Location, staff, comfort
I do not like paying for extras that, elsewhere, are not extras eg breakfast. As a result of what seems to be a “franchise” model (for breakfast, the bar) it is irritating that guests cannot simply charge to their room.

The receptionist upgraded our room to the largest one available. We also received a bottle of wine if we didn't need housekeeping. It was fantastic! We ordered steak in the room, which was excellent. The staff kindly brought it to our room. The top-floor room had a skylight that opened and closed automatically. Next to the hotel is a beautiful park, my girlfriend likes it a lot.

Luxurious. Rooms were clean spacious and very comfortable. They had a really cool tablet for using the lights etc which I really liked.
I really liked the vibe in the property also. With a nice chilled out bar and restaurant.
Nice location in south Amsterdam
The breakfast could’ve been better. I feel my scrambled eggs are tastier than theirs and I’m not a chef.
