Very local and easy to access everywhere. We shared a 3 bed room and it as a great size. Clean bathroom with fantastic toiletries. Staff were very friendly and the free tea/coffee was a bonus with the vending machine.

Location is excellent. Rituals in the rooms - a really nice touch. Staff really helpful when we asked for some plates and cutlery to have a takeaway in the room.
Asked for a quiet room well in advance but got put on the street side. Trams are quite loud & the bins were collected very early so were all woken up.
Signs for rooms beyond number 16 would be better to be sign posted, we couldn’t find our room initially and receptionist wasn’t that helpful in explaining where it was. Sign stated rooms 1-16 up the stairs but actually 16-24+ were also up there. One of the sides of the bed really dipped, almost like the bed was broken but it didn’t seem to be (in room 24)

conveniently located
-quite noisy with group/family guests in the lobby, stairs, and hallways. Was it a holiday season?
-the floor/ceiling must be thin; you could hear other guests walking in other rooms.
Recommend: Prepare to take ear plugs if you don’t want to wake up at 5:00am because of the noise from outside your room, then you should have no problem.

Location is perfect. Around the corner from most places I wanted to see.
Also, the all-day coffee and water bar were a bonus. Bathroom facilities were very good.
Cleanliness was ok. Service was ok.

Breakfast was good, lots of different choices which included yogurt, fruits, cereals, croissants, pastries, eggs, bacon, toast, teas, coffee, juices and hot chocolate. Free machine for coffee, tea, hot chocolate and filtered water available all through the day.
Very easy to get around, walking or even trams are just outside the hotel. So many places to eat and explore and easy access to it all.

Our room was large and bright, faced to the street, with good view, but not too noisy. the bed was very comfortable. easy location to reach most places that we wanted to go. tram station was in front of the hotel. the breakfast was excellent.
if there are hot drinks available in the room, it would be better

Location was amazing, everything was in reach by foot.
We booked a room for 3 and the room was very spacious for all of us.
We enjoyed the extra amenities such as free water & coffee a lot as well. Overall very joyful stay
