It was clean and nice, although my room was very dark. It was on the second floor, and there was very little natural light that came in from the window due to the building right next-door. I had spent extra to upgrade, which the absence of light might not have bothered me had I not spent that extra money, but because I did and because it was just really dark I didn’t really feel like I was getting much that extra value. I hate to imagine what might not upgraded room might have been light wise.
The staff was very nice, but when I checked in, no one asked me any questions about breakfast. When I came back after my meeting, there were two girls checking in and the staff was telling them that they could choose to book breakfast as well for either 15 or €21. I assumed because I hadn’t been asked that question, that breakfast was included in my room. The €15 deal was that you had to eat before 8:30. As I had to catch
a train that was not a big deal, so at 8 AM when I went down to breakfast and was told it was not included in my room I assumed it would be a 15 charge. However, they charged me €27. I did query that when I checked out but they only would discount down to the €21 because I hadn’t done anything in advance even though I didn’t know I was supposed to do anything in advance because nobody even mentioned it. I just felt like everybody’s attitude was pretty lackluster And it just felt very gray. I had gotten in the day before with only enough time to have some lunch before going to my meeting. There were no restaurants or anything right nearby and the restaurant at the hotel was closed, so I my only choice was room service And I only had a choice of four dishes that were available during the period when the restaurant was closed, which were all not hugely appealing. I’m not gonna stay at this hotel again.

The staff was friendly
Although the staff was very friendly everything else was very poor. That's not 5 dtar hotel, I can hardly rate it as 4, dirty carpets, poor rooms, old AC, it is very poor. The restaurant was closed all the time, beaides brakfast and when I called the room service to order a latte they told me that's adsitional 7 euro to bring it to my room, the price of the latte was 5 euro. The location altjough is showing 2 km form downtown is in the middle of nowhere. On Sun night they recommended me to order uber bites, because as I said all the the restaurant wasn't working. I even don't comment the pool, everything was poor, old and dirty.

The accommodations and location and staff were all exceptional! Close to trams and awesome, smaller neighborhoods with fantastic these bistros and bars within walking distance.
I thought it a little odd that the shower was part of the main room and not broken out as a separate space.

We had a lovely time at the hotel, starting with smail welcoming, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the hotel area is great and away from the hustle and bustle of the center but very close to the tram, the cleaning service is top notch, the staff manager makes sure we are satisfied and comfortable, the hotel offers bike rental which is a lovely service as I go out and come back to the same point, the team is always smiling and welcoming in all parts of the hotel, I would like to thank Andrea the staff manager and Hassan from the buffet team for their kindness in dealing with us.
My comments is for improvement purposes and there is no doubt that the hotel is very nice. I noticed a difference in what is offered in the rooms. We had a suite room and a studio room. The suite room received a welcome card from the hotel manager with the name of the room occupant and a waffle, while the studio room did not. I understand the difference in room type and prices, but I think it would be a nice gesture for all room types, especially since the cost is very simple.
You can book the breakfast service a day in advance for a lower price if you book on the day of the booking. I think it needs to be modified because the guest does not know about his circumstances in the morning and whether he will have breakfast at the hotel or outside.
