An exceptional stay in every sense. Pillows Hotel is the definition of refined luxury—elegant, calm, and incredibly comfortable. The location next to the park is stunning and peaceful, yet still close to the heart of Amsterdam

The staff were so, so nice, it was incredibly clean and smelled lovely and is in a great location. The location is quiet but in walking distance to all the fun nightlife, etc. They were able to accommodate a very last minute request for rooms that were close to each other.
Not a fan of the see through bathroom doors. Anyone sitting in the room watching TV or hanging out had a complete view of whomever was on the toilet. Very weird. Hotel is expensive but I can't get too upset about that because it was otherwise such a lovely experience.

They thought of every tiny detail to make the stay special. The food was exceptional and the staff were simply amazing. Absolutely loved my stay here.
Property was exceptionally beautiful - a bit confusing to navigate at first but you get the hang of it. The spa was also a bit disappointing for the quality of the hotel.

Stunning architecture with beautiful, minimalist and modern rooms. The location is the park is so peaceful, yet you can walk to Dam Square in about 28 minutes. The gardens were so pretty and my view was beautiful.

Beautiful building & grounds. If there was an issue expressed, the staff went above & beyond to address it. Excellent service.
It would be nice to know in advance that the room was below ground level. Still an excellent experience, but I may have chosen a different room had I know .

The hotel was fine for a short stay.
It was clean and functional, but nothing stood out in terms of atmosphere or service.
Overall, an ordinary experience without any particular highlights.
Our room was located in the basement, with no view at all.
We traveled with our dog — although we were charged an additional fee, we were asked to sign a rather unusual form about potential damages, and no basic amenities for the dog (such as a bowl or a bed) were provided.
The hotel is situated far from major tourist attractions, and overall, the price seems too high for the location and the level of service offered.
Unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations.

The location of the property was very nice in the park and getting to the center was easy. The concierge team was very helpful in assisting me with bookings and ideas what to do. The building is beautiful and the rooms were quite nice. Room service was better than expected.
Luxury hotels should not have a card system to operate the lights, just a general switch. I really had an issue with the lighting switches and contact points which were cheap and did not at all fit the nicely decorated room. It was a sole member of the staff that I considered was rude to me at check in.
