Hotel location is perfect. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast provided a good choice.
Room was dusty, bathroom tiles were cracked and shower was loose. The coffee machine was broken and lighting was dim.

Great location; appreciated the historical aspect of the hotel; lovely pool and good gym except for the loud music playing.
Disappointing service, generally not responsive to requests. Had to ask three times to receive depleted room supplies on the first day of visit.
Very dim lighting so impossible to apply make up; also made it difficult for staff to see and therefore the room wasn’t very clean. In fact, the fridge which wasn’t really functioning was full of a heavy coating of mold in the back drainage area. Smelled awful so I investigated. Advised staff do either replace the fridge or do a deep clean. The sleek style was attractive but some colour, maybe some art would add a lift to the room decor. While I enjoyed the spa like music in the pool, the raucous loud music in the gym was awful. One other gym used was wearing noise cancelling ear phones, but those are not conducive the exercise.

Loved the 180 degree view of the central station from the room. The automatic curatins were fun . Breakfast was fabulous.
Since we were on the 1st floor.. the noise from the road was quite a lot. Not getting a room in the same floor was quite a bummer.. esp when travelling withba child.

The hospitality was absolutely amazing, we were welcomed by Saikot , and he has given us such a positive vibe always smiling, we loved it! The company has a gem right there. Thank you

Very Poor
Very disappointing and disturbing experience.
During our stay in room 563, we left the hotel room for approximately 45 minutes between 11:00 AM and 11:45 AM. Before leaving, we clearly placed the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door.
When we returned, approximately €1,300 in cash was missing from our bag. This means that someone entered the room despite the sign being displayed.
We immediately informed the hotel and requested an investigation, including checking camera footage and identifying which staff members had access to the fifth floor during that time.
A situation like this completely destroys the feeling of safety and trust a hotel should provide to its guests. We will also be filing a police report.
I strongly advise future guests to be extremely careful with valuables during their stay.
