Amazing location right across from Amsterdam Central Station. Trams, canals, shops, and restaurants just steps away. Very helpful staff. As expected, we had no issues as English speakers. We didn’t have a chance to use the spa, pool, hotel bar, etc., but all looked great. Our son loved watching the lively area from our window. We will definitely return.

Very clean, comfortable room. The location is a 10! So close to the train station & local transportation. Lots of restaurants & bars in the area. The staff sere very helpful & friendly!

Great location, close to the central train station and beautiful canal views. Welcoming staff, and modern rooms.
The hotel was very busy, lots of people crowded around and we were disappointed the main restaurant was closed for the 3 nights we were there, and “ran out of food” the one night it was open. The pool and gym was a long 10 minute windy walk from our room.
