noise from windows,no bathroom exhaust & no ventilation,bathroom door did not close, noise from next room, false fire alarms because of showers in other rooms,for the price we paid we were given ear plugs?

Amazing location close to all hot spots in Amsterdam We took the standard room, i didn’t like how the bathroom was not separated from the bedroom and there was no door. Bed was comfortable. Otherwise the hotel was nice and staff are friendly.

Location was excellent. Room was very comfortable. Two types of pillows, firm and soft. Bathroom had a door that fully closed (not a barn door). Shower had great water pressure. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
Shower leaked slightly if door wasn’t closed properly.

The location was incredible! Close to everything and very accessible.
The AC was not working in our family suite and despite repeated complaints nothing was done. Also the TV did not have the option for casting which was pretty strange in this time and age. Also water bottles were refilled each day only after asking.

An ideal spot to explore the picturesque neighbourhoods beyond the canals. Excellent service and choice at breakfast although the coffee pods in the room were welcomed.
