The location of the hotel could not be better. It was across from the train station from where you could go everywhere. The beds were very comfortable. The room and the bathroom were modern. The buffet breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious breakfast entrees. Custom made omelettes and fresh croissants were available. The coffee was excellent.
The hotel lacked a lobby so there wasn't a place to sit other than your room. Our room had 1 window, but it faced the brick of an outside wall. There was very little natural light. We reserved 4 nights and 4 breakfasts. We decided not to have the 4th breakfast and asked to be credited. The hotel manager said it was not possible because we booked through booking.com. However, after the fact, booking.com indicated that the hotel could have reimbursed us because we chose to pay the hotel directly.

Room was a nice location but as booked. But read below there were other problems.
1) Our room was not ready at checkin. This despite requesting an early checkin even if we had to pay. The staff at reception were RUDE. Telling us to keep checking with them. At 3PM the room was not ready. The manager through the staff offered us a complimentary drink ticket. WOW. That would make up for a 4-hour wait after an overnight flight. 2) Concierge expecting tips. Room was not cleaned one day. The cleaning staff was not at fault they were OVER LOADED.
I have travelled the world and stayed in many 4-5 star hotels. This was the worse. Expensive and no service.

Location was perfect and housekeeping was great they called me twice to check if i need any service when i passed one clean day.
However there was one concern with recaption when i arrived at 10 pm, the recitation employee his name Faris. First he asked me to pay the remaining tax which i already paid and i show him my reservation then he gave me the worst room in hotel which is smaller than the room i booked through booking and the smell was very bad in addition i need to use two elevators and walk all way to end of hotel to reach my room. However i asked the night shift manager i think his name george and immediately he was smiling and solve the issue immediately and gave me the room i reserved.
This was my third stay at this hotel and thanks again to the manager and how he absorbed my bad mode due to what happened.

Our room was quite nice with a great view over the canal and we enjoyed a lovely, complimentary breakfast due to being surprised with the VIP guest of the day award. Loved the location, close to anything we needed or wanted to see by foot.

Location in the very heart of everything. Most points of interest are a very short walk away.

Everything was exceptional. The hotel is in a perfect location, the room was comfortable, and the service was excellent. A special thanks to Zelda, who was incredibly helpful, supportive, and welcoming throughout my stay. Her professionalism and kindness truly made my experience even better. Location was so convenient. Love that it was right outside Amsterdam Centraal station which made it very convenient to take the train to the airport the next day. It was also nice to actually have control over the AC! We also were very kindly upgraded to the King Executive suite.
There was a bit of a musty smell that lingered in the room if the AC wasn’t on.

We fined the bed sheet is not Chang and dirty . We informed the hotel manger and show her the Video photos. She apologised promised to take care of that.
