Staff not really friendly. Even when coming back in the evening, no friendly hello or even bother to look up. Compared to other hotels, this is really unusual and guest unfriendly.

Bed was comfortable. Room was clean enough. Staff was pleasant enough (just).
I really dont feel that this is a four star hotel as advertised. There were lots of weird stains around the foot of the bed and I really didnt like the fact that the bathroom had glass walls. May have been frosted glass, but still I was grateful to be travelling alone rather than with my partner. They supposedly offered breakfast and dinner - yet I saw absolutely no one dining there so I took that as a bad sign

Short walk from the train station.
Hotel was lovely, staff very friendly.
We went for a concert and it's a 20min walk/ 10min drive to the stadium.
Mc Donald's & shell petrol station is also 5min walk away from hotel

Very good location easy to get to from Schipol airport.
We booked for 3 people and had to add the child’s age to booking. Arrived to only get 1 double bed. Asked if we could at least have an extra duvet but it was not possible. Even some extra towels was almost not available.

Room was not clean - we found lots of hair everywhere. On photos the hotel looks new - rooms are super old.

Perfect area
When we walked into the room, there were 2 roaches on the ceiling. We didn’t have any hot water in the bathroom and the tv controller was missing. The sheets had some type of stains.
