Gorgeous place, well kitted out rooms, nice staff. Our room was small, enough room for a queen bed but that was fine as it was exceptionally quiet even tho on the street side. Breakfast delicious and decent value compared to other hotels.

The stay was absolutely amazing. First of all, the interior had this perfect balance of chic elegance and cozy warmth. Everything was spotless, and the space just felt so comfortable. Second, the neighborhood was quiet and safe which was the kind of place where you actually get to see how locals live. There were plenty of cute cafés and great restaurants nearby, and the park right out front looked perfect for a morning run or a weekend picnic. But most importantly, the staff were truly wonderful. Everyone was so warm and kind, especially Becky at the reception, who made the whole experience unforgettable.

Nice quiet street, a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the museum district. Clean and well maintained. Comfortable bed. Spacious room. Incredible shower! Puck was amazing and really made us feel welcome when we arrived - gave us lots of useful info for our trip.

The staff was very friendly, the hotel itself is beautiful, and the location is quite good. We paid half the price for the room due to a Genius promotion, and we received a room upgrade because it was our anniversary (which we were super thankful for and highlights the excellent service from the staff).
The room was relatively small (the bathroom was almost the same size as the bedroom), and even with the promotion, we thought it was a bit expensive. For the original price, I don't think it's worth it.

Loved our stay!! Room was a good size and easy to access with the elevator. Comfortable beds, well decorated room and was very clean. No issues with noise, the staff were very friendly. Lighting and temp was easy to control with smart panels. Bathroom was well designed with good products. Would definitely stay again in Amsterdam

We loved our spacious vaulted ceiling room. Bed was comfortable, great living room space for chilling, and shower was fabulous.
A/c didnt work , got fixed on day 3 but with windows open wasn’t intolerable.

Style Bed Bath Bike rental was very helpful Senior staff were welcoming and chatty Some staff were really kind and helpful Such a great location for so many reasons
Pillows were not good Air con was noisy Some staff didn't seem bothered Towels were small and poor quality Overall didn't seem like great value Lamp was slightly broken and so were the shower knobs. For the price wouldnt expect these issues
