The location was fabulous. We also really enjoyed the breakfast each morning, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have air conditioning, and it was exceptionally hot for September. It was difficult to sleep.

Great staff, good location close enough to be in walking distance, but far enough to be quiet. Beautiful gardens.

Beautiful building, great quiet location and tidy. the staff were faultless; really attentive and friendly. Check out wasnt until 11am which was great.
It was an expensive stay and so I expected a bigger room. The USB chargers beside the bed were a great touch - but unfortunately didnt work. The legs of the chair were loose.

Great location with good rooms and amazing staff. The hotel has everything you could need including a very nice garden which is great to relax in. We were taken care of very well being given umbrellas for the rain and access to a luggage room on the last day to store our bags. We went for the basic room which had everything you could need for a short stay. Location cant be beaten everything a short walk or tram ride away.
The rooms dont have ac which could be an issue in very hot weather. The hairdryer in our room was fairly poor and could use updating, still functional though.

Theres everything you might need in the room: a fridge, a coffee machine, a small cattle. The beds are big and comfortable. Modern and spacious bathroom. Theres an elevator which might be important for elderly people. The breakfast was very good, the back garden nice and the stuff very friendly and welcoming.
Thought its a historical building theres nothing left from the previous inner decoration after the reconstruction, so inside it looks like any other hotel of the world. The room was not well vacuumed.
