Fabulous room, beautiful bed linen, very comfortable bed and excellent pillows. Great shower. The whole hotel is very smart, the only reason I didn't give it a 10 was because I was travelling with my mother (88 yrs old) who has some sight loss and she found the low lighting very difficult.
Pool was out of use during our very hot weather stay.

Good sized room, comfortable double bed, nice view of the activity around the water and the station, and a great pool for our little boy to cool down in before bed.

Location was great, right across from the Centraal Station. The room was clean and we had a great view of the station and canals. Breakfast selection was great! Loved it.

I wanted a hotel close to the station and it was perfect. We had a number of issues with the room which the staff quickly resolved.
Hotels in Amsterdam are expensive, but I thought the hotel was way overpriced. We had to take two different elevators to get to our room which was a hassle.The room was basic.
