Location was perfect! Right opposite Amsterdam Centraal station, and close to the canals and restaurants and science musueam.

The room was small, but functional. The view of the canal was great. The location was amazing, train and bus station right outside the door. The curtain opened and closed via a button right next to the bed! Breakfast was very good, lots of options. The lounge was also very nice and reasonably priced.
The ice machine in the hallway didn't work. The Air conditioning worked well, after we figured out on the second night (they forgot to tell us) you have to wave your hotel card over the panel to alter the temperature. The toilet was about four steps away from the bed, separated only by a sliding door. You could hear everything.

The travel to the rooms via 2 lifts. Nothing in the mini bar to buy. Qr code for food didnt work which would have made me spend more money

Ultra busy location but can not beat the convenience of staying right next to central station. The gym, pool and sauna were all really nice and added to our stay.
So many elevators but they all worked great.

From the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out, the staff were impeccable
Unfortunately our tv didn’t work, HOWEVER, Hazime was so so helpful in assisting us with moving rooms we could not have been more supported by him

Cool, comfortable room with air con (stayed during heat dome). Close to the train station with lots of restaurant options nearby. Very kind & attentive staff who gave us a kettle for our bedroom & milk for our tea.

Location was good
Our room was a disappointment the minute we walked in. There was a HUGE stain on the carpet as you step into the room. The room was VERY outdated and was in need of a makeover. The most frustrating thing was that I paid extra for the Executive King Room- Canal View. The room description said there was a couch and the couch was clearly missing.
