The property is in a very central location to all the attractions from canal boat tours, shopping, Nemo Science museum and so much more. There is a restaurant onsite, then loads of restaurants & cafes as you walk out of the hotel. The property sits right across Central Station which was a huge plus. Convince for short stay this hotel is ok stay in but the cost is something I cannot justify. I stayed here with my 10 year old son which helped with ease of access to various locations we wanted to visit.
Property is looking a bit dated with furniture in the room not kept well. Our room 459 had dust everywhere on the furniture. The sink in the bathroom would not drain properly. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were terrible. The incredible amount of noise from the hallway, people slamming doors and kids running in the hallway made our stay very unpleasant given the amount of money that is being charged for the hotel. I paid $1200 plus for convinence and not for peaceful sleep.

Great location to explore Amsterdam from. Easy walking distance from many of the attractions you want to see, and across the road from the station.

Breakfast excellent range, Davide was a brilliant waiter always welcoming, and happy.
Not many English tea bags in the room, but the lovely breakfast waitress got us some to take to our room after breakfast

Great location. Lovely hotel with plenty of amenities. Spotless in an impressive building.The food was excellent and could not fault the staff, they were always friendly and extremely helpful. They went above and beyond. Would highly recommend
