Nice total appearance and proffesionalism. Very clean, location ok close to museums. MOMO is a good restaurant and amazing breakfast, healthy one amd fresh.
The maine negative fact is that the walls betweem rooms was very thin and absolute all can be heard between rooms. It was like we shared room with neighbours. Big advice to add slippers into the room, the floor is verry cold.

Location (next to rijksmuseum, leidesplein, canal cruise), spacious and comfortable room
Too expensive considering its away from the centre, also we requested for a late checkout since our flight was late but they charge 20 eur per hour.

Friendly staff. Very welcoming and accommodating. Lovely restaurant and food. Fabulous room with all the facilities you required. The staff even hung a happy birthday banner and balloons in the room for my husbands 60th birthday.
The bar closed too early and the stock availability at the bar was depleted.

The staff - especially Andre - were incredibly sweet upon arrival. The room was clean and the location perfect. Walking distance to everything.
The next door neighbors were loudly amorous quite late into the night.

Location
I booked this hotel to celebrate my birthday during my stay, but unfortunately, these people managed to turn it into a terrible experience. I paid in cash for an extra night and even had a witness with me, yet they are now denying this. Most likely, a mistake was made by the staff, and instead of acknowledging it, they are trying to charge me again and continue sending me emails about it. This is completely unacceptable. What was supposed to be a joyful birthday ended in a very disappointing and frustrating way.

Staff was friendly and accommodating, hotel lobby and rooms are well designed, comfortable, and spacious, location was very transit accessible and walkable
Location is a bit noisy being on a major traffic street, which also makes it a bit annoying to walk into the city, having to wait at a major intersection
