Almost Everything was good!!
We where 2 minutes after 22.30 hours and we could not get any snacks any more, that was most disappointing after a long car ride!!!!!!!!!!!

The property is close to Schiphol and is clean and neat. The restaurant is also very good but the best feature are the staff. They are so engaged, positive and welcoming, so nice after a long day of travel to see smiles greeting you. Shanti and Jessica are superb at their job and wonderful ambassadors for this hotel…well done and thank you!

The woman at the desk when we arrived at 11:00 a.m. was very nice and friendly, and we were even able to check in early, greatly appreciated. There was a basket of apples for guests in the lobby. The room was quiet and clean, beds were comfortable, towels were very nice. The shuttle was on time, but no help was provided in getting luggage on or off, and it cost 5 euros.
The men who were at the desk at 6:00 a.m. were not in the least bit friendly and acted annoyed at questions. So sorry to disturb your job. Mini fridge didn't seem cold at all. Sparse offerings for coffee/tea. It's basically in the middle of nowhere as far as getting food that's not super expensive, like a grocery store. We would have walked the half hour to get there if not for the horrible storm. The self-serve snacks/drinks were way more than I'd ever pay.

Our stay was quite pleasant overall! The room was spacious and spotless, and the breakfast buffet was correct. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The bed was huge and super comfy, which was a highlight. Plus, the parking was included and free, and there were charging stations for our electric car, which was a big plus. From our window we could see the planes taking off, but couldn't hear them.
The breakfast room was freezing cold, which was a bit of a bummer. We also found the location to be a bit inconvenient - it's about a 20-minute walk along the road to the nearest tram stop, and it's quite far from the city center. Additionally, the shower wasn't enclosed, so the whole bathroom ended up getting wet. And, there was only one power outlet located on one side of the bed.

Easy access from airport, hotel shuttle service to airport for 5€, great breakfast. Super friendly and competent staff both at reception and breakfast.
Aircon was set to 19 degrees C and took quite a while to heat up the room afterward even when set to 22 degrees C

The hotel offers a very convenient shuttle to and from the airport that runs every 30 minutes, you pay only 5 euros for the roundtrip. They are very quick to respond and have a 24hrs desk. We were pleasantly surprised with being selected as guest of the day and received an executive room upgrade, drink vouchers and complementary snacks. The room was excellent, very clean, comfy beds, it's a very quiet location, 15 minutes from the airport. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was very good too. Great service overall, very satisfied with our stay.

It was amazing. I was blessed to be chosen as guest of the day so we received an upgrade. The room was clean and very comfortable. I loved that there was a shuttle to the airport!
