Great location, close to the 2 tram which connects to centre and main train station.
Bedroom was nice and comfy, bathroom was nice and a good size.
Breakfast was lacking and topped up slowly aka waiting 20 mins or longer for more bacon or eggs. The staff told us we could opt out of housekeeping and we'd get a free bottle of wine or a 10 eur food voucher to use in the bar but we never received either.

Excellent location in the nicest area of the city, rooms are clean, comfortable and modern - the hotel is quiet and relaxing.
I stay in a lot of hotels all over the world for work, and this is the first time I've had a genuinely faultless experience - I can't wait to return

A nice hotel in general, comfy rooms, Wi-Fi, TV has streaming option, amazing park nearby. We were allowed with the dog (for extra fee) but she god a spot with bowls.
The room was quite small (which is ok), but if you're traveling with a mid-size dog, it's too small.
Probably what upset us the most were seeing mice roaming around in the restaurant after it's closing. We were walking a dog and seen mice running around in the dining area through the window, I even made a video. We had a breakfast same day in the morning and thinking that they may have been where we were eating was disgusting. We got a refund for breakfast and apologies, but well .. there are usually no mice in Airbnb, why to pay extra for the hotel.
Also, they are "switching to the new system" and everything that could have not worked, didn't. Like, I paid for the breakfast but on the next day we didn't appear on the list. Or I filled up the "dog" form and the eco option but they didn't appear either. Not big deal, but it adds up.

Very helpful staff, good breakfast in a lovely room, comfortable beds.
The room was very cold, there were ongoing issues with the heating which instead of being via radiators was through the AC system and on a sensor which meant it didn't stay running when we were out of the rooom. As it was so cold outside it meant the room took ages to warm up and just blew hot air around the top half of the room rather than actually heating the room. Not really acceptable for a 4 star hotel. They attempted to resolve the issue and on my second night the heating worked well, but on the last night it broke again.

Location, very friendly staff
Room was freezing cold, there is a sort of tablet next to the bed that is suppose to regulate the temperature, the tv and the open and closing of the curtains, I simply didnt work and kept switching its self off, tv went on off too, the room was so cold and then suddenly in the middle of the night boiling hot for about 30min, I mentioned it to the staff twice but the sort of shrugged it off, my friend in another room had the same problem, we werent offered another room as the hotel was full.
