Almost Everything was good!!
We where 2 minutes after 22.30 hours and we could not get any snacks any more, that was most disappointing after a long car ride!!!!!!!!!!!

Your shuttle made all the difference in the world. It was on-time picking us up at the airport and on-time returning us to the airport for the next day's flight. And, after traveling for three weeks and staying in tight quarters in European hotels, it was great to have a very comfortable room and expansive common areas.
Nothing negative comes to mind.

Easy access from airport, hotel shuttle service to airport for 5€, great breakfast. Super friendly and competent staff both at reception and breakfast.
Aircon was set to 19 degrees C and took quite a while to heat up the room afterward even when set to 22 degrees C

They charge 5 euros per person for the shuttle back to the airport. For the price of the hotel it should have been included

The property is close to Schiphol and is clean and neat. The restaurant is also very good but the best feature are the staff. They are so engaged, positive and welcoming, so nice after a long day of travel to see smiles greeting you. Shanti and Jessica are superb at their job and wonderful ambassadors for this hotel…well done and thank you!

This hotel far from city center and no transportation hotel offer transportation only to airport and you should pay to hotel and from hotel you go City second nothing around no resturant nothing
