating, curtains, tv etc). Would stay again!

The room was absolutely amazing, lighting controlled by technology gives you many different options and blackout curtains to keep the sun out. The bed was so comfy, the room was incredibly spacious and the shower pressure was fantastic. Theres a lovely bar downstairs with nice seating and a range of cocktails and other drinks to choose from and all the staff are kind and courteous. The area was great too, we found it nice to be slightly out of the city centre and the neighbourhood was really lovely, easy to navigate into Amsterdam centre via metro or walking. Couldn't recommend a hotel more!
