The apartment itself was big and clean. As a family of 4 we were able to spread out and be comfortable The front desk was helpful and accommodating. The beds were comfortable and the showers were nice. We had a washing machine in the room which is helpful when you are spending many days traveling abroad. There was public transportation nearby, so once you learned how the system worked, it was easy and convenient. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here at Premier Suites and would recommend it to others.
The location is a little far from city center, but once you learn how to use the public transportation it's pretty easy to get around. Other than that, I have no other complaints.

We did not get a breakfast at the hotel because it was not offered. Our room was fairly dark....not enough lighting and we had to request a few light bulbs be installed because the light was out. The sink in the bathroom was clogged so we requested maintenance to help with that situation. Overall our stay at the hotel was good but it was in the middle of no where......location was not what we had hoped for. It was far from the city and not close to the airport. This was our first time in Amsterdam so we didn't know the importance of being located close to one or the other. The reception people were nice and helpful. We would most likely not stay at the hotel in this location in the future.

It’s by far the quietest hotel we’ve ever stayed in both in & outside of the US. Never heard anything from neighbors nor from fellow guests in our own rooms. The bed & linens were luxuriating. It was very clean & spacious. We loved having a kitchen and washer/dryer. It was my first stay away from the canal region & happy to be away from the crowds which have grown since my previous visits.
There were many nice restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Uber’ing everywhere for a group of us made it very convenient & economical in time & money as well. I highly recommend the Premier Suites Amsterdam for a restful & wonderful stay. They also provide access to a gym. The employees were also very helpful & friendly.
I can’t think of one thing I didn’t like.

The location! Tram is right across the street, and the train station is 5 minute walk. Very easy to get to places. The grocery store is also a few minutes away. It is in the business district not as crowded and loud as the downtown. Good restaurants around, within walking distance. May only open during weekdays though.
The apartment is clean, spacious. The kitchen is well equipped. The Washing machine that has drying feature is very convenient.

The location close to train, grocery stores (Albert Hein. X2) restaurants, inside bike storage, beside a gym, washer, and dryer. Oven, dishwasher stove& fridge
Some of the dishes were dirty and the cleaning was ok but not super thorough each week.
There was no real shampoo or conditioner or body cream . But these were small things in Comparison to the space itself. I would recommend it

The location is great, easy access to trams, trains and subway.
Need better shower infrastructure, the shower floor is so shallow that water spills all over, we have to keep asking for floor mats to soak up the water.

We got an apt at 16th floor with an amazing view on some landscapes and airplanes. It was clean and comfortable
We didn’t manage to get on with inbuilt AC controller, or it was just broken, so we had to regulate temperature by opening/closing window. Also the overall pricing is high, but it’s Amsterdam…
