Location was excellent.
Rooms were really comfortable & very modern.
Staff were very welcoming friendly & helpful. Who ever is the manager of this hotel ensures their staff are trained well.
We enjoyed our stay.
Being picky good choice at breakfast.
Hot food, fruit, breads pastries, juices tea coffee etc. However scrambled eggs, potatoe roastie pancakes tended to be cold or at least look warm. Shame as all were good especially the little pancakes.

Perfect location for tourists, modern decor,bedside controls for lighting air-con and curtains:-) lovely staff, with a big shout out to to the concierge team who were always eager to help.
Ok so this is not a complaint but something that the hotel should consider. No mirrors in the room just one in the bathroom which my wife could only just see herself in as she’s a little on the short side, why not put one above the desk or even better a full length one in the room ladies like to look then selves up and down before going on a night out.

Excellent location, just a short walk from the city center, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and major attractions. The hotel offers great value for money, and the staff were outstanding—warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their exceptional hospitality made my stay truly memorable. Highly recommended.

I loved the window views of the canals and that it faced the train station. For my room I had a little alcove window that I ended up getting a pillow and blanket to lay inside and watch the life of the city from above. Was amazing!
Nothing that really stood out. It was a nice experience.
