The location from the Centraal station and all of Amsterdam.
They were missing small amenities like bathrobes, slippers, and a hot tub. I also wish they had better directions to the spa and gym from the rooms.

Great Location, friendly, attentive, and polite staffs, clean room.
We come in February. The room temperature is cold even we set room thermostat 28C all the time. Every time we request portable heater the staffs said they tried remotely to increase room temp (not sure the meaning of remotely) but room still cold hours after the call. Other issue is that every time taking shower the water splashes wets the floor by sinks area. And floor mat all got wet soaked.

Location is good.
Breakfast is very good.
Staff at reception like a syrian guys and Staff at Breakfast is very good.
Room Was very Uncomfortable. The heating system is Extremely poor. I could not sleep in uncomfortable environment.the Bed was not comfortable.
very Bad and very much disappointing stay.
I will not stay in Park Plaza in my up coming visit to Amsterdam.
Even i will recommend to my colleagues.

We stayed in this landmark hotel for our last night in Amsterdam before leaving by train because it it located just across a square from Amsterdam Centraal train station. The room was large, modern and clean. We had a nice view over the canal to the train station. The hotel is very central and close to shops, restaurants, and the tram system.

The location was excellent. We walked from the train station to the hotel. It was very close to the Dam-their city square. We got out of the side entrance and walked through the back alley to the dam. Many stores were lining the alley, and it felt very safe at all times of the day. The hotel itself was very clean, the room was large, the bathroom was clean, and a Nespresso coffee machine was provided.
There was no view from our room. The large window faced an inner courtyard where there was not much of a view.
