The overall experience was disappointing. The check-in process felt overly automated: although I was asked to complete the check-in online (which I did), I was then directed to self-service stations to repeat the process, including scanning my own hotel card and taking it from a shared pile. When this did not work, I asked a staff member for assistance. Unfortunately, her attitude seemed visibly annoyed. Without much communication, she took the card from my hand, completed the check-in herself, and returned it a few minutes later with a brief goodbye. Later that evening, around 11:00 p.m., loud music with heavy bass could be heard clearly in my room, meaning no sleep for me.... I tried to contact reception, but there was no option to speak with a staff member directly—only an automated system with predefined options that did not match the issue. After waiting 40–50 minutes in hopes the noise would stop, I went down to reception around midnight to report the problem (meaning dressing up again etc super inconvenient). Someone came to my room, confirmed the noise, and said it would be investigated. However, no follow-up was provided, and the music continued.I had to return to reception again during after midnight to ask for an update. I was then told the source room had been identified and asked to stop the music. I returned to my room around 12:30 a.m., and the music briefly stopped, only to resume about half an hour later and continue until approximately 3:30 a.m. As a result, I was unable to get any proper rest.
Breakfast was also below expectations: although it starts at 7am and I was there at 7:30 they were still setting up things... there were no basic hot options such as omelette or bacon, and the bread did not seem fresh. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay.

The hotel went above and beyond all expectations — we truly felt like sunshine there (you’ll understand if you visit). The staff were exceptional, with a constant “yes” attitude and genuine care to make sure we enjoyed every moment of our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with high-quality products and a great variety. The location is perfect, right next to a metro station, and the interior is modern, stylish, and very technology-savvy.

Loved my room! I stayed in the loft and it was amazing!! Will definitely be staying here again. The staff were amazing!
