Cosy double was a lot smaller than I expected, given the photo above which gave the impression of space? Light and greenery. It was expensive given the small size of the room.

Constant noise from an AC that was auto turning on, we couldn’t sleep, had to insist at the reception to turn it off.

The location is decent
The toilet seat was broken. The seat was not fitted properly. The curtain controls did not work propoerly. There wasn’t a single bit of toiletries given. The room was not really clean. The price was more than some of the priciest hotels in amsterdam
