A clean and basic hotel with reasonable amenities. The location was perfect, resulting in a mostly quiet night's sleep. I can't comment on the catering- we used the hotel as a place to sleep, and the staff seemed friendly.
The elevator was loud, but I appreciate that's not the fault of the hotel. One of the staff looked less than engaging but he was an exception. The bedroom and bathroom were small, and housekeeping only replaced 1 set of towels for two guests on the penultimate day.

Clean room and toilet, location is excellent with tram stop two mins walking, Also lots of cafes and bars around, There is also a canal in the front so one can see the boats sailing by.
The lighting in the room is not good and should be made more warmer and cosy.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was great — the location, cleanliness, breakfast, and overall atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the morning team, who were always kind and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back!

I had a room on the top floor overlooking the canal, even from that height I had a pleasant view. The bed was very comfortable and there was both a kettle and a coffee maker. Breakfast was good, a decent selection of food. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the lady on reception.
The location is ideal, just far enough from the centre to be quiet, but still close to everything you might want to see.
