This is my go-to hotel for Amsterdam. The price is usually good. It's outside the center and quiet, but easy to get into the city center with the metro. The rooms are always comfy, staff are nice. We love the hangout area on the ground floor, the bar and coffee there is also good.
Not much bad to say. It's just a good, decent hotel. Be aware check-in is self-service (though they usually have someone there to help). The rooms have a tablet which is used to operate most things: lights, temperature, etc. Fine for us, some might not like that.

I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was right on point, beautifully designed with great taste and attention to even the smallest details. I couldn’t recommend it more.
There was also a misunderstanding about the price, which included breakfast, but the hotel staff did not acknowledge it and were unwilling to assist in resolving the issue. In addition, the shower was clogged and overflushed, but the team cleaned the room promptly.

Location was great. Train station into Amsterdam central was a two minute walk from the hotel. Trains run frequently which is amazing. There is a supermarket around the corner and McDonald’s is across the street. The room was a good size and very clean. The bar for tea and drinks was also a great addition.
Honestly there wasn’t anything my family and I did not like.

Rooms are very clean and comfortable.
Breakfast is very basic, lacks sausages, baken. They only have boiled and soft boiled eggs. They also have no raw vegetables. Merely cheese and bread every day. Juices are not fresh.

Fresh and vibrant hotel with a nice breakfast and employees. We liked that it's not in the city centre, so we get to have a break from the buzzing city. The hotel is fresh, and the breakfast is nice and filling.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. I especially liked the preset lighting options accessible from the iPad, and the motion sensors set on several of the lights. It felt like it was designed by people who had actually traveled and stayed in hotels, rather than designers driven solely by "design." The breakfasts were fabulous and the bar and breakfast spaces very comfortable. I also enjoyed the fact that the hotel was only a five minute walk to the Metro!
The shower drain was slow. But that's nitpicky.

The AC was set to coldest temperature setting, but the room was still warm. It didn’t seem like the room cooled down, but we chose not to address the situation with the front desk. We did, however, overhear another guest with the same issue. Otherwise, our stay was great!
