Check in was difficult as the desk man didn't show us where the elevator was located and we wandered around, late at night, with our luggage. the room had no convenient plug ins for our phones.

The facility and staff was nice.
You are free to ride to the hotel for the shuttle but you have to pay 5 Euro's per adult to go out. The initial booking did not mention that it said shuttle included. Further the entertainment package for TV is totally outdated. You have to pay for watching movies. There is no smart TV. The AC Unit was noisy and started rattling in middle of the night. Which was irritating. They need major upgrades.

Spacious, well equipped rooms. Very friendly stuff.
The fact that it is not possible to open a window and refresh the room. The windows, doors, wardrobe and mirrors weren't clean.

Super friendly staff. Clean, comfy room. Plenty of parking slots, bus stop next to the hotel (ask at the reception for the best option to get to the city center - there are different bus companies...)

The reception and bar staff were super friendly and nice. The breakfast was very good.
There is no outdoor space or terrace. The room cleaning could have been a bit more attentive. The toilet bin was not emptied during my whole stay. An empty shower gel bottle was not replaced, so I had to find the cleaner to ask for it. Dirty glasses and cups were not removed. The face cloths, one of which was only lightly used, disappeared on my last day and were not replaced, while dirty hand towel I had left on the floor was not removed.
