L0cation. So close to train station for an early morning departure. Only 10 min walk to Dam Square and central to city area. Close to the tram going in either direction.
No power point on left hand side of bed, only on right dude. So cannot have phone near me for time, alarm etc.
The omelette service at breakfast was very slow and seemed to be inefficient. The receptionist lady at breakfast taking our room number was helpful, friendly and very helpful.

everything but location; poor service, bad hygiene, overpriced for what you get, breakfast was ok and nothing special.

It’s a really central location (which does mean quite a lot of street noise), the room was spacious, the staff were really friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was superb!
The room was quite dark and looked a bit dated (the fridge was a former mini bar with bits missing). I thought their “sustainability” pledge on house keeping was a way of reducing costs. I’m perfectly fine to not have towels changed daily but how does not emptying bins or replenishing coffee pods in a 4 star hotel help with sustainability…?

The location and facilities were outstanding. Breakfast was great too.
The AC turned off every time we went outside. There was no way to keep it running. The front desk had to reset or control it every evening which was a pain for me and for them.
