Easy to access it from the airport, and the staff were excellent.
Slightly noisy neighbours..with a dog barking loudly in one of the rooms or in the corridor just after midnight.

I like the location, and I also really like having the option to rent a bike. The breakfast was also good.
On my last day, I was very tired and wanted to order a hamburger to eat in my room, but I was told that hamburgers were only available if I ate at the restaurant. There were other food options available for room service, but unfortunately, they were not choices I liked. I think having a wider selection of food available for room service would greatly improve the guest experience.

The breakfast was ok. There was nothing in the area.
There was nothing in the area and everything you have to take the hotel shuttle and pay for it to go to the airport and from there by bus or subway to the downtown core. Better book a hotel downtown and that's it if you want to amsterdam

Great location, shuttle was really useful and facilities were good.
Pricing of the snack bar was extremely high, airport prices or worse marked up 4 times from supermarket rates, felt like they are extorting a captive audience.
Room was clean, but bathroom tap was not great, could have been more amenities for the price, tv couldn't Chromecast (not okay in 2026).

The airport shuttle and they space out booked rooms so you don’t hear your neighbors
1) paid for breakfast, but every morning a different person at the buffet would tell me that I am not on the list and that I didn’t pay for breakfast… looking at me like I am a fraud. Each morning they had to call the front desk to confirm (that I already paid…) I have no idea why they couldn’t just add me to the list or fix this issue even when I asked.
2) I was told about the games and gym room but my access card didn’t work.
3) It is very difficult to use public transport from this location. They offer bicycles to book but this doesn’t work for small kids. Since they are in the middle of nowhere (20 minute walk to nearest bus stop and two change overs just to get to the airport station) they should definitely offer the shuttle for use to the station. If the shuttle is meant to be used, they surely didn’t share that information. In fact, you are asked to pay 5 euros to hook your ticket back to the airport…

Staff upon check in was so nice and friendly, little activity set for kids is a bonus as alot of hotel in amsterdam forget that kids travel too, games room bonus bit for older kids few little additions for younger kids would really stand out, breakfast amazing all you need, coach is free from airport but not too airport but kids are free, reception area is gorgeous especially the little touches cold fresh water and fruit exactly what is needed after a flight with the little ones, kids min pancakes at breakfast with a range of sauces was a plus for the little ones. I would 100% stay here again as it is family friendly and right beside airport 10 min coach. Its quiet nothing around but perfect if you want to bring the little ones to the Netherlands
Coach should be free to and from airport especially for residents, you have to get to the train station then train into Central Amsterdam its a bit far out but perfect if you want to stay away from the busyness of the city
