It’s very convenient, it’s maybe 5-6 stations away from central station by metro but only a 10 mins ride and the walk from station is only 2-3 mins.
The property is still very well kept and clean, bed is confortable and they even have a Marshall speaker inside every room. I like how it’s stylish and new, everything in room can be controlled by an iPad.
Not much, just maybe they have check-in machine instead of real staff, so when I book through booking.com. It cannot find my booking through my last name only but my first and last name as last name

Lovely room, and great location
The room was very warm I was uncomfortable at night but the hotel provided us with a fan for the room so this helped me sleep.

The staff, the hotel, the rooms and especially the technology was mind blowing and loved the speakers and the designs
I didn't like the break fast, it was not a breakfast that matches the other effort of the hotel, no traditional breakfast like other hotels no sausages, no fried eggs, no baked beans, very disappointed

Absolutely loved this place. Lovely staff, cozy rooms, excellent coffee, got vouchers for free drinks (only if you opt out from room cleaning) . 10/10

Fresh and vibrant hotel with a nice breakfast and employees. We liked that it's not in the city centre, so we get to have a break from the buzzing city. The hotel is fresh, and the breakfast is nice and filling.

Location, staff and the room
When I turned off the lights, seemed like the mirror lighting and the bed lighting made clicking sounds for hours. Didn’t sleep good at all. Usually when I reside in the Ruby Emma I don’t have this issue

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the lighting was good, which is rare in hotels. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from. The metro is just a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to get to the city quickly. I was initially worried about the location, but it turned out to be very convenient.
It would have been nice to have some slippers in the room.
