Staff were friendly, room was beautifully designed and very clean.
The air conditioning didn’t work in our room so it got quite hot at night time but otherwise everything was fantastic!

Loved the location close to the metro. Comfy bed, nicely sized rooms. Love the speakers in the room.
The reception staff weren’t very helpful or friendly. It felt like they were often doing us a favour by even answering a question about the property ie when I asked about restaurant operating hours, if I could use the coworking space, when I needed an iron sent to my room. I didn’t feel like they were approachable. There were certainly no smiles or warmth. I’ve been to many hotels, this was the most unwelcome I’ve felt.

Style and decor, position near Metro in a quiet area, easy to navigate to the city. Bar area. Check in and out.
Staff slightly offhand. Some communication lapses. But this was not a huge problem just a minor one.

Good brekkie
I was about to leave and everything went off in the room. It was very alarming. Not lights nothing leaving me scrabbling around using my phone torch to find everything.
Understand I went slightly over the time (minutes) but this was not the final time experience I’d have liked from your otherwise very nice hotel

The room was lovely. Spacious enough for my husband and I. The location was perfect. Just a 5 minute walk to a metro station that allowed us to get to the center of Amsterdam. We had easy access to regional train stations for our visits to Utrecht. The bathroom was modern and clean with a separate shower and water closet. I really enjoyed the romantic lighting and being able to control everything from the room IPad.
The room made noises throughout the night, which kind of irritated me the first night, but I got used to it. While the AC was on, I do wish it could have gotten a little bit cooler. I got sick for one night of our trip and had a slight fever that had me feeling very hot throughout the night, but the AC didn't seem to make things much cooler. I can't imagine staying there in the dead of summer, but it was ok in September.
