Pleasant
The location was outstanding, right next to Prinsengracht canal and I was 5 stories up so excellent view. All of the staff were polite, some were more helpful whilst others' service was the bare essentials.
My bed was small with a thin mattress and thin scarce bed linen. See above re service which was mixed. If one needed to make a quick coffee there was no milk even sample size.

Very comfortable and a great location away from the noise and debauchery of Central Amsterdam. Great beds and the Reception staff are very helpful. Breakfast was also very good
