The location was perfect for the museum quarter and canal trips and restaurants. There was a tasty and generous buffet breakfast. The room (with garden view) was very comfortable and quiet.

Location good for main museums.Staff all friendly and helpful.Lovely garden to rear of hotel.Breakfast good.Room quiet and clean,though on small size. bathroom good
No air con, although we knew of this in advance and we were provided with a good fan.Duvet was too thick for summer use

Staff exceeded expectations except a few individuals who were borderline rude. We really liked the room with canal view and location, cute garden.
The room needed a few fixes e.g. hole in floor, shower door didn’t close properly, one bed was missing a leg and toilet seat was wrong size for toilet bowl.

Breakfast was superb and staff very helpful and friendly.
I was disappointed with our room.. the bed was against the wall and was very difficult to get out if you needed the bathroom in the night. I reported this and the lady in reception was very understanding and changed the room with no fuss.
