This property is located in a stunning neighbourhood very close to Vondelpark and public transport. The property was warm and welcoming with kind and accommodating staff. Our room was large nicely decorated and had a lovely view from the window. There was a coffee machine and Dutch biscuits to welcome us in our room. The bathroom was large and comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely lovely with a wide array of foods including hot and cold options with many juices and different types of teas and there was a lovely view from the restaurant onto the street.

We loved our stay at the park plaza. Easy access to Vondelpark. Room was very clean and comfortable with great facilities.

The hotel is in a reasonable location (not very central still) and it's very modern and clean.
The staff was not incredible: we got given the wrong room at checkin (which was around 30% cheaper), and when asked the morning after, the person at the reception just said "it counts as the other one, you have a view on the garden". I had to go through Booking to settle this.

The location of hotel was great - the vondelpark was a few minutes away and the neighborhood was calm. The room exceeded our expectations - bed was very comfortable, we had everything we needed from utilities to bath robes and slippers. Room service was fast and the staff was very kind and helpful.
When arriving, the room temperature shocked us because it was quite cold. Usually when you arrive to an indoor place, you expect it to be warm and cozy. It took a while for the room to get warmer from AC and cold air came from the closed window.
