The staff were attentive and trying to be helpful.
The app is useless. Not assigning rooms, cannot be used for the lift. Due to this I was left with the worst room available. No thought put in place to test app prior to releasing and asking people to use it.

Location was spot on. Bar was great. Staff were lovely.
We deliberately booked this location as it had a pool and it was the middle of a heatwave. We arrived and the pool was closed for the week. There was no previous notification otherwise we would have considered changing locations.

VERY centrally located! In the middle of the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam, yet one of the quietest and cleanest places I’ve ever stayed.
