Disappointing
The room was quite small for the price and felt a bit too expensive. Breakfast wasn’t included, not even a bottle of water in the room. Considering what we paid, I expected a little more.

Beds were very comfortable. And the bathroom was very nice and up to date. Location was right near everything we wanted to see.
Sound from other rooms was a little noisier than expected.

Location was great very close to the trams and museums. Lots of choices in the area when it came to dining. The bike rental at the hotel was easy, but could’ve used a little help in getting the bike set up specially when it came to securing the bikes once we were off property staff was very nice and we were also allowed to store our luggage on our last day after we had checked out at no cost. We were able to get free refills of water at the bar and enjoy the sushi restaurant which was next-door and we were able to charge our meal to the room which was very helpful.
The room itself was clean spacious temperature controlled. We had plenty of towels plenty of soaps and shampoos and conditioner are stocked mini bar as well as a coffee machine with coffee pods.
Nothing against the hotel itself, but due to the location, it is quite noisy if you have the windows open, but if you can sleep through usual city noises, it is not a deterrent to stay there again

For a hotel of this grade I would think they would have an Airport shuttle bus or service, and the showers were too small.

We could walk everywhere we went as the hotel was pretty central to everything! The staff were very nice and accommodating. The rooms were clean and cool with the AC. We were able to rent bikes at the property which was a nice touch! If you skip the cleaning of your room, you are able to get a free drink at the bar.

Location, room, facilities. Hotel vibe overall really good.
Amazing smell in the foyer.
Away from the hectic action but still close enough to everything.
In a VERY nice area.
Shower was either boiling hot or freezing cold.
Room had a damp smell from the bathroom area.
Aircon (like the shower) was either freezing or not really doing anything.
Bar staff a bit sassy.
Cleaner came in at 10am on Pride weekend. It's like!!?

The location was amazing, the hotel was very clean and modern. It was at a very walkable distance to lots of places and peaceful at the same time.
The standard rooms were a bit small. The toilette and shower were part of the room rather than a separate room so the room is moslty suitable to stay with a family member or partner.

Great location in Leidseplein, close to Vondelpark. Quiet and calm area, 20 minutes from Dam, few minutes by tram. Hotel is nice and the staff is very welcoming. One of us had a service dog and they were very nice. breakfast is good, rooms are clean and equipped. We stayed for 3 nights, 3 adults and a dog, Nice hotel I recommended
For 3 adults room is not that big, but it was ok forus
