bathtub and shower, bed was comfortable, room was big, blackout curtains were great
amenities - for 'lean luxury' it was not quite value for money. some of the shampoo and lotion bottle pumps didn't work

The location was perfect to travel to and from into Centraal. McDonald's across the road was a game changer The hotel was beautiful, bed soo comfy.i need to know where to buy duck filled pillow

Very spacious, comfortable room. Close to where I needed to be. Nice staff.
Expected a loft room to be higher, not on the first floor. City view is of McDonalds and not much else (doesn't really count as a City view). Picked the room because it looked light but then the external shutters moving during the day was annoying. Slow lifts. No soap by the bath and you can't take it out of the holders by the sink and shower.

Hotel is located right next to a subway stop in a quieter part of town that brings you to the city center within 10 minutes flat. Staff was incredibly friendly, and helpful with a room upgrade during the check-in process. Lovely views of Amsterdam from the room. The beds were nice, and the room was very clean upon arrival.
