The hotel is super unique with the combined canal houses. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the facility is beautiful, the food excellent, and the location is exceptional.

All the hotel staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean, comfy and spacious with everything we needed. The location was excellent as a base to explore Amsterdam on foot - in easy walking distances from museums, cafes, bars etc.

Invoice is a nightmare, nobody mention about City tax, money blocked at check-in still with no explanation, furthermore another 60EUR were blocked and, although the final invoice was issued this amount was not reimbursed.
