Breakfast is always nice, rooms are spacious. Good to note that the Lovely room has water cooker and coffee / tea, while the price tier down does not.
The daily cleaning is not up to expectations. I would assume vacuuming would be done but it wasn’t. Rest (emptying trash, refilling consumables) seemed to be done (excl shower cleaning and sink).

Great location. Easy to get to the city centre with the metro nearby. Spacious, luxury rooms with great amenities. Friendly, helpful staff.
Having water in the room could be an amenity to add.

Nice staff, rooms are pretty and clean. Breakfast was good as well. Metrostation is less than 5 minutes away.

Lovely hotel, lovely room and lovely location
I didn’t like the self check in process I felt it was unnecessary and tedious as the staff member was standing next to me essentially assisting.
