The hotel had a real warmth, it felt like home, and the location was great. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful, and everyone was very friendly.

Room was good. Its less noise as facing inner court. Lights were too dim to our liking but its still got a trendy vibe to it.

The location is great. Nice lobby and friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Pretty clan hotel overall.
The room that was given to us was very uncomfortable and uncozy. Furniture was damaged, some paint on walls was coming off, smallest room with the smallest window in the building (judging by the evacuation plan available in the room). The room gave us anxiety and disappointment overall. Not worth the money we paid. We asked for a quiet room but the AC was always very loud. Room 535 should be used as storage and not designated for customers. It made us think that if you’re lucky, you can get a decent room, if not, you get what’s bad (judging by other people’s comments).

Everything was excellent. We had a trouble with our room the first night, it had a weird smell but the next morning they prepared a bigger room and they gifted us a breakfast as an apology, which was an amazing gesture! The staff was incredibly polite and happy and always wanted to help us with a big smile on their faces. We brought with us our little dog and she had an amazing experience. They prepared for her a bed and 2 bowls and everyone was greeting her and petting her with a huge smile everytime. The location of the hotel was excellent and so was the gym.

The location of the hotel is amazing, close to everything! High end brands are all right behind the hotel, and its walkable distance to the center. The staff of the hotel were amazing, the customer service was great. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful in giving us recommendations, helping us find stores that sell specific souvenirs and calling the stores to make sure what we wanted was available, and making our stay feel special. We stayed here two different times this month and they were both amazing stays, if i came back to Amsterdam i would definitely stay here and recommend to my friends visiting.
