The hotel is just lovely. It is modern and homely at the same time.
Me and my husband stayed for 3 days and loved our time in the hotel. Away from the busy centre, but transport makes it a perfect location.
Every room smells incredible of essential oils, very relaxing.

Breakfast was good. Hotel and staff were great, but disappointment was the hotel not offering its own catering for evenings, only snacks were available, so we had to utilise the top floor restaurant.
Would be nice for the hotel to offer its own reasonable catering for evenings.

I had a wonderful stay at Ruby Emma Hotel. This was actually my fifth time staying at a Ruby hotel, and once again the experience was excellent. The design is modern, stylish, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail. My room was spotless, cozy, and well equipped and the highlight was the stunning panoramic view from the window. It made my stay feel truly special and added an extra touch of luxury. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The location is also convenient, with good public transport connections and plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby.
