The hotel was very modern and the room comfortable. The shuttle was very handy, about a fifteen minute ride. It was free coming from the airport.
Even though the shuttle runs every half hour, you are expected to make a reservation to take it to the airport and the cost is 5 euros. The driver even asks for the reservation slip.

Early wake up call on my request. I found out my phone wasn’t working so I went down to reception and the lady came
To my room to check my
Phone. It wasn’t working so we arenaged the night porter to knock on my door. I was already awake when he kicked. I opened door and thanked him. It was good to see two of them had come up to see me - for safety reasons . Thank you very much . Good for airport stays .

Spacious room, quiet location. The shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient and inexpensive. I arrived late night in the middle of a long holiday weekend for a one day stay (2 nights, one day) and chose this hotel specifically for its location and airport shuttle. I was very pleased with my choice.
Remote—15-20 minute walk to nearest Tram or any restaurants, cafes, or stores. I used their airport shuttle to access the trains and buses. For single travelers without a car it can feel isolated

The property is convenient to the airport with easy access to transit or a short walk to local services and shops.
Free shuttle for all trips would be nice considering the van is running anyway.

All the staffs are very friendly and the room is spacious with good view, though you can tell it's now a very new hotel but it's very clean, the gym is nice.
We used the shuttle bus service which is very convenient with 5 euro, the driver is very friendly as well
The game room is not well managed, most of the facilities are broken

There is practically no space to hang towels and bath towels in the bathroom.

Breakfast was good and a pleasant 15 minute walk to local tram
I disapprove of a 'complimentary' airport shuttle costing 5 euros...it was complimentary only on arrival. I booked an airport hotel for convenience...either a walk with our suitcases OR a free shuttle.
