Wonderful
The king room with the steps was great for us, but could be a little tricky if someone had mobility issues. The corner room offered amazing views and our adult kids loved it! Loved the pool!

The location to restaurants and various sites in the city. The room was large, very comfortable. We did not interact much with the staff so I can’t really comment on them.
Breakfast seemed very expensive so we just ate at the coffee shop next-door.

Great location. Even though it’s located at a very busy area across from the central train station, the room was quiet. Staff were impeccable.
The sort of the bathroom kept getting stuck on the floor because the hinges were loose.

The room, the location, the smell of the hotel, and the bed and bathroom. the receptionists both for check in and check out were amazing!
The morning of my check out i heard loud noises of hammers on the wall, i was already awake but it was very loud, I couldn't enjoy my bath.

The fact that this is right across from the train station was worth every thing to us ! Our tours we all , pick up at the train station, couldn’t have been any better! Staff was amazing and so helpful! Can’t say enough about this hotel! Also have to say the rooms were amazing , the beds were awesome and the room was well equipped with everything you could need!
