The room, lobby and location were fabulous. I want to say I loved this hotel, but with no heating for two nights with snow outside, my review is not as positive.
We had no heating and despite many requests the the front desk they just kept telling us they had repaired it. They had not. I was frustrated returning to the hotel to find it cold and still not fixed every time.

Location of the hotel is very nice. We also enjoyed the bar area a lot. The Staff are all very friendly and helpful.
There was a poor noise isolation and at night when cars were signalling we woke up couple of times. Also the noises from the corridor and numbers above were distracting.

Entering the hotel, the place smells wonderful. The serving staff were all brilliant and very friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. The location is fantastic and walking distance to all the shops. Offered either a wine, beer or Prosecco on arrival.
I think it barely makes it to 4-star status. I would be inclined to consider this hotel a good 3-stars only. Breakfast is okay but limited. Some signs of wear-and-tear around the hotel. i.e. worn carpets on landings as you exit the lifts. The gym needs some cleaning and organising. The rooms felt quite basic really. Simple coffee machines, broken hangers. All felt a little tired in places. I asked for a simple hot coffee instead after our travels to which I was refused. Not very 4-star service from the go! It has the potential to be amazing but just misses the mark. However, I would return if the deal was better.
