The location was great! Very easy to get about being in the centre.
I didn't like the fact we felt like we were in a separate part of the main hotel. I didn't like the fact the restaurant is only open Thursday - Sunday for dinner.

Super friendly staff with all areas of a high end standard - Especially rooms. Location was perfect as walkable from station yet also 5 mins walk to the busy centre areas
Being picky - the rooms were a little dark which made mirrors even more so

The staff were amzing and so happy to help. The hotel facillities were great. The room was very spacious, the shower was brilliant ans the bed was very comfy although creaky.
Our hotel bed was really loud and creaky. Minor details could have been fixed/covered (marks on wall, scratches on mirror, towel rail loose)

Perfect location opposite Amsterdam central station. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Really comfortable bed. Pool and sauna were a fantastic way to start the day, and the umbrella rental was a nice touch too! Room service was very reasonably priced at late/early hours.
