Staff were all wonderful, very welcoming and go out their way to help.
Room was not at the level of the communal areas but still very comfy.

The room is very spacious and comfortable. The hotel features a nice gym and has historical significance, along with beautiful facilities. The staff is friendly. There was a Portuguese person at the front desk who was very friendly and helped us as a concierge.
They could not charge for the bikes and lend them to the guests.

Whole hotel lovely, although it lacked a 'lounge' or similar where one could go to curl up and read a book.
