We could walk everywhere we went as the hotel was pretty central to everything! The staff were very nice and accommodating. The rooms were clean and cool with the AC. We were able to rent bikes at the property which was a nice touch! If you skip the cleaning of your room, you are able to get a free drink at the bar.

Location, room, facilities. Hotel vibe overall really good. Amazing smell in the foyer. Away from the hectic action but still close enough to everything. In a VERY nice area.
Shower was either boiling hot or freezing cold. Room had a damp smell from the bathroom area. Aircon (like the shower) was either freezing or not really doing anything. Bar staff a bit sassy. Cleaner came in at 10am on Pride weekend. It's like!!?

The location was amazing, the hotel was very clean and modern. It was at a very walkable distance to lots of places and peaceful at the same time.
The standard rooms were a bit small. The toilette and shower were part of the room rather than a separate room so the room is moslty suitable to stay with a family member or partner.

Great location in Leidseplein, close to Vondelpark. Quiet and calm area, 20 minutes from Dam, few minutes by tram. Hotel is nice and the staff is very welcoming. One of us had a service dog and they were very nice. breakfast is good, rooms are clean and equipped. We stayed for 3 nights, 3 adults and a dog, Nice hotel I recommended

They put us in a very cold room. We tried to reach staff, they were non responsive. We checked-in and went out the hotel, they said they will fix it. After 5 hours we come back to the hotel. They did not do anything and responsed in a tempered attitude which is not acceptible. They refused to change the room first. When they observed they couldnt fix the temperatuee in the room, finally in the evening they changed our room. Very bad hospitality.
