The hotel is in a great location near trams, museums, the Leidesplein and restaurants. The lounge areas are very stylish with lots of seating options and even a pool table.
The duvet was too hot for me in October and the road outside was too noisy to leave the window open all night.

Its proximity to the museums and sites we wanted to seep
We were initially put on the fourth floor, and after signing the register learned that the elevator wasn’t working and we had to walk up four floors. Given our age (78 and 83) it was too strenuous for us. After we complained the next day, they did give us a ground floor room that was in a quiet area.

Room was comfy but the electric curtains were broken, which were fixed within 24 hours. Staff super nice and helpful.
A little overpriced for a 4star hotel.
