Small room as pictured on their site with a surprisingly comfortable bed, super clean room and lovely cleaning and reception staff. Great location close to major art galleries and on a quieter canal

Location was very good. Easy access from airport. Staff was super kind.
Double bed was two single beds put together and the sheets were individual. the mattress was not very good.

Very small room, but I anticipated that. A bit dated in decor, but perfectly adequate for three nights. Breakfast was fine -- not as abundant as other hotels I've stayed in but there was coffee, fruit, toast, pankcakes, rather tired scrambled eggs etc. Staff were friendly and happy for me to move out into the very pretty courtyard at the back to eat my breakfast in the sunshine.
I was told there would be someone on the desk at all times -- but when returning from dinner at about 10.30pm there was a note saying 'back in ten minutes'. This was really irritating as it meant I had to wait for my key. Thankfully the nice chap was back in two minutes, but it made me decide that I'd take my key with me in future rather than hand it in at reception.
