I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is unbeatable, just a few minutes' walk from Amsterdam Centraal Station. It was incredibly convenient for my short trip, especially since I was traveling by train.
The room and the bathroom were spotlessly clean. I was also impressed by the size of the room; it was spacious enough to fully open two large suitcases without any issues.
What truly made my stay special was the exceptional service. From the smooth check-in process to requesting extra supplies via room service, the staff were efficient and helpful. Even when I stored and collected my luggage, the team was professional and friendly—they even took the time to have a nice chat with me. I felt very welcomed and would definitely stay here again!
The bathroom door does not have a lock, which might be a privacy concern for some travelers. Also, I couldn't find a switch for the ventilation fan in the bathroom, so it can get a bit steamy after a shower.

I upgraded my room and wished I had not as it was across from the lifts drunken people coming up 1.30-2am been very loud braking my sleep same issue from 5.30am the other issue was the running air con unit running all night

Location was ideal, staff very nice
We ordered a bottle of prosecco to be at the room when we arrived, we had to ask twice for this. Our 1st night at around 3am, the thermostat started alarming, this was very frightening, took them half an hour to sort, then we were woken up at 8am to ask if we were checking out as one of our key cards had been posted in the checkout box, then a call at 8.30 to ask if tbey could come fix the thermostat. Our second night had similar problems, an alarm was going off in the hallway at 3am. Very frustrating
