The location next to the central train station is very convenient.
The room is clean and has all the needed facilities.
The fitness center is very good.
The breakfast is excellent.
All of the hotel's stuff are lovely and helpful.

The location is perfect, right next to the train to the airport.
The facility is highly maintained.
The staff was extremely accommodating.
The lounge bar is relaxed and cozy.
On our first night we received a room on the first floor, with the window facing the main street. Unfortunately it was very loud, and noisy during the night. The next morning the receptionist replaced our room to the 6th floor, and that was amazing.

Polite and professional staff (especially the helpful concierges). The pool exceeded my expectations. Very clean, well equipped and relaxing.
The shower tap was extremely difficult to turn on, the tissue box had one decorative tissue in the top. The sauna was cold, with no instructions on how to operate it.

Great room, really quiet (although if they could stop the doors slamming shut that would make it perfect), and a great location. The staff were very friendly. I’d stay again.
