I have stayed here 3 times now, the location is fantastic for visiting the Museum district and walking into central Amsterdam. The Manager Ian made every effort to make our stay perfect.

Stylish and comfortable hotel close to trams and centre, museums just minutes' walk away. Momo restaurant pricey but exceptional.
Party of 4. On arrival they asked if we'd like breakfast. We said yes. On checkout we were charged 4x breakfast for every night we'd stayed, even though one of our party was ill and had only eaten once, and several of us hadn't eaten every day - if they'd checked their records they would have seen how many we'd attended. I was told there was no flexibility on this, and as we were in a hurry to get our flight I just paid up. But it left a bad feeling and I'm not sure we'd return a third time.

Close to the central area and the staff with great hospitality
Old building and equipment. When we weee staying, the room power got out due to the breaker outage. Room is cold especially by the window and heater doesn’t work well.
