Was right outside McDonalds for an easy dinner and only 2 minutes walk from the metro to go anywhere in centraal

Check in was easy. Elevators were fast and efficient. Room was lovely. It was great to be so close to the train system.
I think it was one of my most enjoyable hotel experiences.
Air port shuttle wasn't included for my return at the end of my stay, so that was unexpected, but pick up at my incoming was so wonderful. They were right there to great me at the door when I arrived.

Modern, cozy, nice bar and rooms, close to station, easy to reach the city.
Windows in the room do not open, rather poor breakfast.

Stayed here before facilities and location were fine.
Room shower had a flooding issue had to ask for it to be fixed even after thus the shower wasnt fixed, it jept over flowimg out into the room

Very modern, clean and the staff were friendly. Super easy check in. Gorgeous cocktails in the bar. A little far out from the centre but we were aware of this when we booked, 3-4 min walk to the metro and 6 stops to central which was perfect!! Such a quiet hotel, although it was busy we could never hear any other guests. Lovely touch was the Marshall speaker system in the rooms and the iPad control for temperature, curtains and tv! Would definitely stay again

THE STAFF were HORRIBLE. from reception to the staff behind the bar especially the lady with black short hair doing coffee every day!!! ive never seen such carelessness in any other hotel. dirty bathrooms. a weird insect was found in bathroom. they said fire alarm was on in my room and i just came out of the shower and they INSISTED on entering the room right then and there and said false alarm! the worst hotel and im never ever coming back or recommending! AGAIN, i never care about staff or workers but this hotel wins the WORST STAFF OF ALLLLLL TIME!

metro station nearby, comfy beds
you can't open windows, so we suffered from the lack air at nights. Also, it's a very strange idea of having a transparent glass door in a bathroom and a sink in a room. No safe in a room and no bar or water, though to be fair they suggest a free drink in the bar on the day of arrival.

Good location to the centre and for the Amsterdam marathon!
Really great coffee from bar at front and breakfast was good although overnight oats or porridge should be offered everyday and some other hot options. Scrambled egg would really make a difference!
Good value accommodation, few nice added extras in room.
