Almost Everything was good!!
We where 2 minutes after 22.30 hours and we could not get any snacks any more, that was most disappointing after a long car ride!!!!!!!!!!!

Your shuttle made all the difference in the world. It was on-time picking us up at the airport and on-time returning us to the airport for the next day's flight. And, after traveling for three weeks and staying in tight quarters in European hotels, it was great to have a very comfortable room and expansive common areas.
Nothing negative comes to mind.

Easy access from airport, hotel shuttle service to airport for 5€, great breakfast. Super friendly and competent staff both at reception and breakfast.
Aircon was set to 19 degrees C and took quite a while to heat up the room afterward even when set to 22 degrees C

Convenient location near Amsterdam Airport, especially for transit or short stay. Room was spacious, included all ameneties including high quality toiletteries, tea/coffee maker and cloths iron. They had very good breakfast area with beautiful view. Check-in was smooth and easy. Best part is the covered parking (although paid).
Everything was good for a short stay. The breakfast selection was standard continental but hot items were cold and not replaced. Staff at reception at night was good and welcoming. Reception staff in the morning shift were grumpy and got irritated with me when I informed them that the online checkout was not working.
