Location and surrounding of the hotel. Very pretty inside the hotel. Large panoramic windows.
Blankets are too large and heavy. Pillows are not comfortable. A/C was connected to the central controller and it was impossible to change temperature.

Hot water, comfortable bed, kind staff. Silent.
Fixed window. There were no option to open it. We could rely on the air cond which was working so randomly that we couldn't set the temperature. Default settings were ok for us tho. I'm sure it was my bad that I was not able to operate the aircon properly.

Twin bed made into double bed kept splitting off, so only one of us ended up sleeping on it

The rooms were comfortable
The air conditioner didn't work, room too hot.
Breakfast not great, especially the hot food.

Very big generally well managed hotel, modern with good facilities and good food. Fantastic view from the ground floor over a canal towards the 1928 Olympic stadium.
Hotel seems generally under staffed. House keeping is very slow with rooms not made up til late afternoon. Restaurant doesn't take bookings and gets overwhelmed when it opens for dinner.
