The Deluxe king room was perfect for my friend and I. The location was incredible and right next to Vondelpark, away from the tourist area. The shower was nice and the staff were incredible as well! I would absolutely stay here again. Early check-in for a small fee was also appreciated!! Lovely hotel!

i loved the room! even though it was small, it had everything we needed and a ton of storage space. i love vondeelpark so it was very convenient that it was close to the hotel. the hotel's area was also very quiet which is nice and it is close to a tram stop which made it easy to get into the city center.

The breakfast was the best we had on our 3 week tour of Europe, including four countries. The hotel had a decent gym and was located next to a great walking park as well as tram stops to explore other parts of the city.
I struggle to find any negatives associated with this property as it was everything we were looking for...

Insanely expensive too far from anything and super small room. We booked a bigger room gave us a smaller and said they upgraded ... seriously?

Location and very nice staff.
Strange device to turn on lights, curtains and air. Would light up whenever the table was touched. No hand towels when we checked in.

Great hotel, very kind staff, and overall a comfortable stay. The room was very nice and clean with complementary coffee and water replenished each day. Location is not too central but easy access via tram.
Not much actually, only that in a small room the toilet door is glass and not at all sound proof

Stylish property and rooms in a quieter part of the city center. Still very walkable, but about 20-25 min walk to most attractions. Staff was friendly.
The room was tight. Lights are controlled by a panel which was kind of confusing. Seemed a bit pricey but mostly on par with other places we considered. BEWARE— if you plan on renting a car the parking situation is bleak. We knew there was no parking on site, but didn’t expect such expensive or far away options.

Nice beds. Relatively clean property.
TV didn’t work in one room. Electric control (drapes and lights didn’t work). After alerting staff after the first of two nights nothing was fixed. At checkout the issues were again raised with the front desk and staff practically argued with us that we had not operated the items correctly.

Nice area in the Oud Zud area of AMS, plenty of nice restaurants and outside tourist region.
Very close to the Vondel Park, where I had the opportunity to visit by bike ride.
Prior to my reservation I visited the hotel and Gustavo, from the reception of Park Plaza Hotel offered me a special deal, but he never answered me.
Gustavo told me that there was a room facing Vondel Park, which is not true.
I booked via Booking.com a special room with view to the garden.
With the window opened the room is not quiet, as there are cars going by the back street.

Disappointing
The location of the hotel is excellent. The bathroom was excellent, especially the shower.
The hotel popped up on my booking search page even though I specifically searched for parking, as I was coming with a car. But, it turned out you have to pay for parking (7€ per hour); the experience left a sour taste in my mouth. The rooms are too small, and we have a view of radio base stations (for cell phones), which are too close to the window. That is unhealthy and, again, an additional negative surprise.
