Location of the hotel is very nice. We also enjoyed the bar area a lot. The Staff are all very friendly and helpful.
There was a poor noise isolation and at night when cars were signalling we woke up couple of times. Also the noises from the corridor and numbers above were distracting.

Entering the hotel, the place smells wonderful. The serving staff were all brilliant and very friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. The location is fantastic and walking distance to all the shops. Offered either a wine, beer or Prosecco on arrival.
I think it barely makes it to 4-star status. I would be inclined to consider this hotel a good 3-stars only. Breakfast is okay but limited. Some signs of wear-and-tear around the hotel. i.e. worn carpets on landings as you exit the lifts. The gym needs some cleaning and organising. The rooms felt quite basic really. Simple coffee machines, broken hangers. All felt a little tired in places. I asked for a simple hot coffee instead after our travels to which I was refused. Not very 4-star service from the go! It has the potential to be amazing but just misses the mark. However, I would return if the deal was better.

Location was great. Room was clean. It had all we needed.
Continental breakfast was good. We did have two things we did not like. Staff was not always really responsive; we had to take our own our own cutlery and napkins. You have the option of ordering one à la carte dish. This is included in the price of breakfast. The menu has not been adapted to the current composition of the dishes. We had the (American) pancakes with a portion of mixed fruit and the poached egg with sourdough bread and avocado. The mixed fruit consisted of only two (!) blueberries. There was no mixed fruit at all. The poached egg was (much) overcooked. The egg white was smashed next to the yolk (which was not 'runny' at all). The avocado was a pre-made avocado dip that was not fresh and inedible. We left both dishes untouched. This was particularly disappointing for a breakfast that was not cheap.

I have stayed here 3 times now, the location is fantastic for visiting the Museum district and walking into central Amsterdam. The Manager Ian made every effort to make our stay perfect.

Stylish and comfortable hotel close to trams and centre, museums just minutes' walk away. Momo restaurant pricey but exceptional.
Party of 4. On arrival they asked if we'd like breakfast. We said yes. On checkout we were charged 4x breakfast for every night we'd stayed, even though one of our party was ill and had only eaten once, and several of us hadn't eaten every day - if they'd checked their records they would have seen how many we'd attended. I was told there was no flexibility on this, and as we were in a hurry to get our flight I just paid up. But it left a bad feeling and I'm not sure we'd return a third time.
