We got an apt at 16th floor with an amazing view on some landscapes and airplanes. It was clean and comfortable
We didn’t manage to get on with inbuilt AC controller, or it was just broken, so we had to regulate temperature by opening/closing window. Also the overall pricing is high, but it’s Amsterdam…

It wasn’t clean. The cleaning service provided was once in a week and very bad . It should be provided every other day or be mentioned on the website

Everything is fine, there are six of us we booked a 2 bed-room apartment and a studio but we were not allotted on the same floor a bit inconvenient.
Location on map is confusing, it took us almost half an hour to find the hotel.

Large, clean, comfortable rooms. Quiet and comfortable. Loved it. Not near tourist sights, which we liked. It is a short tram ride to anything in Amsterdam.
It is a wonderful facility. No complaints.

The facility appears to be cash-oriented rather than customer-oriented. For example, when I asked for an additional washing machine tablet, the response was that only one tablet is provided for daily use, and if I wanted an extra one, I would need to purchase it from the lobby desk.
Some of the staff seemed unhappy, and I even overheard some of them discussing business-related problems among themselves.
The parking policy is also inflexible. Parking is charged on a daily basis only; even if you use the parking lot for just half a day, you are required to pay the full daily rate.

The room was equipped with clothes washer/dryer, Fridge for small items, sink, convection oven, stovetop with pots and pans, silverware.
As only long-stay was the only optiin offered the sheets and towels and sheets were never changed unless a few was paid. The soonest to change linens was 7 days. There was no shower door to towels were needed to mop up the water all over the bathroom floor. Slipping was always a risk. Slippers, towels, and sheets were available at the front desk.

Space is big. The kitchen and laundry match are a plus. The bed is comfortable..
Room cleaning is once in 5-6 days, and they didn't clean the room thoroughly. Only one room key is not convenient.

We loved our room and how spacious it was. The view was amazing.
The only negative thing was the design of the shower, because there’s no glass or some sort of door separating it from the rest of the bathroom so the whole room gets wet when you shower but other than that it was perfect

I was looking for an apartment with a washing machine for my stay in Amsterdam, and Premier Suites was a solid option near the Zuid train station. I booked a 1-bedroom apartment, but was given a 2-bedroom. Obviously bigger than I needed, but the apartment was huge and would be great for a family or friends traveling together. The staff was nice, and the apartment overall was clean and had everything I needed for my stay. It was convenient to the train, and also a tram line literally right outside the front door.
Some of the furniture in the living area was stained, and none of the soaps in the bathrooms were topped up (which meant I used both showers since one ran out of soap entirely). My key card also stopped working at least once per day regardless of where I kept it in my purse, so that was a little annoying. Lastly, this isn't on the apartment, but still worth knowing: the neighborhood around here goes extremely dead on weekends; a lot of restaurants were closed the whole weekend, which I wasn't expecting!

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the fact that in the lobby you have free coffee and tea is a big plus. Overall it was good but if I were to come back I would choose an accommodation closer to city center
Even if the room was ready it was required to pay 25 euros to do the check in at 1pm (the checkin is at 3). It's the first time we've encountered this situation, we fully understand that if you want to check in 4 or more hours before the mentioned time you need to pay an extra fee because the room may not be ready and they need to use extra resources. But in this case, to be told that the room is ready and you still need to pay extra, I'm sorry but it left a bitter taste. Also it's quite far from the city center and you don't have many things to do around as it's situated in the corporate area.

Very roomy apartment to relax in after long days of sightseeing. Great location with a metro stop just in front.
Nothing about the property itself but travelers should note Amsterdam Zud station stop is under construction. Arrival from the airport may not be possible. We opted for taxis coming and going (luggage and ease of transfer worth it) and glad since there were no trains running and access was only by stairs to station and platforms.
