Everthing
The bathrobe was of very poor quality, worn out, and covered in lint balls.

The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, professional and went above and beyond to assist in anything we needed. The hotel itself is beautiful and very well equiped and the location was everything we could have hoped for. The beds were super comfy and the food at Jansz was incredible. We would definitely come back to the Pulitzer!
There was nothing.

Exceptional
This is our favorite hotel in Amsterdam, with a perfect location, great service, interesting connected buildings, great rooms, best breakfast and very nice lunch or dinner options in the hotel or nearby. Best starting point to explore Amsterdam by canal, bike or foot.
Nothing - everything was great!

A luxurious, historic hotel that beautifully combines timeless elegance with modern comforts. What truly made my stay special was the warm hospitality and exceptional service provided by the staff, who went out of their way to make me feel welcome. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and would happily return. Highly recommended!

Wonderful
The hotel is wonderful. It’s beautiful, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the room is comfortable and the bathroom is very nice. We loved the food in the breakfast cafe. And the location is perfect.
We felt like the room was small for what we paid.

Very Good
Excellent breakfast, effective concierge service able to arrange car hire with SIXT. Clean sheets provided daily. Also, polite staff and attentive breakfast waitresses.
Not sure if there was a heated swimming pool available.
No evening turn down service.
Plugs in the room ( # 193) not working for charging purposes.
