Its location was perfect and it was a very classy and very well run hotel. The bar was good and the staff were all excellent. We opted not to have the room cleaned for our short stay and had a bottle of wine instead which was a nice touch.
We did have to ask for more toilet roll and coffee but that was delivered very promptly. However, we didn’t have robes for the spa and had to ask. When we did we only got 1 and because it the last night, we didn’t bother asking for another. But it should have been 2. My only real problem was with the pillows which were very lumpy and uncomfortable. My wife had the one good one out of 4. I asked for the lumpy ones to be replaced but only got even more lumpy pillows and the others were not taken away even though I left the bad ones at the foot of the bed. It wasn’t a disaster because of this!! Just not that comfortable.

Best sleep I ever had in hotel. Very clean and spacious. The bed was huge and comfortable. Absolutely lovely hotel.
We needed 2 elevators to get to our room.

The location and the large rooms.
The breakfast was really good but the breakfast room was really cold, many people wore jackets.
The pool and sauna area were great.
The doors to the corridoor let in all the noises from people walking past and talking. There was also some used napkins under the bed when we arrived.

everything was fine especially location is perfect. breakfast also was really enough.
the only thing is before you check out, they get your money for extras before your permission. the system in all over the world, you go to reception for check out and you see your extras and then you pay for extras. no one can get money from you without your permission.

I did not do the breakfast, but the location was perfect. Easy access to the train station for getting back to the airport, and the rest of the city was easily accessible. I enjoy walking. So that made it terrific.
