Wonderful
When you walk out of the train station, you can actually see this hotel. It is in the middle of it all. Such incredible location and convenient to many parts of the city and to the trams if you are heading to the museum. The location had great amenities and offered a bonus if you chose to be 'green' and not have new towels and sheets every day. A nice little advantage.
Since many rooms are in another building, you do have to take two elevators to get to your room. I have have a little issue with my knee and it was further than I had hope, but it also meant my room was very quiet. The bummer was when one of the elevators in the bigger building broke and it mean you had to take the stairs or wait 10 minutes for an elevator.

Hands down a perfect place to stay for my first trip to Amsterdam. The entire staff was so wonderful and friendly. The location was perfect! The breakfast was over the top!
Nothing really! The beds weren’t super comfortable but I shouldn’t even complain, that was the one TINY thing.

Bed very comfortable,great breakfast, wonderful spa area
Only one sink and limited electrical outlets near by for the mirror. I booked for 3 nights thru Expedia, referred our friends who were there only 2 nights. I paid an additional 150 francs (for 2 nights)and stayed an extra night but did not qualify for free use of electric bikes. Our friends would not have even stayed there if not for my referral.

The breakfast was amazing, location just perfect
However, I wasn’t informed that the room is two floors, which means it has a staircase. This could be unsafe for elderly guests and children since the bathroom is only downstairs. The room size is fine though
