Uncomfortable room for two. Toilet, shower integrated directly into the bedroom with non structural partition walls. Bathroom sink fully exposed to bedroom. This is not evident in website pictures.

Location was great. Room was clean. It had all we needed.
Continental breakfast was good. We did have two things we did not like. Staff was not always really responsive; we had to take our own our own cutlery and napkins. You have the option of ordering one à la carte dish. This is included in the price of breakfast. The menu has not been adapted to the current composition of the dishes. We had the (American) pancakes with a portion of mixed fruit and the poached egg with sourdough bread and avocado. The mixed fruit consisted of only two (!) blueberries. There was no mixed fruit at all. The poached egg was (much) overcooked. The egg white was smashed next to the yolk (which was not 'runny' at all). The avocado was a pre-made avocado dip that was not fresh and inedible. We left both dishes untouched. This was particularly disappointing for a breakfast that was not cheap.

The location of the hotel is amazing, close to everything! High end brands are all right behind the hotel, and its walkable distance to the center. The staff of the hotel were amazing, the customer service was great. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful in giving us recommendations, helping us find stores that sell specific souvenirs and calling the stores to make sure what we wanted was available, and making our stay feel special. We stayed here two different times this month and they were both amazing stays, if i came back to Amsterdam i would definitely stay here and recommend to my friends visiting.

Great hotel; our favorite to stay in when we visit Amsterdam. Location is perfect; just a block away from the Museumplein, across the canal from the Leidseplein; lots of cafes and bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel staff are the nicest staff of any hotel we've ever stayed at. The breakfast buffet is awesome. Couldn't be better!

Our stay was great! Room was comfortable, bed was comfortable, shower had two shower head options, breakfast was good and location is the best!
Me and my husband are tall, so the bathroom stall style bathroom was a little small, but other than that our stay was great.

This is the darkest hotel we have ever stayed in. There were only lamps with very weak bulbs. We literally couldn’t see anything except in the bathroom.

Wonderful
Lovely staff, great location, clean room. The shower was nice with both a rain shower and a detachable shower head.
The location is perfectly walkable for many restaurants, shops, coffeeshops, and is right across the street from a canal. It's also very near to a tram and bus station, making it convenient to get to/from central station or the airport.
While we did not use the lounge, it looked very nice and there were plenty of seating choices.
The mattress was very firm which was a bit uncomfortable for me.
Housekeeping came into our room while we were sleeping in on the day after we checked in—you have to opt-out of cleaning each day that you don't want housekeeping. I wished I could have opted out for my whole stay (or certain dates) instead of having to do it again every day of our stay.
We could hear the tram bells at night through our closed window. Didn't bother me, but including this in case anyone considering booking with this hotel is sensitive to outside noise.
