Reception staff response was not friendly when asked on some support (Panadol, nearest pharmacy,..etc). Simply they answered “Search in internet!”

Very close to the train station. Easy to wall to a bunch of different restaurants in the area. Excellent bar next to the lobby.
Uber pickup and drop off is not very convenient since they cannot do it right in front of the hotel.

Amazing location right opposite Amsterdam central and euro star etc Staff are amazing and helpful Cosy spacious rooms and a comfortable bed
