Lots of steep stairs, it did have a lift tho, average breakfast and a cramped room.

Room was large and comfortable. The young woman doing check in was kind, efficient and gave a good recommendation for our lunch spot.
Steep steps at entrance and foyer. WiFi did not work in our room. It worked in the lobby but not in our room. Another small thing was that the light on the magnifiying mirror in the bathroom did not work, but we were only there one night so I didn’t bring it to their attention.

Steps inside the main door which was very heavy to open and difficult with cases on arrival. It would be better if a member of staff helped with cases.,

The location was in a peaceful area but close enough for us to walk to all the sights. The hotel is beautiful - a traditional Amsterdam house with a light airy and comfortable salon overlooking the garden. Ty e room was small (typical in Amsterdam) with good facilities; smart tv, excellent shower and coffee maker. It was lovely to be able to make a hot drink at anytime in the salon
The only negative was there was a smell of drains I. The room (which went if we left the windows open) and one of the bedside lights didn’t work
